The Bohemian with Mac and cheese
    Janet W.

If you happen to be by the Square, stop by for some amazing fried green tomatoes, sandwiches and brunch on the weekends! My friend and I stopped here on a Sunday for lunch CJ and were looking to remember a friend and her love of mac and cheese. This place did not disappoint. We were seated immediately in a booth and our server, Tyler, gave us great recommendation as it was our first time here. The fried green tomatoes were outstanding! I picked the Bohemian because I am one of those people who like beets and veggie burgers. I had a side of mac and cheese which was excellent. My friend had the BLT with a side of mac and cheese and she could only finish half. If we had more of an appetite, we would have tried the bread pudding. Prices were affordable and food was amazing! I would love to try other items next time I am in the area!

Decided to try this place off of yelp reviews and it did not disappoint. Bar none some of the best burgers ever had. Got the Smashburger with Gouda cheese, an old-fashioned and Georgia flight. The atmosphere is very rustic and modern along with very good service. Overall, a good establishment definitely will come back again.

If I can give this place a 10/10 Í would. I LOVED this spot! We came in right on time for the spirited happy hour. We ordered the loaded pork nachos and honestly I'm so impressed. The chips were homemade thick cut potato chips that were light but perfectly crispy. They did NOT get soggy at all while we were eating it. It was the perfect balance of fresh and hearty with the gooey melted cheese that wasn't too salty, it complimented the tender pork and the pico gave it that fresh touch. Also the BBQ sauce is spectacular. The dirty south burger was super super flavorful. Not salty at all, it was perfectly seasoned. The Mac in cheese and bbq sauce on top were amazing. One of the best burgers I've ever tried. The fries were my favorite but you can tell they are home made and cut. I also ordered a side of roasted bacon brussel sprouts. I personally didn't care for it or liked it. They weren't bad but wasn't what I expected, I wish they were crispier and came with a sauce. I didn't ask for a sauce with it but maybe the garlic aioli would have been better with it. The chocolate lava cake was rich and decidant. I won't not compare it to Chili's. It's not gooey on the inside but it is light and fluffy, the more of vanilla are noticeable and the brownie was crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy. Maybe a little gooey on the inside. I really liked it. To top it all of our server, Tyler was spectacular. She was really nice, very attentive. We didn't have to as for a refill she, gave us recommendations and was so friendly. Also want to note that the food came out QUICK!!! No complaints, we will be back here.

Fantastic meal from beginning to end. We started with the pimento cheese board and fry board. Those could have been a meal by themselves. I had the smothered pork chop and my wife had the salmon. Both were delicious. The pork chop was probably the most tender chop I've ever had in my life. We finished with an apple turnover that was huge, hot, and perfect. To top it off, we had excellent service from Marie. We will definitely be back next time we are in Marietta.

Another winner! Local place that lived up to the reviews. Wish I had a bigger stomach! The interior was very nice and accommodating. Service was quick and very attentive. Had the yard burger and pork bellies. Both were fantastic. Will be back to try other menu items.

The Dirty South with Fries and Apple Butter BBQ Sauce

BBQ. M&C. Burger. Stockyard Burgers and Bones is absolutely my favorite restaurant in Marietta Square. All the food they do here is fantastic, and I've tried a lot of it: The Dirty South, Stockyard Tots, Pork Belly Bites, Roasted Bacon Brussels Sprouts, and the Grass-Fed Ribeye. I've hardly been disappointed with any of it, but my go-to is always the Dirty South burger. It's a classic burger- brioche bun- topped with my favorite mac and cheese and drizzled with bbq sauce! I would typically think that it would be too much on a burger... but it's so light and fluffy and gooey and flavorful. It always comes with so much m&c that (by the time I'm done eating the burger) I have an extra side item left over on my plate. The fries are also some of my favorite! They are perfectly salted homemade fries with a crispy exterior and a soft interior. This meal doesn't come with this sauce, but I always ask for the Apple Butter BBQ on the side to dip the fries. I've never had a sauce so addicting before... yum! I've had a lot of different service at Stockyard, and they're usually super personal and attentive (Ive only had one unpleasant experience with a server when they were really busy one night). My final recommendations... If you're GF: check out the Stockyard Tots appetizer, and pair it with your favorite side. The Brussels' sprouts and asparagus are both good, but sometimes a little dry. If you're looking for a unique adventure: The Dirty South will fill you up! If you want a fine date-night: the pork belly bites are a perfect appetizer for two, and the steak never fails! If you're visiting Marietta, or you live in the area, you've got to put Stockyard Burgers and Bones on your list!

Not so plain Jane & frites with garlic aioli.

This was my 2nd visit & wife's 1st. I'd come for lunch last fall. Anyway, we were seated promptly on a Saturday evening. Heather provided friendly & efficient service. I went with the basic burger - called "not so plain Jane" I believe. Very good. And as mentioned before, the fries are large plank style & a large serving. Wife said they were perfect for malt vinegar (which they happily supplied). I stuck with ketchup & their garlic aioli. She also loved her burger - some fancy type - which is pretty impressive as she is a tough judge of burgers. The dining room is pleasantly & only slightly darkened with decor befitting its name. They say they're known for their bourbon selection- we didn't try this trip but maybe next time.

