Been standing here for 10, maybe 15 minutes. Said they can't take my order until they are done with the drive thru, but the counter person is just standing there, not dealing with the drive thru customers. They finally took my order, which included 2 vanilla frosties. 5 minutes after paying, I am told the frosty machine has been out for an hour. Jeebus! Didn't realize it was so hard to work at Wendys. I don't understand how there are 3/4 workers " working " no cars in the drive through but one car Infront of me I go to order I am sitting at the talk box for 5 minutes I had to yell hello 4 times for anyone to answer and finally when they did it sounded like laughing in the back the guy who took my order acted as if nothing happened didn't apologize for the wait , also when I ordered I said may I please get 2 number 1's he said you want two?? Instead of just being an adult and telling me they were closed i watched her check her phone, talk to her coworker and never acknowledge me even after looking at me directly. She could've easily said they were closed. No wonder the rating for this location is so low read more

Ew, never come to this place. I understand it's a fast food place and that's never pleasant, but today I found a fly in my sprite. I had only a few sips before I found the fly (thank god) but it's nasty and should never happen. Called the store and the person I talked to was very apologetic and offered free food, even though I didn't want it because I don't want to eat there again. read more

The service was poor. One register opened at lunch time the vent on the ceiling was dripping water. No napkins in the bags and a cashier had black lipstick on, not fit for public service. just my thought. read more

I've wanted a baked potato all day. I ordered one with chili and cheese. It was ready in two mins... literally. Lots of cheese, almost no chili...potato was gray brown inside from either being over cooked or too old. So disappointing. I won't go back...ever. read more

Alright, here we go. I have literally lived next to this Wendy's my entire life. For the past few years service has gotten better. Day service tends to be pretty great- the manager or owner is there so the employees tend to be pretty friendly, the food is pretty fresh (as fresh as a Wendy's can get), but you will always wait forever in line to get your food. There have been time's that there were literally no one else in the restaurant or in the drive through and it still took 15 minutes of me sitting at the pickup window. I think the record was two years ago- 35 minutes lmao. Night service though- holy balls, they need to get some adults who can actually handle themselves to start doing night shifts. It's always moody teenagers who clearly don't want to be there and physically throw the food at you. I'm a pretty damn pleasant person to service workers because I've had my fair share of crappy food service jobs, and I still got attitude and eye rolls. Last night I said "Thanks have a nice night". Eye roll. Whatever, I'm surprised this business is still open, i just really like the chain, not this restaurant. read more

I mean, come on. It's Wendy's! But I have to rate this one b/c this particular franchise is so lopsided. First, these people actually make burgers that look like the picture. This place is the best tasting Wendy's I've ever been to. BUT... and there's a big but here... the service is atrocious. The wait is horrible. I was second in line in the drive thru and it took 10 minutes to get my food. Then I tried walking in. Took almost 15 minutes. It's just insane! But people will wait b/c the food is prepared better at this location then anywhere else. Pick up the service and this will be, hands down, the best Wendy's ever. horrible. i ordered a #2 with a chili, a diet coke and a caesar salad at the drive thru. opened my bags when back at work to discover my double was a single. no straw for my drink, no spoon for my chili. no fork for a salad that had no dressing and no napkins. with 10 fast food places and a dozen sub/pizza joints within 2 minutes, i need to remember to drive past this dump. read more

I went thou the drive-though recently, after the 1pm rush, I think. Ordered chicken nuggets, fries, and a strawberry lemonade. The chicken was cold, the fries were caked in salt and also cold (didn't finish the fries). The strawberry lemonade was good but I asked for lite ice. The container was loaded up to the top with ice. I'm not trying to be picky but if I don't ask for little ice, I usually only get a few sips of the drink. I drained the lemonade in two and a half sips from the straw. I've been at other Wendy's and when I request to go easy in the ice, they usually do. I guess they were either busy or just didn't hear my request. read more
