Continually get our order wrong regardless of drive thru or walking. In the 4 trips 3 out of the 4 have been drastically wrong.

I can't say much for the ambience because I went to the drive-through. The food was great and the service was quick and accurate. I ordered multiple burgers for me and my grandchildren and they all came out fresh, hot, and delicious with exactly the right toppings that we ordered. I even changed my order at the last minute and the young man that waited on me was kind and didn't make me feel bad. Thanks for that! See you next time. read more

How many times I've been to this restaurant and they're always closed I was just there it was not even 8 o'clock and it was closed for dining. They always get my order wrong. I can say that there consistent!!! Pay for an expected double and then get a single and since the drive through the only thing open I'm already at home by the time I figure it out !!! read more

I eat at this store 3-6 times a month. The burgers these past few months are consistently over cooked or worse, precooked! Dry, even hard! The drive thru has gotten my order wrong or mixed up w. the car behind me the last three times. I'll continue to frequent this store but not if this continues. It's in Granville, Ohio 43023. This is the worst Wendy's I have seen. I love Wendy's chicken sandwich but only when fresh. When not fresh their chicken sandwiches are the worst in the country. I always ask if the chicken has been sitting in the warmer for long. If it has, icask them to make a fresh one. I was told they had just come out of the cooker and were very fresh. I should have realized the food was cold when she handed my the bag. By the time I checked my food I was on the highway. My chicken was hard, dry, and cold. My fried were cold and dark brown and were not edible. Turned around to return the food for something fresh but they were closed. The food I was served was not fit for my dog. read more

The worst Wendy's ever, the employees won't talk to me at all and couldn't place my order

I would love to go into ANY of the Wendy's in the Newark area and get my correct order. They mess up orders every time. Today I got a Big Bacon Classic with no bacon. The other day I ordered cheeseburger with just pickles. I got a cheese burger no pickles, with ketchup and Mayo. I'm done with Wendy's and they used to be my favorite. Wish there was a no star button. I'm so frustrated I'll have to come back later and re-review. Over charged by $5, waited 16 mins in drive thru at 8:30pm and they gave me the wrong order. Then they told me their receipt machines are down and don't know corp number! Well I goggle searched that number and called and they simply for really care either. They told me to check my bank account to see I was over charged and I am curious how I can prove that without a receipt?! They said someone from management will call however I have every doubt that will ever happen. I came bc I was using groupon and saw they added a coupon section and were promo-ing Wendy's new fresco fries that is exactly the item they forgot. It's the next day and I'm still mad. My husband and I visited your Wendy's at the Cherry valley location. today at 6:45pm. Cleanliness of this location was lacking, including bathrooms, lobby area, floors and prep area The employees were lacking cleanliness,( clothes dirty) and professionalism. No hair nets, hair not pulled back and no cap. As she was making our food her hair was all over the place. I watched as she did everything with her gloves on, touching things and going right back to making food. A young man was working, having a conversation with the one making the food( which took 15 minutes to get and still the fries were cold) He was very animated, throwing his arms around and hitting prep table several times very loudly! Affordable food and the indoor service is alright. However, the drive through here is a disaster. I have never gotten a correct order here, and neither has anyone in my family. The last time I went I got a chili I did not order (probably belonged to the person behind me) and the time before that our order was missing an entire meal that we paid for. The food isn't bad but there's a 50/50 chance you're going to get what you ordered - in my opinion it's worth the 10 minute drive to McDonald's if you want a fast food meal you can actually count on. It's right next to my parents house so I really wish this place was better because it would be very convenient. read more

Oh Wendy's, why do I continue to give you another chance. Every time I think I will stop to get a meal, you always screw the order up in the drive-thru. Sunday September 6th at 10:15pm was no different. This was a very simple order, single cheese, extra pickle, lettuce and nothing else on it. Then a small Chili, and that's it. Yes, you'd think that these employees, the very ones who think they deserve $15 an hour, would have absolutely no problem filling this order. WRONG, think again. I got a small COLD kids cheese burger, 2 pickles, lettuce, onion, ketchup & mustard. The chili was a small, bravo you did well...except it was dry. Seriously, had it been cooking all day to the point there was no more moisture in it?? Wendy's just outside of Granville, you have got to be the worst one as of yet. Whoever the managers are, well they should all be fired from the top down and start over. This is not a good argument for $15 an hour. Seriously, you suck!! read more

Every time we go here they either get something wrong or our food tastes cold; or more like it's been sitting for awhile. I just went there last night and (enough to where I could have enjoyed a meal at a real restaurant ) they told me they were waiting on fresh fries.. get our food bring it home for the family and all the food was cold and stale tasting. Pretty bad. Ordered two burgers and only got one with enough ketchup for an army. Also not the right sauces and fries instead of chicken. The one good thing is their indoor service is better than the drive thru. So if you want to get the thing you ordered, don't eat here. read more

First of all, I really like Wendy's food. Even from this one. Fresh and tasty. HOWEVER, their drive-through service can never seem to get the order right. I have had to return on five or six occasions after I got home and explain to them that I didn't get this or that. I can understand them forgetting a sauce or two. But whole sandwiches? Large order of fries? etc. Today, I was given my order, got home, and my Dave's Double was missing, as well as the sweet & sour sauce for my grandkids chicken nuggets. I drove back and explained it to the cashier. "Sorry" she said. "Pull to the next window and we'll get it right for you." I was given a bag with the sandwich and another apology. I opened the bag to double check and voila! No sauce. The lady at the window had left. I tried to get their attention, but failed. I ended up blowing the horn a number of times until they responded. Finally got the sweet & sour sauce. This happens at this location way too often. I know the access to Rt. 16 was cut-off with the new exit ramp at Thornwood Crossing, but this has happened many times before that took place. Wouldn't you think they would at least offer you a coupon or something for their mistake? I know I would. Very poorly managed, in my opinion. read more

This Wendy's is just ok. Usually the wait is a little longer when going through the drive through, which I am not sure why, but my order is usually correct. They have forgotten to include barbecue sauce a couple times so I usually make sure they put some in my bag before l pull off. Overall the employees seem nice. This isn't my favorite Wendy's, but I don't mind dropping here if I need a quick meal on the go! My food has always been pretty decent so that is why I will continue to stop in! read more
