I love Wendy's - but I can't recommend this location. Slow operation and more importantly- not very clean. I have been here several times now but i just can't do it again. Dirty trays , dirty floors, dirty tables, dirty counters. The people here are nice but in terms of food service the staff here , including the managers , just don't get it or care to get it. Went by around 8:15 PM for last minute meal after a busy day, and as I was ordering, I got extreme attitude from the person on the other end and decided I had no interest in meeting that person. So grateful for the experience however, because my alternative choice was Zaxby's. Had a night and day experience. Person who took my order was very patient and helpful, as it was my first time ordering there and needed a minute to go over their menu. Once I got up to the window the experience continue to improve as I noticed employees laughing, joking with each other and even dancing around. This is a current review of this Wendy's. I had stopped coming here before it was updated because the service was SO consistently awful (slow, and very inaccurate) so came back three months ago - see my original review from that trip. Came back in today and was so disappointed to see that the interior was totally neglected. Even though there are only about a half-dozen people in here, the tables are all dirty. No one has bothered to come wipe them down. I hear a lot of talking and laughing from the staff, but nothing else. They don't even have to take orders; what are they being paid to do? I won't be back. Food isn't that good and there's another Wendy's near me that is so much better managed. read more

We waited 45 minutes in line with one other car and the people working were SO RUDE I seriously did not even want to eat my food after because of the attitude the workers gave the car in front and to us for no reason, we didn't even mention or complain about the wait time and they were still rude about every single request and order we made. When I get to the window the employee did not have a mask on so I asked where is your mask and she said she has just taken it off. I shook my head no and told her to cancel my order. Unbelievably bad Wendy's in one of the most affluent areas of Metro Atlanta. At 3 pm the doors were locked; another diner had to let me in. When the woman came to the counter she told me they had to lock the doors because there were only 2 employees there. The place was dirty; there was a large amount of liquid on the counter near the register. I let several customers in; one of the two women who worked there let a customer another door. She told him they were closed nut she would wait on him. At one point she stayed talking about how she only makes $7.50 an hour. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I tried going through the drivethru at around 8:30PM to grab something quick. The person on the speaker said to "hold on a minute", which was no big deal. After five minutes I was asking if there was anyone there, and was asked to please hold on. After 15 minutes and still not able to place my order, I left. Thinking that was just an isolated incident, I tried the restaurant again about a week later. There was one car in front of me with an elderly lady. It appeared they had done the same thing with her. Customers were backing up in the drive through, and I though I'd wait to see how long it would take for her to place her order. Needless to say, after 20 minutes and 12 cars getting out of line behind me, I again gave up as well. read more

What a disaster! The place smells like old grease...far worse than most fast food places. Our order required a 25 minute wait for two premade salads. The team behind the counter was disorganized and demoralized. This is a problem with the owner who has clearly not paid attention to this place in a long time. Vile and disgusting... ordered a medium fries and a sandwich no mayo. Got about 2 min away and noticed the fried were stone cold and very dark - had obviously been sitting a long time and refried. Go back for hot or at least warm fries and have to wait 3 minutes. Get back to car, start driving home and thought I better check my sandwich. Lettuce was very soggy with mayo and the bun had mayo that was clearly wiped off. I called the manager and said I was coming back for a refund (not eating anything after this back and forth that took almost 40 minutes) and he was like sorry but what do you want me to do about it? I went back to get my refund and I noticed the terrible hygiene of the workers (long brown and black nails on male employees). I've always ordered using the drive thru and the service is absolutely horrendous plus they are extremely rude. I just left after ordering a small frosty and I sat at the window waiting why the person was cleaning instead of getting my order. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The place is old and needs to be remodeled the place looks very outdated and dirty. The tables and booths needed to be wiped down. The service was horrible! I went in to have dinner and the person who helped me was rude and not friendly at all. My burger was cold and so were my fries. My friend who was with me had the same problem. I thought maybe it was just an off night so I tried again but this time the drive thru and I had the same experience but this time I didn't have to deal with dirtiness of the store. The new building was much needed and so were the easy checkout touchscreens. However, the problem is the people. It was a Sunday, 2:30 in the afternoon, only one other customer in the building and you would think that the service would be fast. Not so. It seems the drive through is the priority so I had to wait 25 minutes for a single meal and small chili. When I got my food, the fries, like the past two times I've been there, were cold. What does it take to get fresh, hot, crunchy fries anymore? Perhaps not using oil with fat in it is the problem but most likely people don't care. Food goes in one's mouth and should be hot and delicious. Not so here and no manager seemed to be around. No sense of urgency, caring or "ownership"..Just people getting a check. The owner thinks he is saving money by using new computers to place orders but poor quality of food and service will bring this place to a close. Also, a puddle of spilled juice was ignored for the thirty minutes I was there, though they placed a cone near it. Pretty lazy..Can't wait for the new Chick fil A to open down the street as this will be my last visit to this, and the nearby Arby's for similar issues, ever. Get on the ball owner. If I could give zero stars, I would! I just went there to pick up a salad for dinner. I went inside rather than the drive through because they too frequently make errors on the order. When I went to the counter, two African American women were at the register, laughing and yelling way too loud for a restaurant, and totally ignoring another woman who had approached and me. After they settled down, one of them hollered "Bradley.....come out here and wait on these people." Still without even acknowledging any of us, they walked away. Shortly after, "Bradley" appeared. He was a middle aged man, who walked slowly with a limp, and looked incredibly unhealthy. He then took 5 orders, then left. Ten minutes after I placed my order, we (6 of us) were still standing there, waiting for our food. Several employees walked past us out another door, but never even looked our way. Finally when an employee walked by again, one of the women waiting flagged her down and asked to speak to the manager for refunds. Another 3-4 minutes went by when a frazzled looking middle-aged blonde appeared. She wanted to see our receipts, but none of us had received any. She then screamed "Bradley! You have to always give a receipt!" While processing a refund (took way too long), my salad arrived. I was going to request a refund, but it took so long for the first one to be processed, I changed my mind and checked my salad and found that there was no cheese on it. I flagged down the manager and she took it back and put cheese on it. I almost felt sorry for the manager, but she was supervising these incompetent people, and should have done a better job of hiring, training, along with supervising. NONE of us will ever go to this Wendy's again! read more
