I have only gotten the pizza here so far, however I have seen the salads and they've looked good. The staff here has been very helpful and friendly every time I have gone. The pizza has been great, consistent and reminds me of when I got it many years ago. The tables have been clean while I sit and wait I usually get it to go. I went in for a DoorDash order, got the biggest attitude and I hadn't even walked into the store yet, from a former employee I found out his name is Kevin, worst costumer service I've gotten in my whole life, it was my first time doing a DoorDash order with papa Gino's. I don't know what it is about Papa Gino's pizza, but I think it is simply the best pizza in the world. Maybe it's because I grew up with them around and have since moved away and don't have them anymore? I don't truly know. But when I'm traveling in an area that has one I make sure I stop by one. I stopped here on my way to Providence and got a peppers & onion pizza to bring to a friend's house & the couple slices I ate were equivalent to hugging Jesus at the pearly gates. Papa Gino's is my favorite pizza and I have been to many in MA When I worked 3 out of the 5 days I ate at the Uxbridge locatio. Once retired once a week to the Worcester PG on Rt 20 I have to say out of every Papa Gino's the Milford PG on Cape Road beats all the others! There Pizza is always cooked to perfection. Crust is always cooked and crisp. The manager Joe is also the best! Always greets everyone with a smile and greeting! As I said I've eaten in every PG from Worcester to the Yarmouth PG. and Milford beats every other PG for quality and atmospher. I give this location 5 stars all day! This is the PG closest to my work, so I've become a regular since March 2019. I usually forget to check-in but I come here once a week usually (if not more!) The dining room is always clean, they have never once gotten my order wrong (my sandwiches come with a laundry list of special requests so this is surprising & awesome), and my food is always super good, which is why I go back. Excellent location! I love Papa Ginos anyway, but I have been to some that just weren't performing well. This one is aces! I used to not be a big fan of this location for a while, but the last 3 years that has changed. My orders gpt messed up 1 out of every 4 to 5 times but now in just over 3 years maybe 3 times in total. Food is always real good over there. As good as many there, Cody has always been consistent. He always greets me by name and a good part of the reason I frequent that location. If a mistake somehow happens, he fixes it right away and offers to add something to make up for any mess up. We stopped visiting this location a few years back. The wait time was awful and the food wasn't ready when promised. The staff was nice enough and were working hard but they are overwhelmed. I'm actually surprised this location survived when the company decided to close a bunch of restaurant. Perhaps it's revenue is good because there isn't much else in town. There is something comforting to sit at the same red & white checkered tables that remind me of when I was a kid. Overall, the staff is great but the real MVP, time and time again, who never fails with professionalism, A+ customer service, work ethic and personality is CODY! Cody is the best thing that has happened to Papa Ginos in Milford MA. Having managed large scale restaurants in the Boston area myself, I can honestly say I would hire Cody to be part of my management team hands down. As a customer in the area, I hope to never see him leave the Milford, MA location. He is such an asset. He does it all and never seems to complain or get frustrated in front of us, the customers. He will take your order with a smile, cook your food on the grill, make your pizza, bring your food to your table and pull another table over for your comfort, he will wipe tables, sweep, etc...no job is out of the question for him. I have not visited Papa G for years and they were pretty good as chains go so I stopped in Milford PG's one Friday afternoon for a Cheese pizza. I made my order and while I was standing there I could see the guy preparing the pizza sneeze into both of his hands, pause to sneeze again then shove his hand into the box of cheese and start spreading the sneeze..I mean cheese onto the pizza. I called back and told them that fries came instead of the steak and cheese. This is the greatest place to eat. They never ever screw up my food. It tastes fresh always. The crust is so chewy. The sauce accents the pizza. We order tuna subs for the youngest all the time. though my fiance always comes home with a colorful story* about his pick up experience, the food has always been correct, well-prepared, and fresh. we don't always choose papa gino's for pizza, as there are some very good local options, it is our go-to when we want something relatively inexpensive, and relatively quick. *for instance, today the woman in front of him was sent away with an empty box that was supposed to have breadsticks or something similar. also, when he arrived to pick up our online order, he was informed it had already been picked up... when obviously it hadn't. they correct errors quickly and apologetically, but you do need to keep an eye out. read more

I called them twice about this and went in once over the following 3-4 weeks to try to resolve this. My husband and I are regular customers here at the Papa Gino's in Milford and we never really take the time to review a restaurant but this is the exception. The location is always clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is beautiful. The food and staff do a beyond expectation performance every visit. The staff seems like all best friends and it shows through their work performance as well. Communicating well, good attitudes along with quality and quantity efficiency. The managers have really done a great job in creating an outstanding team and I believe sometimes people deserve more recognition. We order from papa Gino's regularly and have tried many of the branches including some in Worcester, Sharon and Milford. This one is the best. I've only done delivery from here. It's very hit or miss depending on how busy they are and who's working. The food is okay. I like the rustic pizza and boneless buffalo wings, but even those are inconsistent.
