Absolutely fantastic. Just stopped here on a long LONG road trip. Came in to stretch my legs and get something to eat. Everyone was friendly and the overall atmosphere is jovial and relaxed. My food was great and came out super fast. I stop at an embarrassing number of Wendy's as I travel, and honestly I can't say when I've been as pleased as I was in this one. I'll definitely be remembering it for the next time I pass through! (oh and the restroom was spotless!!!) read more

No napkins! No towels in ladies restroom. Very unconcerned staff. For health reasons, this is unacceptable.

They forgot my fries, a drink, all of the sauces, and did not give my the full amount of chicken nuggets. It was very disappointing. I hope next time Wendy's can meet my expectations. read more

Nice location off I-10 East. Service was Attentive and place was reasonably clean overall and bathrooms were good. Garbage can was full and they got one order wrong. Service was good and food came out relatively fast. read more

My 6 year old got a nice surprise in his bacon, egg, and cheese this morning. A piece of plastic! I thought it was part of the egg until I inspected it. Very disappointed in this establishment as there are not many other choices to eat breakfast in this small town. This location is easily the most well-organized and clean Wendy's I have ever been to! The entire crew is very friendly and welcoming. Walked in and at least 6 people working in the back. The man up front was hopping. There was one other couple in front of us. After about 3-4 minutes, I realized that they hadn't even taken the order or acknowledged the people in front of us. The man asked for help up front and his staff in the back looked at us and said, "I'm not worried about it." After another minute we walked out. By the time we got in the car, the other couple walked out. As we left - we figured the drive thru was packed - we noticed 2 cars! Super slow and they got our drive-thru order wrong. We ordered four chicken sandwiches, two spicy and two regular. The sandwiches were not marked as to which was spicy and which were not. It was hard to tell in a semi dark car. Plus the chicken was very chewy, especially the ones that turned out to be the spicy ones. The woman at the counter was so nasty, using her hands to collect money, and poured back a unsweet tea back in container. Very nasty. Then went made French fries, and nuggets. When I address it she told me it wasn't my business....Then a co worker said here is some gloves, and she went off. . I asked for money back. Took 30 mins, talking about they don't give money back. The service at this location couldn't be beat. I was greeted promptly, my order was taken correctly, the price was right, and the food tasted great. We arrived just before a group of about 25 kids and 7 adults (day camp) and as we are our food we were pleasantly surprised about how well the Wendy's crew took care of the orders and processed everyone promptly. I think by the time we had eaten our small meal everyone from that group was seated and enjoying their food. Nice job everyone. Great food and impeccable service. Highly recommend! read more

My food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and airy, and the bathrooms were clean. The staff who waited on me were friendly and efficient. I popped into this Wendy's on my way to PCB, and got there just before a very large church youth group. I was so impressed with the way the staff handled this group. They took orders and handed out food with amazing efficiently, and they did it while be kind. I often dread going into a fast food place if there is a large group nearby, but this Wendy's handled a large group perfectly. Excellent staff at this store! read more

Whoever was on the grill tonight 9/4/2020 at around 12A-1A. They did an AMAZING job on the baconater I just purchased. The bun looked completely untouched and the burger was juicy as all get out. Fries were a little soggy, but the burger made up for it completely. Best baconater I've had in a long time. read more

Wendy's in Macclenny is the worst restaurant fast food or otherwise not the worst Wendy's the worst place to go ever this store single-handedly took my door Dash driver rating from a 96% satisfaction rating into the 30s almost getting me kicked off the DoorDash app completely the dump truck of a person that refers to herself as the manager is the worst thing you've ever encountered they greet you at the speaker of course because she can't get enough of her employees to even come in to open the lobby and then they have the audacity to greet you at the speaker with this lovely promo we don't have any french fries and we can't make Frosty's. Do you still want anything? This is the greeting you receive, after sitting in the drive-through line for over 11 minutes to get to the window the woman then tells me that I need to drive around the store and get back in line to tell her that I have a DoorDash order that I'm literally showing her on my phone but I have to go back and say it into the speaker When I refused due to this store single-handedly almost getting me kicked off the DoorDash app from the week before they actually threaten to call the police department on me and refused to give me the woman's order yet again scarring my satisfactory rating they are the worst place you could ever pull your car into if I had the power of boycott, they would never see another set of headlights ever pulling into their store drive-through or otherwise How can a fast food restaurant let their selves run out of french fries you ask? used to love going to this place for my everyday meals, but recently every time i go they are either out of something or i end up getting my food with it wrong and my fries cold, other day i went and got chicken nuggets and a couple of them were not cooked all the way! Today i went and got my normal order and since we now have to pay 50 cents for sauce i got a couple and pulled out and looked to find to of my sauces were open and the sauce had been open a long time as i could tell and anyone else. just completely overall not happy with the service and the food i've gotten.. read more

If I could give this place a no star review believe me I would. I used to enjoy coming to this restaurant when I was a kid with my mother. The staff were always friendly and caring never lacking hospitality. This was a place where family could engage with one another and enjoy their lives while getting the best bang for their buck. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered $23 worth the food. Upon giving my payment I received NO RECEIPT but I did have the order noted. The staff seemed friendly at first but upon noticing part of my order was missing I went inside and notified them in a kind manner. The manager then approached me to tell me that I was in fact wrong about my comments and I reminded her that I was not. She then asked me which part of my order I was missing in a very disgusted manner which made me immediately on guard. Upon receiving the missing part of the order she informed me that my wife and I were both fat pigs and that I only ordered one of the missing item and the second item was free. I never really expect much from fast food, just quick, easy service and hopefully a decent meal. I walked out of this place in 5 minutes due to the majority of the staff. The first 3 minutes was spent waiting for the cashier, who was standing at the register, to look at and/or acknowledge us. She finished a conversation with someone then walked over to someone else to look at their phone. Then walked back to the register, told another employee that she had customers in front of us (still no acknowledgement at this point) when the other worker said no, she was off the clock, then said cashier looked at us, rudely said "y'all ready" and when we said yes and started to order, she rolled her eyes and said she had to wash her hands so she walked away. At this point, roughly 4 min into this visit, the other staff member who was leaving came back to take our order but the register was messed up so she was trying to get it to work again. Original cashier made another sarcastic comment and we decided that was enough so we went to zaxbys across the street, way better, quicker service with an actual smile. Because i cannot give zero stars. no one else in the store waited 12 minutes to be served. Storage just opened up, Monday afternoon, when they saw me I was ignored, but they did serve people at the drive-through. I mean I understand this is typical fast food, but this was the second fast food restaurant I hit this morning trying to get a coffee and could not get served.
