Been going to this Wendy's for years. Today's visit was in the drive thru. Brand new remodeling just completed a few weeks ago, very modern and clean inside. I frequently get the pecan apple chicken salad (good) but decided to try the spicy chicken caesar today. I found a hair on the edge of it (gross) but it happens. I went inside to exchange it and this is where they really blew me away. The woman who took my order recognized me and asked if everything was okay, I said that there was a hair on my salad and she immediately apologized and took it back, she had them make a fresh one on the fly not just grab another from the pre-made section, though I'm not sure I saw any pre-made salads anyway... She then offered me a drink or frosty while I waited and I accepted the frosty offer. When she brought it to me a man followed and apologized about the salad as well (I'm assuming the manager on duty) I received my new salad in about 2 minutes and was on my way. I am writing this because I was very impressed by this experience, it is definitely the best service and attitude I have received from ANY fast food place in recent memory, maybe ever. The re-modeling of this Wendy's seems to extend past the building to the staff in their attitude toward their customers. If any of them see this, take pride in knowing that your good attitude has a big positive effect on the way customers see your store and brand. Keep it up! We just bought 2 burgers there and while driving home noticed a really bad odor. It was coming from these burgers. Threw them away! I'm sure this was bad meat!! Shame on Wendy's. Tried to call store to report this, no answer and no voicemail system. Don't buy there! read more

We had all our food correct through the drive thru. We ordered 2 drinks with our meals. We looked in the bag and notice we were never given straws. So be fore we left we told the drive thru worker, can we get 2 straws please and she said it's in the bag, and closed the window... parked on the side to check, what a surprised there was NO STRAWS! So, I'm drawn to Wendy's for their new Sausage , Egg, & Cheese Muffin breakfast sandwich. I'd seen reviews suggesting it's better than McDonald's. It's not! First, the bread has the texture (crumbly) of a biscuit, not an English Muffin (i don'tlike biscuits except for Cracker Barrel's). Next, while the square Sausage patty is a tad thicker, it's excessive grease spills over onto the entire sandwich making it very messy/ slippery to eat. Last, w/ it's Sodium level coming in at a whopping 1150mgs (more than half my daily intake of what my GI Dr's limit) I can only eat half of it. Won't be ordering this one again read more

Down the tubes because they are so short staffed. The poor manager and even worse for the Wendy's employee working the register for dine-in. They take your order, then runs to the packing area (where customers p/u their food) and gathers all the items you just ordered and paid for. Employees were all masked-up and thank you for that. I do have a suggestion however, after the employee handles your money and everyone else's of course, have them put on serving gloves on before handling any food or containers. Stop by last night at the the one at boot ranch Eastlake been a while since eating here. Ordered a Dave's single with cheese ( supposedly a quarter pound) thru drive thru. Pulled over the burger that used to extend past the bun now is smaller than a McDonald's or even a Krystal burger so sad all about the dollar now won't be back. Suggest if your thinking of going go across the street to McDonald's a standard burger is about 3 times the size what a shame. read more

Had a full conversation with the checkout person. He said he didn't have a breakfast English muffin I told him give me what you have I'm buying for an homeless person. I told him I'd exit for hot fries because I like the potatoes hot they're bitter when they're cold he tried to convince me those just came up. I was late do whatever. I'm sitting here eating and a older gentleman walked through the door. A young guy with long hair, putting together sandwiches and the girl at the register both recognized him and already knew what he was ordering. They also made a point of asking him how he was. It made a gentleman feel really welcome and I think it's incredible that they can connect with the customers like that. I hope they know the impact things can have on people - especially the geriatric population who, many times, don't have a lot of company. Good job Wendy' Eastlake! read more

I used to eat at Wendy's a lot then I just stopped, but recently I went here to get a bite to eat and they have completly changed their fries. They are amazing even better than Mcy D's. The meat is never frozen and the salads good as well. If you like fast food this is a good place. read more

The most consistently disappointing Wendy's ever. I don't think they have ever gotten my order right. They always forget the sauce, and half the time they "forget" to add the nuggets too. There was a crowd of homeless people and one of them was being aggressive with my wife. All my family wanted to do was eat and she was there with a my 2 year old. This man threaten my wife and the employee at the time ganged up on them for no reason. She also, yelled that my wife who ordered spicy nuggets by accident and that's what she'll get even though my son doesn't eat spicy. They made her so uncomfortable. Both the employee and the homeless man stared down my family because she had a 4 month old puppy. This homeless man had a huge dog as well but nothing was said to him. I'm sure because our skin isn't white is why we got this classless treatment from this establishment. read more

I had an awful experience here. Ordered my breakfast and paid for it, then was told it would take 3 minute to make the eggs -- was that OK? I had already paid, so what could I say but yes? I was asked to pull up to the door. Waited more than 5 minutes, got agitated and honked my horn. When the cook finally came out with my order, I told her I wouldn't be coming back .... she said "good." I was afraid to eat the breakfast sandwich because I thought she might have spit into it or something so went across the street and got breakfast at McDonald's! Very disappointed when going into this Wendy's. Our numbers in Florida for Covid are going up! ALL of the staff were wearing their masks however they were all wearing them WRONG; below their noses or on their chins. I watched for quite a period of time and none of the young staff were noted to place their mask over their nose. Once home I contacted the Manager Cindy who says she is at work all the time and all Of her staff were wearing masks. When I told her they were wearing them, but INCoRRECTLY, she was not forgiving and did not apologize. She did not sound surprised or alerted and did not say that she would correct this behavior. REALLY?! So sad that I will not be going back. I love Wendy's but not when it's unsafe! Try The Taco Bell on 19, they mask, glove, pass your food to you on a tray and sanitize in front of you at the drive thru window!!! read more

Can you give a zero? Staff stood with arms crossed and stared rather than coming to take the order. After we placed our own order on the nonemployee register no one would even look at us while standing around chatting. Pretty good food and good service most of the time. If you go closer to when they are closing, they will be out of items and can't make more. That sucks a bit, but it happens. Also, items are not very fresh later at night, but what can you expect? I really enjoy their food choices instead of the normal fast food options. They have a bunch of great salads and I really like their baked potatoes. Their chili is also a good option and it's nice to have choices other than burger and fries when you need a quick meal. read more
