Wendy is no longer what it used to be. Family and friendly. Workers working the night shift for September 27th around 8pm need to be all fired. It's crazy for a manager or any employee to treat customers rudely and throw them out. Stating drive through only, if that was the case then perhaps they need to close their doors or put a sign saying drive through only. Didn't get any food what so ever as their attitude shows that they technically didn't want to work at all. Not a family nor friendly environment. Went somewhere else better to eat. Very sassy short black girl with blue hair at the drive through window on Tuesday night around 8:30pm. She told us "what are you waiting for?!" after handing us our bag of food and did not tell us that everything was in the bag. When we told her we didn't know if everything was in the bag because she never said so, she rolled her eyes. Had a bad attitude, was yelling at workers, and being very rough with the food items. Do not work in customer service if you're rude and have a shitty attitude. I can understand why the reviews for this Wendy's is so low. Not only was the service trash, but the food was awful as well. The spicy nuggets were firm and the fries were mushy and cold. Go to a different Wendy's. I bet any other Wendy's is better than this one. read more

Small frosty is a good deal, especially when on sale, and this Wendy's is convenient. However, customer service is, at best, inconsistent. The counter staff can sometimes rude and often fill the order incorrectly. Additionally, this location is consistently unclean. In half my visits, the customer service was horrid. In one case, the counterperson was surly and blamed her giving me the wrong food on me (the receipt was correct so she did it wrong). In most of my visits, my order was wrong (check your stuff before leaving!). All but two of my visits were for Frosties only. Three Frosty only orders have been filled incorrectly even though the receipt was correct. How hard is it to get the right number of chocolate and vanilla Frosties, really? This Wendy's lacks sufficient lobby and kitchen upkeep. The lobby was dirty on multiple visits. The kitchen floor has also been unswept. read more

just went to pick up my mobile order, and when I was given my drink, I was giving a dirty cup. I was asked to pull up in the mobile spot, and when the young lady brought me my food, I asked her to switch out my drink because the cup was dirty when I got home, I noticed I was given the same cup, and it was attempted to be cleaned off and was still dirty. The food is exquisite. Nuggets: perfectly fried. Cheeseburgers: perfection. Don't even get me started on the lemonades. Every lemonade has its own unique flavor. Buyer Beware I purchased 6 Spicy Chicken Nuggets @1.89=33 cents each. The next day i wanted to purchase 10 Spicy Chicken Nuggets. It rang up $4.08=40.8 cents each. I ask why they were 7 cents each higher when you purchased 10 vs 6 since normally the more you buy the cost of each is reduced. The manager said Wendy's Corp. sets the price and there were several menu items that were priced that way. I telephoned Wendy's Corp. and they advised this statement was incorrect. The franchise owner sets the price. They would have a District Mgr. call me. I got a call from Pamela the store manager, her attitude was that's the price the franchise owner set. I said I was to be called my a District Mgr. or one of the owner's senior management. She said no, all complaints are routed to the store. Make sure you read all prices before you order. I would have gone back but was already on the road when I reached in for a hit fry and was pissed off. Is there ANY reason why at 4:31 pm that there isn't hot fries up and ready for drive through??? Ordered Dave's Double Small Combo. Got 2 burger patties, 1 cheese, 1 slice of lettuce,no tomato, no onion. A far cry from the picture on the reader board! No receipt and no lights in the parking lot or on the sides of the building at 9 pm on 5 October 2019. I normally love Wendy's. But today we tried the Mount Dora Wendy's Drive-Thru after shopping at Publix. I wound up making my own lunch since they did not put my sandwich in the bag!! Even after we asked them if that was everything! She said yes & handed out the bag. We are caregivers for my sister in law who has sever stage Alzheimer's. Went by on my lunch break the other day and only after I placed my order and pulled up to the drive-thru window did I realize I'd forgotten my wallet. I told them I would be happy to come back and pick up the food when I could pay, but a gentleman who I assume is a manager handed me my food and drink and told me all he wanted was for me to put in a good word for them, so here I am! We stopped sat afternoon for a bite. We are in our 80s and ordered jr bacon cheeseburger,baked potato with bacon and cheese,half apple pecan salad,small fries and two small cokes. Total cost over sixteen dollars. The baked potato was so old it was tuning black from being reheated,half strip of bacon and some shredded cheese. No pecans in the salad,lettuce wilted. I went through the drive thru and on the way home I noticed that they didn't include one of my sandwiches in the bag so I had to turn around and go back. I went inside the restaurant with my receipt and ask for the missing sandwich. This is by far the worst fast food experience I've EVER had. Was mid-afternoon on Oct.19th. Seemed half the employees were on break or, getting off. Either way, on customer side of counter. Loud, rude, listening to gangsta' thug crap on their phones. Talking smack to one another with cashier joining in, of course. Got my order wrong. Food was cold and, awful. Was only customer and, still waited forever. Floors behind counter were deplorable. Food and, filth everywhere! Person I'd picked the food up for got sick on it. Said "never again" and, I don't blame them. Had grabbed something for myself. It was AWFUL! Employees were lazily shuffling around with horrible attitudes. Definitely did NOT care if a customer returned or, not. Called after realizing the order was wrong. Manager was polite and, offered free food on our next visit. Won't be a next visit!!! Her voice was NOT any of the people behind the counter. She most surely needs to step out of her office from time to time and, expect her employees that worked on that date around 4pm to step up their game.
