EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEES. I picked up a doordash order, they gave me the wrong person so I went back around and was super nice and said they gave the wrong one. When I got up to the window and was waiting for them to give me the correct order a female employee kept calling me a b*tch in the background. She said it at least 6 times. I heard her say 'you got the wrong order? That's your order for tonight b*tch! leave.' Again, I was hearing this for at least 3 minutes over and over again. Mind you THEY gave me the wrong order and had to fix THEIR own mistake which was already an order in the system!! It's not like they had to make a whole new order. And especially since it's doordash, I cannot just deliver the wrong order. Never experienced anything like this. And I was extremely nice and respectful through all of this. Hope she gets fired. I rate this a generous 3.4. I have been to this McDonalds a lot, one could say I have a soft spot for them. One could say I grew up there. I take pride in those Golden Arches. Went drive through during dinner time. Line was alright speed. Not sure why they have 2 order machines and only use 1. Anyways my fries tasted like half were salted and warm and good. While the other half was found under the fryer from last week, cold, soggy, bad. My chicken sandwich was pretty good. Bun to patty ratio could be better. This restaraunt has a history of not getting their customer's order right, charging the wrong amounts, not giving any care when a client has a complaint, being generally annoyed with their customers. If you want good service from McDonald's ... go to the McDonald's on the other side of town where they actually care about what they are doing. I am sorry to report that their record for my orders is less than 50% of the time it being right, or it even being hot by the time you get it. I previously gave this location a poor review. And it was a really crummy thing to do. They gave me the wrong order one day, and I didn't realize until I got back to work, and I was so hungry and disappointed that I wrote a bad review. It was one mistake on a very busy lunch rush. It was just a simple mistake. I completely overreacted. I visit this location more than I care to admit, but we will just say I visit A LOT. They never mess my order up, even when they're busy. They move QUICKLY. There have been days where there are 7+ cars ahead of me in the drive thru and start to finish I maybe wait 4 mins. Super fast when there's no line. This maybe sounds stupid but I appreciate that they fill the French fry cups. I always get so mad when they're half empty. This location doesn't do that. I stan McDonalds. I have loved McDs my whole life. And I've been to crummy locations. This one is a great one. I am very fond of the weekday/lunch time crew. They were open all over the holidays, and all thru covid. It's tough out there, these folks feed A LOT of people. I felt really horrible when I rediscovered my poor review so I wanted to set the record straight. Love this location! read more

Service is great and staff is courteous. Nice quick service and they accommodated our request for food very well. Very impressive service. All 4 stars for great service and well-trained staff. Some of the feedback which might help them to improve, if they read these reviews are: 1. We were there during the snow and it seems like they were missing a door mat to clean snow, the whole floor was almost wet(at least the walkway to the counter). 2. Drive way was not clean which is also not a great sign. 3. Restroom was dirty and need attention. It was snowing but still it shouldn't be dirty. read more

Service is much better than the restaurant on Medway Rd. I believe it's the same owners but not sure. The place is generally clean and they haven't screwed up an order on me yet. Getting out of the parking lot to hit 140N can be a hassle during peak hours. They are generous with the fries but they often taste like they've been sitting there for awhile. Same with any chicken product. Drive-thru is 24 hours and you can expect the same stale feel and taste to the food past 1 AM. read more

Whenever I go there they always get it wrong and the food is always cold and whenever I go in to ask them to remake something for me they always give me attitude and never smile. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this McDonald's location. From the food, to the service, it's wonderful. The manager there is truly an amazing example of customer service. She is ALWAYS smiling, polite and happy to help you. If my order is made incorrectly, she will quickly fix it & apologize & ensure you walk out with a smile on your face. We go here a decent amount, as it's the only McDonald's in the area. The service is usually kind of slow but I always see the workers working hard so I know it's just busy. The manager is very nice. Food has always been of expected quality. Ice cream machine was broken the one time I wanted a McFlurry which was disappointing so we went to DQ instead. read more
