Great food can forgive a lot of sins, but unfortunately PB struggled here too. The Yinz BBQ burger had barely the smallest bit of BBQ flavor, and was just flat, one-note and mediocre at best. The Chicago Dog was a mess(see pic), hot dog way over cooked and shriveled up, no poppy seed bun. Yovi's truck does not need to worry about the completion. It's a shame because I really wanted to like this place. Conceptually, this idea should work, could work. If this place had recently opened, then perhaps I'd wait and try again. Bubba's is located right beside a park, a golf course and a hockey rink. I was seated fairly quickly, and my server helped guide me through ordering the perfect burgher for me.
