I wasn't asking for much -- I ordered a Baconator combo, paid about $12, and expected to get what I ordered. Instead, I got a Dave's Single. Not even close. It's frustrating because it's not about craving or being picky -- it's just about getting what you paid for. The fries were fine, the drink was fine, but the main item was completely wrong. It's honestly ridiculous how badly they messed it up. When you're spending that kind of money on fast food, the least they can do is hand you the right burger. terrible food and shakes. my fries were cold and my drink was fine. I found a piece of hair in my fries when the bag was closed until I got to the hotel. The server had a terrible attitude for making only a fry and a vanilla shake. I honestly wish i could give this less stars. This location is awful. The service is slow and careless, and the food quality is terrible, the workers are always rude. The fries always taste old, and the kitchen clearly doesn't know how to cook the food properly. Wendy's is supposed to be fast food, not bad food. Avoid this location. This place has had a horrible reputation. I'm here to refute it. We had a great experience!! We ordered the chili, which is one of my favorite things on the menu. It was perfect. It was hot tasted good and was loaded with cheese and onions. It was exactly what we ordered. They included a ton of crackers and all the sauces napkins we could use. Perfection. The service was quick and complete. We had our food in moments and they were more than nice to us at the window!! The ambiance was my house, which was perfect. I am stoked to not have a complaint and to be able to write a good review. This was a great experience and I will be going back!! read more

Just being in this building makes me feel like I'm losing a brain cell by the minute. We stood at the register for a good 10 minutes without being greeted by a single employee. When I asked if we would be ordering soon she told me to hang on and walked away. Eventually the worker came back and after 1 order she spent her time messing with a tray and utensils. This place as been on an aggressive decline for years and it shows that they'll hire anyone. Workers were incompetent and the food was average. The interactions were awkward and felt like we were an inconvenience. They let a dude ride through on his bike and allowed tweakers attempting to chew their cheeks off, harass customers. read more

This Wendy's location is the dirtiest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Not only is the restaurant filthy, but im willing to bet the employees haven't bathed or washed their uniforms ever. I purchased a large vanilla coffee 2times, each time it had black chunks of something that went through the straw into my mouth. I don't think I even want to know what it was. I visit this area often, and I will never, not even in my most desperate moment go here again. I advise against it. I reported them for being disgusting and nothing ever came of it. ZERO STARS! Went inside around 7pm on Saturday, April 2. Waited in a line of about 6 people. Once they all placed their orders, we waited to be helped for 15 minutes. An employee came out from the kitchen and apologized for the wait. Another employee approached us at the same moment from behind the counter. This employee stated that Wendy's closed at 7pm and we should not have entered the store because they would not serve us. I typically stay away from reviews altogether, but I cannot turn a blind eye to this place. One word...Horrible. I love Wendy's burgers and fries, this place does it no justice. Actually it should be closed until new management can be found, gives the Wendy's chain a black eye. No one wanted to be there including the Manager. Manager was fighting with workers. No ice, napkins, ketchup or clean tables. We should have left when one patron said she'd been waiting 20min for her order but we took a chance. Bad bet, our order took 45min to complete. I will say we had a fairly large group of 11 but when the last order came out 1st and the 2nd order was out last because the order receipt was dropped on the greased floor I nearly lost my cool. I would say you have to have expectations in a reasonable way after all this is a fast food place. I was impressed that the staff were all following covid-19 procedures even inside when they were working around each other they were all masked up. I got a simple Dave's burger and fries the food was hot and what I expected from Wendy's. I started at the back of nine cars and they moved it along fairly quickly. it looks like a lot of people were working hard too try to do a good job. read more

Went through the drive thru at lunch Ordered a chili and fries Girl working was not paying attention and gave me wrong order, or I should say charged me for wrong order. I pointed it out she took my card back called her leader over, they did something at the register and she handed me the card back and said it was free since they messed it up. Horrible establishment. Very rude people. Their policies change depending on who's working. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I hope their owner completely restaffs. Their night time manager Travis is an awful manager. He got in an argument with me over asking for regional manager and corporate's number. And refused to actually give me his name when I asked. The only reason I found out his name was through a friend. They should really consider doing something about this staff before they lose way more business. The person, who was acting as an assistant manager, with curly hair, was very rude to the employee who was struggling. This man used the inappropriate word of, "fuck". He used it in the the sentence of "where the fuck is *insert struggling employee's name" and proceeded to bang on a door. While this was going on, the people in the dinning area looked quite concerned as well as me trying to order. I went to this Wendy's after they remodeled and what a world of change! It looks so great inside. I had a 2-minute wait if that from ordering my food and receiving my order. My order was fast, fresh and delicious. I hadn't been a Wendy's in a long time but this well worth it. Great job on the service and the updated store. read more

Called the store to tell them and let them know I was disappointed in my home town establishment. The individual who answered the call exhibited no empathy.
