I rate this a solid 2.3. Went drive through and the person taking orders had a tough time figuring out 2 sets of 4 nuggets, you would have thought we were building a space ship. Got my food quick which was nice. Staff doesn't talk at the windows, but gets the food out fast. Putting the fast in food. Fries were mid, tasted low key weird. My Vanilla Coke tasted like vanilla piss water. The garlic parm nuggets were fire, good seasoning and crisp. The buffalo nuggets were ass and very soggy. We just went to have dinner at this Wendy's in Franklin and it's closed. The only the drive-through is open but it doesn't say that on the door the doors are locked do you knock on the door no one even looks up to see who's knocking or what's going on. I'm pretty sure if they were intending to not have inside hours. They should at least have posted that. Always about 10 minutes between a cashier just being NEAR the registers, you don't get what you order, and everything is soggy. This used to be the best Wendy's when I was a kid and now it's trash. I mobile ordered a baked potato here a couple of weeks ago and when I got home the inside was dark brown - it was clearly a spoiled potato. They had to have seen it and prepared it anyway, knowing it was drive thru and the customer probably wouldn't come back. Today I ordered a potato again. Went through the drive thru at 7:40 am to try out the breakfast menu. No line. I sat at the order speaker for 3 minutes, no one there, so drove off. According to their hours they open at 6:30. 7:45am and no one there I guess. Probably better off. My wife tried the breakfast last week and ordered a coffee and asked for a creamer. While driving away she opened the creamer to put in her coffee and a solid creamer chunk in the shape of the container dropped in it. Had to throw it away. I can't tell if this is a fast food restaurant or a zoo for fruit flies. There were SO MANY flies. We stopped in to pickup our food as previous reviews were negative about the drive thru service. Everything seemed fine at first until we went to the counter. There were swarms of flies at the registers, bathrooms, and an obscene amount by the drinks and ketchup counter. It is true this Wendy's always has the slowest drive thru. I'm embarrassed to say I work in town and quite often I drive by anytime between 4-7 pm and sometimes the 99 cent spicy nuggets tempt the hell out of me( insert ashamed emoji). Honestly I pray that the light is green, so I raced to it and don't stop here and then regret it immediately after eating my food. The food is generally hot and put together well, so the workers seem to be okay. But they gotta figure out a way to get this drive through rolling ( pun intended). It's some very slow, fast food. My two teenage kids and I stopped at this Wendy's on our way home from Bible study. It was around 9:30pm as we were running late, we stopped here to grab something quick. I ordered two double baconators and a single one. When we got home the burgers were not edible. They were extremely salty. Then it dawned on us, that's why the staff was so giggly. We dumped our burgers and I called customer service and they said someone would return my call within the next 48 hrs and it hasn't happened. I don't care about the money or getting free food but if there's no control over who does what to the burgers, I'm afraid to think they could have done worse things to the food. Yuck, yuck!! Wendy's has always been my favorite spot for fast food, and when I heard the Milford location was getting a huge makeover, I was super excited. What could be better than a BRAND NEW Wendy's. This specific Wendy's is the only one remotely close to the area (unless you consider Franklin close by) is right off Interstate 495, off Exit 20 at the major intersection of Dilla Street & Route 85 (Cedar Street). And one of the Wendy's that I frequent the most since my house is far away from any, and I frequent this area. Anyway, this location used to have a few issues with the driveway, I witnessed someone's tire get deflated because of the huge potholes at the side entrance, as well as the poor job they were doing controlling the drive thru.... sometimes the line wouldn't move for so long! Now, the building has been remodeled and the interior dining room is new, modern and fabulous. The drive thru moves much faster, and the new signs in the parking help ease the traffic for those who don't know the normal right ways of entering the establishment as well as leaving it. 5 stars. read more

This is where you should go if you want the hands down WORST customer service EVER. Every single time I have been to this Wendy's drive through, there is either a line wrapped entirely around the building that is barely moving, or it is completely empty and you STILL wait in the drive through to be waited on for 20 minutes. What could these employees possibly be doing? They even charged me for a large fry and I did not receive any fries at all. Employees also let friends run up to the drive through window for free food, quite frequently. Complete shit, I wouldn't go within ten miles of this place if it wasn't the ONLY Wendy's anywhere remotely near my house. Terrible. Horrible. Disgusting. Food is fresh and tasted just fine. Not seasoned right and a bit of bland. We had a coupon of buy one get one so didnt feel bad. If you visit this place during the rainy day then you can either get stuck on the wendy pond through dilla st entry or can get ur canoe to get into the restaurant. I just went through the drive thru, presented a digital coupon to the cashier she came back reached for my card I said oh did my total change she said yes, when I got my receipt at the second window it had not changed. She literally lied right to my face. Then comes the lady at the second window. My receipt clearly says 2 bbq sauces and 2 sweet n sour sauces. She put one of each, no big deal I just ask for the missing sauces. She says I already gave you your sauces. I said oh I asked for two of each, she grabbed two random sauces and rudely gave them to me. At this point I just drove away. Had there not been a huge line behind me I would've asked to speak to the manager but decided to not hold up the line of 10+ cars behind me over rude and lying employees. Disgusted in this place. I waited for 20 minutes at the drive thru to get a salad and burger because the order taker would take the order, wait until that person was served, and then take the next order. When I finally got to the window, I asked for the manager, who simply replied, "We beeeeezy. We have more customers than other Wendy's." Busy?!
