My husband ordered food online and I went to go pick it up in store, when I first entered I greeted a lady in the front with a smile and a "Hello, I'm here for an order under....", She didn't even say hi back or anything matter a fact just starred at me for a few seconds then looked at me up and down then turned around and grabbed a bag and said "what's the code" proceed to ask her " I'm not sure my husband ordered but let me ask, is it a numeral code or just the name of the order is okay?" I get there and the old lady with glasses was in the drive thru area inside avoiding me not wanting to acknowledge me at all. until a black jeep pulled up to the menu and speaker to order she immediately ran up and didn't open the window she then asked if i'm placing and i said no i ordered online im here to pick up. she opened the window and she then says it's against policy for me not to be in a car in the drive thru window. i try to explain again im just picking up a 6 dollar biggie bag she then slams the window on my face. mind you i'm a 5'5 female wearing pjs js trying to get my food. nobody was with me or near me. I just want my FOOD. I did what anyone else would do and went up to the black jeep and kindly asked if he could get my order. being the gentleman he is, he helped me receive my order. after i got my order from him i thanked him and told him have a goodnight, as i walked away she apologized to the guy for "being in the middle of the situation" the guy then said it was okay and it wasn't a problem. she apologized to a MAN than ME for giving ME attitude???? Came through the drive through and got two 4x4s all thrown into a small bag with my fries upside down. My fries were over salted and greasy like if they had been dumped in the oil again. My nuggets also felt the same. You can tell both my fries and nuggets were dunked in again because they weren't even hot just greasy. I then went inside and had a young girl with a lip piercing attend me with an attitude. I've been to this location a few times. Once, I got a free frosty because I had to wait five minutes for someone to come out and take my order. I didn't even complain or anything. The food is normally good quality. Yesterday, however I got a pecan apple salad, fries and Frosty. The fries seemed to have twice the usual amount of salt. While I liked that the chicken on the salad was hot and had seasoning on it, there was too much salt on it as well. Otherwise the rest of the salad was good. I wish they gave straws for Frostys, but you just get a spoon now. The burgers and other salads I've had at this location haven't had the same seasoning issues. read more

Hey Wendy's! Might want to invest in a card reader that allows you to swipe a card if your chip reader gets gummed up. They're super common, inexpensive, and provides a better customer experience for when it won't read a card of a good paying customer. Next, when you advertise a sandwich that includes a slab of fried cheese on it, you need to convey to your customers that you're out of said fried cheese before simply replacing it with a slice of regular cheese. I did not order a chicken sandwich with cheese. I ordered an Italian Mozzarella Chicken sandwich and expect you to make something that resembles the picture on the menu rather than just assuming I'll be fine with a substitution. It is very frustrating when you visit a restaurant and you literally every time need to check your food before you leave the drive-through, this time was no exception, unfortunately, I didn't open the foil wrapper on my hamburger and surprise, what was supposed to be a "single burger" with bacon added no cheese, was a big fat double patty bacon cheeseburger, no lettuce or tomato just a lot of oozing ketchup and grease. Come on people, How is it so hard to get one single burger with bacon added correctly. The place is clean and comfortable. The music is too loud and annoying. The service was good and my order was delivered relatively quickly and it was accurate. The strawberry tea tasted watered down and was a big disappointment as was there touted steak house burger. It seems like Wendy's has lost their way. I'm not much of a fast food diner, but when I do crave fast food, Wendy's has always been my go-to. This particular store is conveniently located on those nights when I've worked late and just want to grab a quick bite on my way home. Until recently, I've had no problems. But in the past few months, this store has gone downhill. Twice in the past month, I've waited in the drive through line for more than 15 minutes before getting frustrated and leaving. Since I drive by on my way home most evenings, I notice that the line at the drive through is consistently 5-6 cars deep most nights. Last night it was 8:30 and there was no line, so figured I was in luck. Yes, there was no line but when I got my order it was incorrect and the fries were cold. I really hate that this