When I went in tonight around 7pm I had an order ready and when I politely waited for my turn to go up in front, the manger came to me and ask "can I help you", I ask if my specific order was ready cause on the app it said it was, he replied rudely saying "nah it's not even ready yet can't you see I'm busy trying to take other orders". He was very nice and helpful when we ordered inside the restaurant with our keychain (free jr. frosty) I would give you 5 stars Sonny!! But the restaurant gets one. Sorry. Genuinely, don't leave until you check your bags and everything is right. Today was the second time that I've been through the drive through when the employee tried to pull a "prank." My total was 9.97, but when I drove to the window to pay, he said 29.97. I knew that this was a prank because the last time that I came, he told me a higher price at the window and I wasn't paying attention, so I gave him my debit card, and when I processed what had happened, I asked him to repeat the price, but he ignored me. Just went through the drive through. Will not be back. There was a younger kid, wearing a blue and black jacket with braces. I will never be back to this location because of him. He went to hand me my drink, and barley put his arm out the drive through window. He made zero effort to hand it to me. I really had to reach for it. At first it was awkward, but okay. Then he goes to give me my straw... he makes me reach even farther towards the window. Then to give me my bag of food, he basically had the the edge barley hanging out. NO MASK OR GLOVES worn by guy at drive thru window around 10:30 a.m. We have been through their drive thru line several times since pandemic and had pretty good chicken sandwiches and nuggets. But at least half the time, the food is not hot or fresh in appearance or taste. Fries are always cold. I called just now and spoke with a male who identified himself as " one of the managers".