Fry platter, veggie burger & Mac & cheese

Nice little place in Marietta Square. The food was delicious & they have a house made veggie burger which I HIGHLY appreciate! The fry platter is massive with 4 different options which is pretty sweet! The service was good but the drinks were a little weak. I'd definitely come back to this place again for sure!

    Pulled pork nachos Smoked Nachos
    Jay S.

Some of the best pulled pork nachos we've ever had and the price point was right. We've got some great burger places back home in the coast, but no one that has great burgers and amazing topping combos. The first burger pictured had a bacon jam and blue cheese. The second was pimento cheese. The third was an apple butter bbq. All were excellent #atlanta #bestburgersintown #bestburgers #atl

It may not look like a big place from the outside, but you will be pleasantly surprised at the sprawling and expertly laid out interior! I ventured in a few times pre-Covid with no complaints and I can say that I enjoy this spot a little more now given their response. They have clear signs stating masks are required, the staff is wearing masks at all times, directional signage in on the floor and they keep the place really clean. Parking is kind of a nightmare, especially if they are busy. The Robinson side of the building is the best bet for easy access in and out of your spot, as the Roswell Road part of the lot features a few spots, but when they are all full backing out safely can be a little tough as this part of the lot is narrow. Additionally, something to look out for on the Robinson side is the sloped pass thru that folks use to shoot off of Robinson into the parking lot below. These folks don't pay attention and fly up and down this, so be mindful and careful! The layout of the place is fantastic and the building is well lit from corner to corner. When you walk in you are greeted with a few options, you can head to the left and scope out wines from all over the place, head the right to find your favorite beer and/or liquor or you can run straight into the cigar room or fine wine area. They have a great selection, not the largest and they don't feature a lot specialty or local spirits, but for the size it is a solid selection and variety. Also, pricing is decent as well. While a few of the other chain stores have slightly lower prices on some of the major brands, but for a convenience factor, I don't mind paying the extra dollar or two. Overall, this location of Sherlock's is a solid liquor store with a decent variety, fair prices and friendly service!

They had neon yellow tape at checkout to help enforce social distancing. That's the first I've seen and I definitely appreciated Sherlock's focus on safety! Employees aren't overly friendly. I was a first-time visitor and needed help finding a special bottle of bourbon. I had the name/brand in mind and just wanted someone to point me in the right direction. I felt the employee was rude about it - maybe it was just the stress of the viral season - but it was unnecessary. That's why this wasn't a five-star visit for me. Ultimately, I found what I wanted. The bourbon was purchased as a birthday gift and the recipient was very pleased.

I'm talking about a liquid wonderland where every aisle is like a magical portal to a new world of booze. You think you're just popping in for a bottle of wine? THINK AGAIN. You'll leave with a cart full of treasures and a grin on your face like a kid in a candy store. Selection? Oh my goodness, this place is a booze buffet of EPIC proportions. From "I-can't-believe-this-exists" whiskey to that perfect bottle of gin that makes your gin & tonic feel like you've just been hugged by a cloud, they've got it. Seriously, if there's a drink out there, it's in here. You could probably walk in blindfolded, point to a random shelf, and end up with a bottle that makes you feel like a cocktail wizard. Staff? Oh, they're not just employees. They're your personal boozy Yodas. These guys KNOW their stuff. Ask them for a whiskey recommendation, and they'll give you a choice that feels like it was handpicked by the spirit gods themselves. They'll also make you feel like you're part of an exclusive club (the cool kind, not the "here's your membership card" kind). The best part? They don't look at you weird when you ask about "that one weird liqueur you saw on a travel show" and want to try it for no reason. They're like, "Oh yeah, we've got that. Let's go!" Also, how are they so chill? You'll wander through the aisles, occasionally hearing the gentle clink of bottles as the staff casually chats about their latest cocktail experiments like they're inventing new potions for Hogwarts. This place isn't just about buying booze--it's about living your best life. You'll find everything you need to impress your friends at your next party (like a fancy bottle of absinthe that looks like it belongs in a 1920s Parisian speakeasy). Plus, they often have tastings, which are insane--you'll try stuff you didn't even know existed. It's like a booze buffet where everything is free... as long as you buy something. And the store? It's basically a magical boozy labyrinth. Everything's perfectly arranged so that no matter how many bottles you pick up, you feel like you're in control, even when you're three drinks in and considering buying that absurdly expensive bottle of tequila that looks like it could be the key to a hidden treasure chest. In short: sprayberry is the Disneyland of liquor stores. It's whimsical, it's wild, and it will leave you feeling like you've just had a wild night out--even if you're still at home sipping your new favorite whiskey. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who loves a good drink and a whole lot of fun.
