Okay so basically I drove thru at 12:10am, applauded them for being able to serve me that late, and asked for two baconators. They gave me no bacon and still charged me for two baconators. Luckily I had a coupon for but one baconato get one free so I used that, but still both had no bacon. I even told the drive thru guy that I loved him on my way out. Smh my head. Boy this place is pretty bad. 8:30 pm on a Sunday night. Dining rooms a disaster. Soda machine syrup all over the floor and I nearly fell while filling my soda. French fries look as if they have been sitting for four hours. Brown, stale and some remind you of a fry left under your car seat for a month. My sons burger bun was literally crumbling because it was so stale. My baconator was barely room temperature. The cheese was not melted at all and the burgers seemed like they were just sitting room temperature before they were served. Stopped by thought this was going to be a fast service since there was no cars in drive thru but I was wrong the person on the head set had me repeat my order several times and then didn't give me a total rudely ask if that was it to pull up then the lady at the window didn't even greet us gave us a look like she was force to be there super rude we asked for ketchup and she rolled her eyes. Finally we get our food we get home and of course we get the food wrong. Super rude place to go if they don't want to be there working don't show up we aren't asking for free food we pay for our food. I'm just here to try the new breakfast menu! If you can by pass the poor customer service , the food is decent. I went through the drive thru and there was no greeting at the window. The cashier was rude and just impolite. Maybe she was having a bad day. The food: the potato wedges are delicious! They were hot and well seasoned. Yummy!! I also had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I really appreciate the "real" egg and not a folded egg. It was pretty tasty. The portion sizes are pretty standard. I'm interested in trying other menu options as well. read more

This Wendy's has gotten worse and worse over the years. So bad that I feel the need to finally rate and leave a review because I'm fed up. Somehow, nearly every time I or someone in my family goes through the drive-thru our order gets messed up. It's happened so much that we stopped making modifications (like asking for no mayo) just to make sure we could at least get the right food item, but even that still gets effed up. For instance, today, I went through the drive-thru. It was lunchtime, but there was not much of a rush, just a few cars. I ordered and paid for a Baconator combo with a medium Coke. I was given a Son of Baconator (which was missing the second patty it's supposed to come with) and a small Cherry Coke. I could tell the drink was small when it was handed to me, but I didn't have time to mess with it so I let it go. I didn't realize all the other mistakes until arrived at my destination, and I did not have time to drive back and have them probably screw it up again. What's worse is that they NEVER give you a receipt so you're unable to call up there and get the issue resolved. And even if you do try calling no one answers. It's like the only number provided is for a fax machine. I am so fed up with this location and hope it gets shut down or at the very least gets better management because they don't know what the hell they're doing. I've never met anyone that's gone to this location and had anything nice to say. This Wendy's is less than 5 minutes from my house, but at this point, I'd rather drive 15-20 minutes away to a different location or just not even go anymore. Based on my personal experience, I wouldn't care to revisit this location. Wendy's website says they're open until midnight. We arrived at 10:30 and were next in line in the drive through to order and we see the drive through menu light turn off after we sat in line for thirty mins. According to them, the district manager chose to have them close at 11:00. Mostly posting this for others to not have the same happen to them. Gotta love when you order and pay for 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. Than you get home and realize you got 1 sandwich and 2 fries. I guess I should have checked the bag. My annual visit to Wendy's reminds me why my visits are annual. Also the only way to pay is by handing over cash or card. Touch-less payments would be wise. read more

Ok so I know it's Wendy's so the expectation is low. But seriously. You will stand for at least 5 minutes before they take your order. And then it may or may not be right. You get lucky sometimes. Worst experience at a wendy's ever. 1st off, they were so slow. I went inside to order because the drive-through was wrapped around the building, There were literally 2 couples ahead of me and I waited 20 minutes for my food. There was only one girl working the register, 2 people working the drive-through, and one person cooking, until I noticed 1 person came back from break, which made 2 people cooking. The fries were unsalted, they had just refilled the frosty machine and gave us completely melted frosties. I show a picture of the one my husband got below. There's no way she couldn't see this when she filled up the cup. My husband ordered a bacon double stack which had no bacon on it. I gave him the bacon off of my chicken sandwich, which apparently is the only flavor the chicken sandwich has, because it was absolutely horrible and completely tasteless. One of the workers was arguing with the manager during this time. Something about having to do his job and everyone else's and he knew the manager didn't care but it was still an issue. There was someone who came in while we were waiting for our food who did not get sauce for their nuggets through the drive-through. There was another woman who had ordered a Burger with no cheese and said that they put cheese on it. When they are fulfilling one order at a time it should not be that difficult. I'm not sure what Wendy's is trying to do. They have virtually changed all of their inside ordering to 1 register, 1 cashier, and she works on 1 order at a time. I was at another Wendy's and waited over 25 minutes to get my food inside. I'm not sure if Wendy's is trying to deter inside ordering, or do away with it altogether, but they are really deterring me from going there at all because the drive thru lines are super long, slow, and going inside is obviously worse. read more

Honestly doesn't even deserve a star it's just out of generosity at this point. I waited 30 minutes just to order my food after a long day at work. I ordered a $5 biggie bag, my first issue was the fries they were unsalted and just cold they tasted like a regular uncooked store bought potato disgusting. Second the nuggets were cold and they forgot my sauce. And last the burger was just terrible the way it was presented looked terrible and the way it tasted was gross as well. What a horrible location! We got out of King's Island around 12:25 and pulled into the Wendy's drive-thru around 12:35. We waited about 15 minutes when an employee was sent out to tell everyone that if they didn't reach the speaker by 1:00am, then we couldn't order. The lady at the drive thru speaker had sat there for around 20 minutes. No one would take her order and there was only one car at the window! It was as if they were stalling u til 1am. We pulled up to the window to ask what was going on, and Robert the manager informed us that they were understaffed. YOU WORK BY KINGS ISLAND!!!! Do they understand that King's Island is a major amusement park? Why aren't you fully staffed at that hour??? Utterly ridiculous!! The girl at the window looked at us as if we were exotic animals that had escaped from the zoo. This location needs to get their stuff together! read more

It's been a long time since I had a triple cheeseburger and let me tell you, it hit the spot. Service and food was great.

This wendy's has had a full renovation or is new so it's nice and modern inside, with the fancy soda machines. It has the room in front with the big windows for natural light and a sitting area outside with tables and umbrellas. It was very clean, the food was just right and was ready very fast, and the staff was friendly. One employee was even walking around cleaning up during the lunch hour when they're busiest. I'm a big wendy's fan and this is the best one I've been to. read more

Absolutely ridiculous. We pulled up and nobody spoke to even tell us to wait a moment while we waited for almost five minutes without any kind of acknowledgement. Then the cashier had a snappy attitude when we tried to tell her she was charging us the wrong amount and giving us the wrong order. After she charged my card the wrong amount, and we told her so, she just sighed and came back with a handful of change and said that was good enough. Still never gave me my actual receipt, and almost missed my fries at the very end because she bagged them separately and waited almost a full two minutes between handing out the first bag and the second. The " manager " acted like it was my fault for being upset and asking for a refund and that the measy small coke was adequate compensation for $5+ order price and 20 mins of my time... Even when I called corp and spoke to the dist. manager she just said " more training " was needed and to come in and waste 20 more mins at the slowest location on earth for a refund of $5..