store could be on it's last legs as the service has usually been good and the food exactly what was expected. Would rate 0 if I could. Have ordered here frequently in the last year or so since starting my job in this area. I used to come in during my lunch and order food there. Lately I've been so backed up, so decided to order via mobile so my food is ready to go by the time I arrive. That's the plan, anyways... The last 3-4 orders I've done and paid via mobile have been TERRIBLE to say the least. The food is never ready or even acknowledged by the staff, who HAVE NO CLUE. I have not been helped by a single person who knew what they were doing. So what happens? I have to explain what I ordered, show them I paid online, and repeat my order customizations. So here goes another 15 mins of my lunch, there goes half of my time! What's the point of offering this service if your idiotic staff don't understand how to use it!? I never leave reviews but after the 4th time of this happening, I am done with this shitty place and their useless staff. The crew is nice, don't get me wrong, but I have a limited time going out here to get my food and when it's not ready and the staff don't have a clue what they're doing, this business is obviously doing something wrong. Don't come to this location. If you must go to a Wendy's, the next nearest location I can recommend is on 82nd Dr. in Clackamas off Exit 12 on I-205. Most of the time, the useless staff here will get your order wrong. Coming here at night is a big mistake. The chicken nuggets are always old like they were overcooked and sitting out for over an hour. They're my favorite item on the menu, yet they always manage to fuck it up. Even when they were making us fresh chili, they still gave us 1 day old nuggets. If you're gonna use a slogan like "Fresh, never frozen," at least keep it consistent. I'm pretty sure other locations are as pathetic as this one. I live really close to this one so it's the reason why I go to this location. I'll now have to re-consider because my money is better spent elsewhere, even if it means an extra 5-10 minute drive. At least I know the food will be better and it's also open an hour later. This is your typical fast food fare. The service behind the counter is not very friendly, however they do have a mentally challenged gentleman that cleans up in the dining room who is very nice. They are very stingy with their ketchup packets in the drive thru. Had to ask 3 times for more ketchup and only ended up getting 6 of them and the lady was obviously annoyed by my requests. My husband and I stopped by Wendy's drive thru on our way home and order 1 chicken sandwich w/ fries & a drink and 1 double cheeseburger with no onions along with fries & a drink and 4 choc chip cookies, we paid for our food which came to a total of $13.95. When we got home and opened the bag we received all there was inside was 1 chicken sandwich w/ cold fries and 4 choc chip cookies never received the double cheeseburger w/ no onions so my husband then called the store to tell them on what had happen, the employee who answer the phone didn't care one way or another that our order was wrong, so my husband ask to speak to the manager who was in charge which turn out to be a man by the name of Omar, Omar kept telling my husband that the only thing they could do was give him what he order for free, but to have that done, my husband would of had to drive all the way back there to get it when my husband said he wanted a refund on his debit card, he was told the only refunds they do is with cash and not with a debit card. Omar promise that he would personally send my husband a refund in the mail for a total of $13.95, that was on June 24, 2019 and we have yet to even receive anything from Wendy's let alone our refund. So not only has Wendy's charge us for a product we never received but has lied to us about getting a refund. My husband and I will never go to another Wendy's, why so they can mess up a simple order and then steal ya money, then promise to refund your money, when in the long run Omar lied to us. read more

Ok, so normally I am a big fan of Wendy's. I am just not a fan of the employees. They are very much into their lives there. It's kind a like your walking in to the tv show of the Wendy's employees instead of walking in to order your meal. I'm saying this 'cause there has been many times where I have ordered a drink repeated many times my order and they didn't get it and i had to repay for it. Or I got half a box of fries and had to re go up to get a full box or go back in to refill the box. OR get the correct order for my sandwich. Or get something else they forgot. It is normally with the same 2 people once in awhile this other person. It is kind of like can we all act like grown up and professionals, take peoples orders, and then talk about ourselves and our messed up nights during our break or after wrk?
