used to love Wendy's. However, the one here in Newtown, Ohio is the worst. Too many instances of messed up orders, cold food, etc. Today was the last straw. Ordered a Dave's Double. It was more like a double stack. In addition, the cheese was ice cold as was the burger. The fish sandwich I picked up the last time was also cold. I threw it in the garbage. Doesn't do any good to complain. The people working there don't care and they will probably be gone in a few weeks. Horrible customer service for our food wrong 2 times never going there again and I am never going again

The two guys working the closing shift on July 26th deserve massive raises or bonuses. I needed something to eat after my nightmarish travel and I arrived here minutes before they closed. These guys were beyond understanding and helpful (I don't recommend showing up minutes before close). Can't thank these guys enough though. The world needs more of this kindness. At their drive through, my order was wrong on two thirds of the items I ordered. Baco, egg and cheese biscuits instead of the croissants I ordered and only one serving of the french toast sticks instead of the two that I ordered. Don't come here expecting customer service. Every time I go there 3/4 of the staff is outside smoking. The people actually working get confused easily by simple orders and don't seem to get what coupons are. Two times I got chicken sandwiches here and as soon as I unwrap it the ingredients fall out everywhere. I don't see how they can put lettuce on top of a sandwich and think it's ok. I do have to say that the frosty was good, however the fries that I had at a previous visit we absolutely sub par... they were greasy, old, and over salted. I have only gone through the drive through at this location so I can't say what the interior is like. However I do have to say that the employees are more concerned with smoke breaks than the quality of food. read more

This was the good Wendy's . I drove 15 min out of the way to order and when I got home I found I had 10 dollars worth of food and I paid 30. In fact I didn't receive any of the actual burgers I ordered I got just regular doubles with nothing but unmelted cheese ketchup and a piece of onion. They were supposed to be Dave's Classics doubles. I also ordered the new pub burger for my daughter and it ended up being a chicken sandwich with 2 tomato's nothing else on it. This Wendy's is awful. They recently remodeled but it doesn't matter because the staff and clientele are bad. The dining room is horribly dirty even when it is not busy and the workers are doing nothing but talking to all the random teenagers that are just hanging around inside for no reason other than they have nothing else to do. This Wendy's Clown College has Dave Thomas rolling in his grave. I'm getting tired of this Wendy's. Can't they just make your order right, fresh, and hot, and not argue with you when they get it wrong? We were in the drive-thru recently, and ordered two sandwich combos. We said "no mayo" three times, and asked them to confirm that they were going to make the sandwiches without mayo. I had to keep asking unfortunately because the drive-thru person never responded the first or second times I said it. The third time, he said "you're welcome", which makes no sense. Okay. Mayo, here we come. After waiting in line for a while, I read Great Expectations cover to cover, worked on my tan, took a brief nap, and finally we got our food. It was a mayo festival. I went in to request new sandwiches without mayo, only to have somebody who looked like the manager argue that there's no mayo, just sauce, in those sandwiches. Okay, so long story short they remade them without the mayo sauce. And without the cheese and bacon that they were supposed to have. I wish Dave Thomas were still with us so he could take out the trash at this Wendy's location. read more

I have so much love for Wendy's, but this location is missing just about everything. We had to wait in line for 32 mins. There was no one else in line, but one of the frying machines was down. I also felt that the drive through customers were being served incredibly fast. Our chicken nuggets were over cooked and there was more fried dough than actual meat. On the JBC's they forgot the bacon, which made me cry inside. The fires were cold and soggy, and I love Wendy's fries so I was not happy about this. Y'all, this Wendy's is about as good as fast food gets. Typically I don't review fast food chains unless they are exceptional on either side of the scale. New building, clean, comfortable seating. Fast and friendly service that got our order perfectly. Fries were hot and perfectly salted at 2pm on a Monday. Also, as an interesting side note- the music in here was hoppin. If you're looking for a quick bite after a round of golf at the Little Miami, I'd highly recommend this place. Had a rude drive through attendant and went to complain to the manager only to have them passively dismiss the claims and say we were rude... Pretty sad they can't realize that sighing audibly over the mic when you tell them you aren't done with your order is not considered rude by this poorly managed store. read more

The food at this Wendy's is the same quality you'd expect from any other Wendy's: good quality, and tastes good. Unfortunately, I had the extreme displeasure of dining in and having 'Amanda' as my cashier. After waiting 10 minutes for her to ring up just one person, she was ready to take my order. Her service was so disturbingly poor and slow that I am dubious of whether or not she was sober, and could have easily been under the effects of Xanax. She kept repeating how she was losing her mind and would try to laugh it off. The cherry on top was that she kept calling to her mother, who works there, too, to chat by shouting "Hey Mom!" and would discuss potential baby names. The only thing that placated it was the free frosty they offered for our wait.
