I went in to pick up an order. the worker said give them another minute. 35 minutes later the food came out. this was for the chicken pot pie. while there, there is a sign on the wall no pitcher or video. Horrible! I ordered the chia for my son and when I got home, I saw a piece of thin chicken smaller than the palm of my hand. I paid $12.99 for the combo meal and they didn't even include the fries! While my dinner was getting cold, I drove the 15 minutes back to the store. When I returned I was told sorry and did I have my receipt? I did. I tried to give this location at chance since it's close to my work but never again I've done Mobile orders before because it's quicker. I order about 15 minutes before I go there and today I went there. Oh there's no prize we have to put some fries on. They'll be two minutes 15 minutes later fries came out so my mobile order is out there for 30 minutes for just fries. I will never go to this location again absolutely the worst. read more

One of my employees was with me and I asked him what he wanted for lunch. Out of all the options in Milford he wanted KFC. I said, "anything else?" Nope he wanted KFC. I ordered on the App. Went to the drive through. Woman was extremely rude and she did not have the best English language skills to be dealing with window customers. I told her my name, she repeated someone elses name that was similar but different. Eventually she found me. Wait time was super short but the mac and cheese bowl I got was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was so disgusting I actually felt depressed all day after, the meat tasted like old fryer oil and depression. My guy got a 3 piece big box meal. It was only 2 pieces of chicken though. Went around the drive through again and was treated like I was trying to steal from them. Sorry lady. You people dun messed up through no fault of my own. I paid for the food. Rude staff member. I ordered through the APP and when I drove thru she started asking me what I wanted even before i got to the speaker. I told her i ordered through the APP and before I even got the words out she said WHAT'S YOUR NAME? I told here and she said DRIVE UP. Then handed me my bag without saying anything and turned around and walked away. I drove off and realized they had forgotten my drink. I drive back around and parked and went in (hoping to avoid my drive thru lady). I told the cashier that I didn't get a drink even though I picked one when I ordered through the APP. She turned to the drive through lady and explained she yelled WHAT DRINK? I said Diet Pepsi. She poured it and said I NEED TO SEE THE RECEIPT. I showed her. She said NO DRINK ON THIS RECEIPT. I said, I know but it was a combo and... she interrupted NO DRINK!. Instead of arguing I turned around and left. When I got home I saw that they only gave me one thing of sauce even though I picked two and two were on the receipt. And, like Kamala, I am not going back. I made a mobile order that said it would be at 5:20. I pulled up to the restaurant and there was no way to go inside and pickup my mobile order. That's fine I had no issue waiting in the drive through. I waited in the drive through for about half an hour and when I tell them I'm here to pickup my mobile order they said they did not have one under the name. They had me pull up to the 2nd window where they continued to argue with me that no order had come through. I let them know that I already paid and I expected my food. When I requested a supervisor or manager no one was available to assist. I let them know i was not moving my car until i got the order i paid for. It's a KFC. I am not expecting much here but sometimes the food is nearly inedible. The quality of food u get depends on the time of day and besides ordering right after they open their is no reason to go to this place. From my experience they aren't serving day old chicken yet but depending how busy their day is u can get their lunch time made chicken at dinner time. Fast food is always a hit or miss and over here u will miss more times than u care to elaborate on. South 10-20 mins is a KFC and Popeyes that both tend to have nice hot chicken since they complete with each other. U ain't getting what u wanted here. read more

Horrible experience yesterday. Went to the drive-thru, but no one bothered answering, so I parked and went inside. Manager was on her cellphone and not helping out the staff when I first got in. Customers in front of me got noticeably old/over-cooked food and had to ask for fresh, which took about 15 minutes. I was there for half an hour total. I've been here a few times since I work close. I was super rushed with my order and I didn't get a chance to even find what I wanted on the menu. I used to work at KFC and I am always hesitant about ordering the Pot Pie because it's usually not made right. I got it today and there was barely any mix, super dry chicken and all the chicken had soggy skin on it. I went to the KFC on 15 Medway Road in Milford MA on April 21 and ordered a 12 Piece Dinner and paid $42.49 for it. I waited over 40 minutes after being constantly told it was coming soon. They finally brought it to me and then changed their mind and said it had to go to someone in the car line instead. I then asked for my money back and they said they could not do it because the manager was not there and I would have to come back next week. In the time I was there waiting I noticed a few things. The main ovens were not turned on and they staff was cooking up small batches instead. Everyone had long waits but the staff would never hold enough to serve my order and would serve 3 or 4 smaller orders instead. More than a dozen customers came after me and were served ahead of me. That is unacceptable. I will not be going back to that KFC or any KFC ever again! I have bought 100's of buckets at KFC over the years but no more. Your quality and ethics standards have slipped to unacceptable levels and you should be shut down. Keep your $42.49 and screw KFC!!!!! read more

