A little Frustrated with this location. This is the second time they done this. Went thru the drive-thru and ordered a Breakfast Baconator Large Breakfast. They repeated it back. They charge extra for sauces, & I didn't get my sauce. went inside, patiently waited in line, & when I let them know that I didn't get my sauce, I immediately got hit with "We put them in the bag." they did not. like if I actually got them, I wouldn't have wasted my time coming back inside. but they charge 50 cents per extra sauce. Therefore I was finna get my sauce that I paid extra money for. not to judge or be an a-hole, but there was a bunch of older folks behind the counter. some of them just pretending to look busy. so idk, make sure you check your bag & make sure your order is correct before driving off. read more

The stud is really rude, I've always just said she's just cranky but literally every single time she's tremendously rude. I ask her to correct her watery milk she calls coffee and she looks into the car and goes "so what do you want?" Please use obvious context clues for other customers so they can at least have a better experiences there, or just drink your own water milk so you're less cranky. read more

All employees are rude except for 1... they no longer put whole leaf lettuce on the chicken sandwiches anymore, the app no longer has offers worth using, the corporate greed is obvious. I have stopped eating at Wendy's due to this, it's been like 2x in the last 4 months. They make mistakes and when you go in no one will help even tho they see you standing there plus no refunds for In app orders, so you're literally paying for their mistakes. The whole place STINKS like weed inside and around the building - disgusting. They have started skimping on portions, I just stopped by and got a large Chili which is almost $7 with tax + a 4 pc nugget. The large chili was not even filled all the way and the nuggets were so tiny they looked like a joke - Shrinkflation strikes again. Every time I visit this particular Wendy's no matter when it is it could be every blue moon every red moon because the service is nasty and the food is never fresh so I don't go there that often but I went there today for the first time in about probably four months maybe five and as usual They will lie in your face and tell you that the machine is down and they're not accepting or giving out points for your rewards and I feel like if you don't wanna participate in everything that Wendy's offer you should not have bought into a franchise what you're doing is not fair and what you're doing is not ethical And tighten up on the customer service and make sure the food is better than that. I have visited a lot of Wendy's, but this is the worst one yet. Sometimes the food is half-cooked and poorly prepared. The employees are inept and appear to be illiterate, and the managers are worthless. You pay for your food through the drive-through, but when you check, half of it is missing from the bag. I witnessed an employee go to the restroom and then walk out without cleaning their hands. It is time to close this establishment. I have contacted the BBB about them as well as their corporate office. I can't believe they are going to pay these types of people 20.00 an hour , to continue to prove inadequate service and food . The bathrooms need cleaned more often not just having the staff go in and stand around acting like they are cleaning. I walked in today, was looking at the menu, no one ever approached the counter to ask if I was ready to order or let me know that they'd be right with me. There were about 6 employees and not one came over. All the employees were worried about the drive thru orders when there were only about 4 cars in the drive thru. I waited almost 10 minutes, until I had to ask someone if they could take my order. One employee said he would be right with me, which at this point I felt that it's completely unacceptable that I have to ask if someone is going to take my order. There was a manager helping bag stuff, I'm assuming she was the manager because she had a different color shirt on then the rest of the staff, however, looked at me with a dirty look and kept bagging stuff. I haven't gotten bad service from this location. I see a ton of reviews just bashing how this and that and the food, and now yes to some extend it's true the food might be mush or bad order or bad customer service. If you can't handle people this isn't a place to work at I agree 100% it's common sense, but again it's fast food it's young adult who are maybe stressed mad trying to maintain a lifestyle and friendships who might not be the best but they do their best at times. I've gone here a hand full of times and every time I use the app they get it right sure the cheese might be slightly cold instead of melted or the burger seems to be mush but it's fine. I don't expect top quality from places like these every single fast food place has such low reviews ever wonder why? Yet tons of people are lining up normally those who have common sense and are ok with it don't review places it's fine it's ok I do drive thru most of the times and they are fine they're trying to live 16 an hour give them a break treat them with respect. I have no issue with them never have and if I do I come around and they get it right the, the food is fine it's Wendy's never had a cold meal drinks are ok too never had it to low or to much ice. The food isn't the problem, the people are. The older employees are always nice but the young girls, specifically the latina with the piercing and the black girl are extremely rude. It hasn't been a one time occurrence either, any time it's either of them at the drive thru window they have nasty attitudes and get upset if you ask them for anything or if you call them out for getting your order wrong. I'd understand if it was a reaction to a rude customer but that hasn't been the case at all. If you are going to break your diet, I don't think their food is worth the calories for the quality you get. Personnel was polite and helpful enough, but so is In and out burgers. Tommy's burgers are amazing too, even though their staff is short and curt. But I'm not eating politeness. I'm eating the food. So I would like it to be tasty. And I don't think it's a good value for the money. Although the set up of the parking lot and drive through isn't necessarily their fault, I do have to say it is a very horribly designed one at that. Brand new spot. They seem to still be figuring things out. They are not accepting app rewards at the moment due to not having the proper scanner for it. The drive thru line has been a little ridiculous but it's probably due to the pandemic and businesses not allowed to have customers walk inside to grab their orders. For the time being it would probably make more sense if they had the drive thru line start from the side of the auto parts store side that way it doesn't block others from getting to Vallarta or Chase. Food has been good no complaints in that regard. Staff has been nice, I know they're dealing with overwhelming lines. read more
