Food is decent. I had the mushroom Swiss burger with mozzarella sticks. They have a freestyle machine which I'm a fan of. My buddy had bbq wings and fries. Both meals were ok. Ambiance, there really isn't any, just standard bbq joint feel. The "server" Shanae acted like she was doing us a favor taking our order. Completely disinterested. Stood playing on her phone most of the time we were there (30 minutes). Unenthusiastic food delivery when your number is called. Never asked anybody how things were or offered any greeting when people came or left. I'd come here before McDonald's, but can't say I'd really recommend it to anyone. I read the reviews and have seen them around town, finally popped out and tried it. I got the burger and fries. People said prices were expensive, the double cheese burger was $11x fries were a $2 add on. Pretty average pricing. Now the food. Honestly overhyped. The burger was alright, just an average burger not much else to say. I think the burger sauce needs more flavor, maybe crispier lettuce. I asked for no tomato on the website but it came with it. I asked in special instructions for Cajun on fries if possible, they were plain. Peoples said the fries were average and they were right, they need a seasoning. Wow sauce was a savor but that's just a canes rip off. For the price probably wouldn't get it again, but want to come back and try the wings before I make any final decisions! Gf - I got the chicken basket, I guess they were trying to make the fries healthier with sea salt, but they weren't crunchy or flavorful. The chicken was good and flavorful, nice with honey bbq. Toast was so soft, almost soggy but would get again. All in all, I say there are better burger places, chicken is good, don't get the fries, and I'm looking forward to trying the wings. read more

Super fast carry out, it's an amazing option when you realize on the way home you have nothing to eat once you get there - we order on the way home from Cincinnati, and it's always ready by the time we're back in Mason! Wings are large, meaty, and have a good amount of sauce, chicken sandwiches have a nice plump two tenders on the bun, fried pickles is practically a whole jar for $4 and so good, and the cheesesteak is overloaded with meaty goodness! The truth is, the burgers here are FLAVORFUL! This is thee place for burgers and fries. Bottomline. I typically go to Culver's or Five Guys for a good burger...NOT any more. This place surprised me. It was quick, the service was good and the food was tasty. It is fast food/ sports bar vibes. The food comes out pretty fresh and hot. It is also pretty tasty. I've passed this place a few times on the way to the gym and decided to finally give it a try. Parking - shared parking with a few other businesses and plenty of spaces to park. The restaurant was clean. There is plenty of seating and a counter to order your food since table service isn't an option. The name is of this business is misleading since it has more to offer than your standard burger and wings, so you'll see things like fried rice on the menu. I went with the Double Double (double steak burger, double bacon, double cheese) and a small fry (just so I could try them) . Their burgers seem high in price, but the quality is great and the feel is similar to Five Guys; just a lot less grease. For someone that has a sensitive stomach or just doesn't want to feel like garbage by eating out one day during the week, this would be a good option. The fries were just okay; they remind me of the 80's DQ fries. I'd they were a little more crispy and seasoned, they'd be perfect. Also $3 for a small fry is way too much; the quality just isn't there. The workers are nice, but the cashier didn't seem very knowledgeable about the business or menu. It's definitely worth a try and I see myself visiting again for a burger that isn't dripping with grease. read more

We ate here for the first time on a Tuesday for dinner at 5:47pm. There was one couple eating and another person waiting for carryout. You order and pickup your food at the counter. We ordered the Hawaiian Burger ($8.99), Mushroom and Swiss Burger ($8.99), a chocolate shake ($4.99), Fries ($2.00), and a Coke Freestyle fountain drink ($2.00). I assume the fries and drink were only $2 each to price them as part of a Combo meal. Fountain drink was immediately available and self-serve. Shake was available a few minutes later. The rest of the food was available after another 5-10 minutes - all freshly prepared and a reasonable wait. My wife said the chocolate shake was better than UDF. The size was about the same as or perhaps a bit smaller than a UDF shake. The burger patties were good, but nothing special - maybe 1/4 lb at best, perhaps smaller. We didn't realize that each burger came not only with their special toppings but also fresh onion, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and their special sauce. The special sauce detracted from the taste of the Hawaiian burger. The mushrooms on the other burger were just sliced mushrooms - maybe lightly sautéed - but no mushroom sauce. The biggest shortcoming for the burgers was the bun - perhaps a brioche bun - which was just too much bread and tougher than most buns, which made the overall sandwiches dry. At least there was a generous helping of fries that tasted good. The overall meal came to $28.86 before tip. Given the price, the bland atmosphere, and the mediocre taste of the food, we have no reason to go back. read more

We've eaten carryout from here four times now and we haven't tried their burgers yet because the wings and fried rice are so darned good. The wings are not huge but no one's are these days. They're a reasonable price and the flavors are original and tasty. The fried rice is loaded with meat and veggies and you can taste it all. Their fries are your average fries, nothing special. The shakes are wonderfully thick and creamy, love the strawberry! The fried pickles are lengthwise slices that are not too salty, unlike most we've had lately. I don't think we've tried anything of theirs we haven't liked, though the fries are meh. We really need to try a burger next time. read more

We visited your Mason location #401 today for the first time. We both ordered 8pc boneless wings. I got Medium sauce on mine and he got carolina sauce on the side instead of on the wings. They charged him for his wings sauce. He took the receipt up and showed him that it should have been $2 more because of his drink. The cashier was Noah and him and another girl argued with my husband saying that he got freestyle wings. He spouted off something about it being freestyle which he didn't explain. The boneless wings come with sauce. Hubby got his sauce on the side instead of on them. We are talking about $1 difference. They argued. They didn't do anything. And I asked if it came with celery. They said yes. I told them I wanted extra celery. I got the same as my husband, 3 small strips. THREE! The medium sauce tasted like tabasco instead of buffalo sauce. I didn't like them but again, they wouldn't do anything. This was our first time in there and I'm not sure I will return. read more

Had a coupon from back of Kroger receipt. Wrote this place off months ago cause I'm not a wing fan. But...gave it a shot last Friday night. We got a 7 piece chicken tender (large tenders) platter with a mound of really good fries, enough for 2, 2 triangle pieces of garlic toast, a small Cole slaw, and 2 chocolate shakes for $20.59. The coupon was buy one shake get one free. We couldn't even finish all of it. Took home 1 tender and half the fries for a nice snack. 2 dipping sauces also come with it. Tenders were hot, juicy, and very tasty. Took about 10 minutes or so to get food once ordered but worth the wait. Everything is cooked to order. Will definitely be back. read more

Gave this place a try after buying a Local Flavor deal. I was very pleased. Food was ready in a timely manner. The food was tasty and portions were generous. My husband and I are not light eaters and we made 4 meals out of 2 and still have a box of fries in the fridge. My husband ordered the large philly steak sandwich. It was huge! He really liked it. I may try it the next time because it did look good. I had Nashville Hot chicken tenders. The tenders were large and it came with plenty of fries. I was afraid to order wings because I have seem some comments on how the wings were really small. Sounds like a supply chain issue that many businesses deal with.