I got the two piece white which should be a wing and breast. It wasn't a breast...a back? It was the driest, oldest piece of chicken I've ever had at KFC. I tried my wife's. Same. Lame. Also, an employee did not wash her hands after using the restroom. Maybe dry chicken helps prevent transference of disease. No wonder their reviews suck. When I go to eat fast food which is almost never I want it to be good and what I ordered. With this KFC it was good but I got a pot pie instead of a chicken Brest meal. The lady who worked there even read it back as a # 21 which is the thing I ordered the she was the only one working and she was doing one order at a time. The she hands me the bag and says #21. Myself and other fellow customers (around 4 groups) had a horrendous experience at KFC. When we ordered, we were told that our three piece dark meat would take 20 minutes. At first, I wanted to shout out that chicken would not take 20 minute to make. My husband was smart to tell me to keep my mouth quiet. There were two groups before us and the folks at KFC got both orders wrong! Seeing what happened I checked my order before leaving. It so happened they got my order wrong. The woman who served me gave me the order and said three piece dark meat. I actually got a two piece (white meat and dark meat). Of course, I complained and the woman spoke with her manager (jan) who ultimately told me that they did not have dark meat and had to give me three wings!!!! Three piece wings plus two sides for 8 dollars?! I might as well have gone elsewhere for a better value. Plus they have me a mix of original and crispy which I did not want. They were extremely secretive as Well and took meat from the "back" The crew of 5-6 there were extremely disorganized and did not know what the customers ordered. And you do not make a customer wait 20-30 minutes for a few measly chicken just because the manager could not forecast the amount of food needed. Just dined in here. We were the number 3 and 4 dining in. The moment we entered there was nobody at the counter but someone saw us and came to take our order. I wasn't sure if it was a language or just a rude training given to people who are working here, but it wasn't helpful while placing the order. We finally placed our order with literally no help. We got our order pretty fast as it was all already made. There were atleast 2 pieces of chicken which were smaller than buffalo wild wings one wing. We werent that hungry and my wife wanted to report that. I was sure to get no acceptance for a criticism or a review on food. My wife still told them about it and wasnt responded well. My boyfriend and I stopped in tonight to grab some dinner. The woman working up front seemed like she was not at all happy to help you. However, there was a guy working the drive thru, making food, and also ringing in people up front. He seemed like he genuinely wanted you to have a good experience, and get the food you ordered. I believe his name tag said Jan. From the time we walked in, to the time we received our food was only somewhere between 5-10 minutes. Seeing that drive thru was busy and the front was also, this is understandable. To me it seems as though this restaurant is either understaffed or needs to get a few more employees like Jan who care about what they are doing, and don't just stare at you when you walk in, like a woman working there tonight. All in all, it was not a horrible experience. We were missing a side..if we weren't, I would have given 3 stars...but only because of the good service we received from Jan. These other reviews are completely shocking! This is my favorite KFC location. Really because of it's location. It's the only KFC for miles and miles that is in a good area, and always does it right. My local KFC (in Dedham) is much more renovated, but also in a much busier area and the clientele is much different (and not for the better). Plus the Milford location's parking lot isn't like bumper cars and is very large. Juan is very friendly and always checks the drive through orders for accuracy, as well! Chicken is always made to order and crispy, like KFC should be. Biscuits are also delectable. Really nice to find a KFC location that isn't ever crowded, provides great food, and is convenient in location to 495 and for me when in Milford. I will continue to support this location because of food and friendly staff. They are really a 5-star restaurant, and will receive that when they remodel like the other KFC locations. Also, just for note, they are supposed to be at 15 Medway Road, not 55! Manager is looking into fixing this...... read more

I'll break my review into two parts, one for KFC and another for Pizza Hut. KFC This location is chronically under chickened. I went in to get a bucket of chicken for lunch for a group of 7 people (I got the 16 piece bucket) and they weren't able to give me the correct pieces of original recipe. I literally wiped them out of original recipe chicken. They gave me some extra crispy to make up the difference, and between the two types of chicken, they had exactly 16 pieces. I went just before the lunch rush would have hit, so they should have had plenty of chicken. The poor guy that came in behind me was told he'd have to wait 14 minutes for more chicken. He left. They also opted to not put the lid all the way on the gravy for the potatoes, and they put that at the bottom of my bag. When I got home, the gravy had gone EVERYWHERE. It was great fun cleaning that up. Besides that, the sides were average quality. I requested 2 of each kind of dipping sauce to go with the chicken. I didn't realize this location only has 3 kinds of dipping sauce, most have more than that. Pizza Hut I'm not sure what the point is of even offering pizza at this location. They only have "personal" size pepperoni and cheese pizzas. They charge nearly $5 for it and they're about the size of a bagel bite. Oh, and they're frozen. No joke, we saw them prepare the pizza... it's this little frozen bagel-bite that they run through a mini pizza oven. It takes about 10 minutes and I swear they shrink even further during cooking. The boxes are about 4 inches square and are too large for the pizza. They cut it into 4 bite-size pieces. It's cute. If you like PIzza Hut (which I do) you won't find any resemblance between a pizza hut pizza and these frozen bagel-bite pizzas besides the logo on the box. read more
