I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this Panera needs HELP. Panera in general is fine, I like it, but this review is about this particular location. The first time I went there, I was treating my aunt and mother to lunch. They both got soup, I got a caprese sandwich. The sandwich was good, however the soup was cold despite me waiting there and getting it right when it was put in the window. I brought the soup back and asked if they could heat it up. The lady at the window told me to use the microwaves at the front of the restaurant and that 'they don't do that'. I said let me get this straight you want me to heat up the soup you gave me cold less than a minute ago in the microwave? She said yes. I waited for a different employee and tried again, she took the soup back and I watched as the employee I already spoke to yelled at her for doing it directly in front of me. I felt bad, and it was so inappropriate. I gave them another try, I ordered for drive up since I have a dog and didn't want to leave him in the car. I showed up and put I was there on the app, waited ten minutes before I went inside. I saw my order sitting on the counter. I took it and said, I'm taking this, but you know you have other people waiting in their cars, right? The person behind the counter said 'we're too busy, they'll come in eventually, not my problem'. I was taken aback. I let everyone parked know what they said so they didn't wait like me, but that is absolutely unacceptable, both the service and the attitude. There needs to be a complete overhaul of this location. It's frankly not even slightly appropriate behavior or service. Pro, the Greek stuffer was delicious. My new favorite Panera item. And as always the Dubai chocolate cookie was amazing. read more

This location is clean and the food came out quickly The spicy take chicken sandwich is a limited time offer. The overall sandwich was good, this is probably healthier than a fried version. By far the best Panera I've ever been to. You'd think they all taste the same, but no: other Panera's will sometimes give me a stomachache after, or serve lukewarm soups or pasty Mac and cheese. I love this place. All the food isn't exactly healthy but you're enjoying every bite while you're devouring it.

We have been a fan of Panera for their freshly baked bread, they give out their bread to the needy after closing, and they offer a wide variety of healthy-ish food. But we will not be going back to this location. A few weeks ago, we dined in and ordered some food and drinks. We noticed there were only mugs and takeout paper cups, so not wanting to be wasteful, we grabbed mugs and poured in some iced tea. We were then yelled at by the manager working behind the counter that mugs are for hot drinks only. I cannot comprehend why that is a rule at all, and what purpose it could serve. If its a rule that corporate/upper management is saying has to be enforced, then shame on them for trying to set up such a laughable and useless rule. If it's a rule set up by that specific manager, then perhaps calling out customers in front of everyone is not the best customer service. And if it really is a life and death situation, then perhaps add in other non-disposable cup options so that customers who are dining in don't have to grab mugs to not feel wasteful. I also noticed there were maybe 4 employees working there on a Saturday shift. Pretty clearly a staff shortage issue with all the we're hiring signs. Maybe corporate/upper management should actually prioritize their employees by paying them wages that are not indicative of the 1990s. Or at least I'm hoping they're paying employees modern wages, since the price on everything Panera has to offer has increased dramatically over the past several years. Customer service is atrocious. My order came without my entree, the "manager" would not provide me with her name and said "we'll send you a new one, there's no need to know my name", she also was rude and condescending and could not understand why someone would be upset about not getting food after waiting for an hour. The manager also accused me of saying I didn't get food, and really having it, and that she'll know because door dash will take a picture. I was sent an empty bread bowl and no Mac and cheese, she made the accusation after confirming that the Mac and cheese was left behind in the restaurant and calling door dash. I would give 0 stars if I could, nothing to do with the quality of food, but the lack of customer service and compassion. Just went to Panara bread in Milford MA and picked up a dinner order for my family -$70. Got home to find out the order was missing an item, so I called Panara to just have my credit card refunded for the missing item. Was told they don't do that and I needed to drive back with the receipt and then they would process the mistake they made! Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never go there again and neither will any of my family. What a dumb mistake! for a $10 refund they have ruined their name and have lost regular customers! A friend and I come for breakfast usually twice a week, and both of us have the monthly coffee/drink plan. Twice now, today and on Feb 9, two out of three coffee urns have been empty at 9:05 or so, along with at least one cream/milk dispenser. Pretty standard Panera but it gets super loud and busy during rush hour. They have a decent selection of salads but they are just mediocre, I got the southwestern chicken salad and the chicken seemed not super fresh (was a bit rubbery) and it was cold. I've had way better salads elsewhere and I was wishing I had waited and gone to a local coffee shop that had better salad options instead. They have fast kiosks where it's supposed to be faster to order, but in fact it's slow because nobody knows how to use the machines to order. There are a lot of modifications you can make to your order and a lot of steps to go through, so you're better off ordering via the cashier who knows how to operate the machines. The ambiance inside is loud and crowded and there were a lot of children and high school students there. The tables are really close to one another so you can hear everything your neighbor is saying. The WiFi is very slow so don't expect to get much work done if you're coming here to work. They also cut off WiFi during peak hours after 30 min. Take some time and research some local coffee shops before coming here. There are way better options for places to work with better food and WiFi. read more

Disappointed everytime I order to go. To get curbside pickup they tell me I have to call, because when I order online from their site it doesn't show up curbside, just "to go." So I call and nobody picks up, or they put you on hold and forget about you entirely. After getting someone on the phone and getting your order taken, they don't bring out your order. I sit there in the vehicle matching the description they asked me for. So you just go inside to get it already. They say "you're supposed to call when you get here." Ok. Asked register clerk where my order was waited another 5 to 10 minutes and she came back to tell me she couldn't find it. I like the new revamped service. No more waiting in line at the pickup window. They bring it to you. Your buzzer must mysteriously have a gps. So cool. Food is still good and good flavor. I love my rewards on my card. I'm very happy so far. Only negative is the self-service order computer. Confusing and not easy to use because it times out and makes you restart your order very quickly. if you have an order open and then walk over to your table to ask a family member a question your order is gone. Arrived at Milford location at 11:20 only 1cashier in service there was 5 people waiting in line. Got to coffee area 3 differs coffees were either empty or went dry while we were pouring also someone had spilled coffee all over the place (counter and floor) went to put some half and half in my half cup of coffee and guess what it was EMPTY. This is right before lunch time what was going to happen then? I do not blame your help they are the BEST but your managers at that location leave a lot to help.
