I went to get breakfast to take home today. There were a lot of items, and they stuffed it all in one small bag. I had to wait in front and when she gave it to me, I asked how all that food was in one bag. I got home and my order was wrong. I hate sausage and they gave me the sausage sandwich instead of the bacon. I was also missing the small order of potatoes that comes with the combination. I don't eat at Wendy's very often, but decided to try their new Italian Mozzarella Chicken sandwich. It didn't have enough sauce, but the biggest issue I have with places like this is the pressed chicken they use. Just use a real chicken breast and charge more $, then I'd gladly pay to eat it. The person who first helped me asked about what to do and the manager told him not to say anything. I honestly would have preferred being told they were out rather than just not having them included with no explanation. I've been going to Wendy's for years,and have never had this bad of service ever. The worker never informed me ahead of time they would not have lunch ready at lunch time. I ordered the Dave's combo,and it comes with fries. They gave me some leftover breakfast items instead of my order. I informed them that I wanted what I ordered,and they made me pull up to the side out of the drive thru,and made me wait over 30 minutes for food that tasted like it was old. For the people saying Magna Wendy's is getting better, look at this s*** show: I came in at 12:45 PM tonight. They are supposed to close at 1AM. They had all the lights off, the menu off and had a sign written with marker that said they were out of all ice cream, all salad and something else. I pulled up to the window and asked if they were closed or open. She said open. So I ordered 2 jr cheeseburger deluxe. 1 large chili. I large fries. That is it. It took them nearly 20 minutes to get me this little order. And this is what I got. A hamburger with ketchup. Nothing else, literally. A dried out chicken sandwich with NOTHING. NO mayonnaise, lettuce, nothing. And then a large chili bowl about 40% empty. This was a 20 minute wait.... There were a bunch of employees inside. At least 4. And I was the only one in line. I could hear them all talking nonstop. And two cars with people waiting outside (presumably for them). Whoever said on here the other day this place is getting better is high as a kite!!! The person taking our order could barely speak English and obviously couldn't understand it, our order was completely wrong, but after 5 minutes of trying to explain the problem with the order it was easier and less frustrating to just leave. First of all, the service in this place sucks rocks!! When I finally got someone to help me at the counter. These people are in no hurry to help. I was told there was no ice in the machines. She asked me if I wanted some and she got it from the back. Then I go over to the drink machine and thank goodness there are two of them because there was no product in that one at all (NOTHING). I get home with my order (almost $30.00) and it's wrong. I'm not sure what's going on with a few of the Magna fast food places, but I do know the quality has gone to the dogs! Got a jr. Cheeseburger and a half salad and a potato. The junior cheeseburger was only lukewarm. Very disappointing. How hardis cooking a cheeseburger. I worked this location for three years. was always the sandwich maker for drive and front, plus grill if we got backed up. they give good food. but I would love if they at least repeated orders back to ensure it was right. that's how I was trained. I'm out of fast food now but this place is right next to me and I can rarely pass up those potatoes or salads. they do an okay job. it's Wendy's. but they really need more help besides training a young cashier and throwing him/her up front with no training. it's not the cashier's fault. fast food can be daunting when it's your first job. those POS systems are tough. but the managers should be up front if they're new. also tiny 2 oz chicken strips should not be cooked in the 6 minute pressure fryer. they get incinerated. visors and hair tying up should be a thing. I'm not squeamish but I'm not eating at a place I followed strict procedures and went through the remodel at to see dudes and girls with long hair hanging out of their hat. long story short I'd love to see more managers up front helping instead of seeing the employees struggling up front. every time I've gone in here i almost wanted to glove up and go behind the counter and help. pay attention to your employees, even on the closing shift. read more

Slow, slow, SLOW! I got to the drive thru at 5:15pm with 2 cars ahead of me (one of the cars eventually sped off in anger) and I didn't place my order until 5:21 and didn't get my food until 5:42!!!! And my damn fries were cold!! I called in a complaint to the Wendy's customer service line. Supposedly the district manager will reach out to me. It's been like this almost a year, if not longer, and I go back every few months HOPING things have changed and yet nothing. I haven't gone inside but from what I've read it's dirty and nasty in there and now I feel like barfing up my food. I don't know who's in charge at this location but they don't seem to be doing a very good job and sincerely hope that either corporate gets involved or this location just gets shut down. They're only good with their drive thru. Very fast and accurate. Don't go inside. The kids at the register (and they are kids) Don't listen very well and they obviously don't care about their jobs. It's an outdated dining area and you can't even fill your own drinks. You ask for a refill after standing in line again and they apparently have to give you a new cup because of health codes! My burger was still pink inside! I went through the drive-thru on 5/12/16 and ordered a triple burger and a single burger. The single burger patty was gooey, oozing, and still pink inside. The sandwich was slapped together with the lettuce hanging off one side, the cheese and top bun hanging off the other. The top bun was smashed flat. I was not given a receipt (or straws or spoons, for that matter), so there is nothing I can do. I called the store, but they don't answer and their phone just rings and rings. Wendy's corporate website has no option for customers to submit email/written requests. The Magna store regularly gets my order wrong, but this raw burger was the final straw. My family used to go to the Wendy's at 35th South and 8000 West, Magna, Utah several times a month, but not any more. Our orders are messed up each time we buy food here. On one visit, we were missing a cheeseburger and when my wife went back in to tell the person behind the counter she threw the sandwich at her. I quit going to this location several years ago. Then last year my spouse talked me into going again. Thinking, well they have more than likely turned the crew and management over several times since, why not? I was so impressed with the young man behind the counter and how clean the store actually was that we have frequented it for about the last nine or ten months. Today I literally sat in drive thru for 22minutes and 23seconds. I had turned my engine off and finally had to ask if someone was going to take my order. No apologies, just took my order and when I came around the corner not a car one in the drive thru lane. I get to the window, still no apology for the wait my food was handed to me by the manager, still no apology. I drive less then 2 miles home to find my fries half frozen, my buns hard and my hamburger cold I didn't even try the chicken nuggets. Very disappointed. There are now 11 other restaurants within a mile as Magna is growing leaps and bounds. I decided to wait and see exactly what was going on! when I pulled up to get my order, I could only see 1 person working and the other two were talking while one fat girl was eating a large frosty.
