This is the closest location to my home that I visit regularly. The best part is that they have a drive thru pick up window so you never have to get out of your car after ordering on the app. My husband always orders the #13 (Italian) and rarely deviates from that. I typically get the #3 (ham and provolone) either as a sandwich or a bowl. I wish Jersey Mikes would offer some sort of vinaigrette dressing for when I order a bowl. I know most people just use oil and vinegar but that doesn't do the trick for me. I only order the bowls when I am on my way home so I can add my own dressing to it. The Miss Vickie's salt and vinegar chips are my favorite although I would prefer if they had some sort of cold deli sides (pasta salad or potato salad). Yesterday I had the #17 (cheesesteak with peppers and onions) which was delicious. The bread was super soft and the sandwich had great flavor. This location is pretty good on having your order ready at the quoted time although they sometimes get busy and a few minutes behind. I am not someone who likes a ton of meat on my sandwiches but my husband always complains that this location puts on way less meat that other nearby Jersey Mikes. Well, the drive-through fell again. We are a sandwich at 1:20, they said it'll be ready at 1:45, we got there at about 155, and then waited at the window for 10 minutes before I knocked on the window to get someone's attention for them to hand me my sandwich that was already done. I love being ignored after paying too much for a sub. I wonder what I would call the Service. I wish it would fire all the kids come here three or four more adults. I have never had Jersey Mike's until recently, thanks to an awesome Yelp friend who frequents it for some tasty options and yes, those photos help lure a hungry belly! This location was my first visit and in the area to visit friends, we grabbed sandwiches before heading out to a nearby park. The sandwiches are loaded and no protein left behind because the giant Big Kahuna chicken was satisfying! Extra jalapenos and extra napkins, please! The day of my visit, the store overall appeared clean and the duo here kept up with keeping the grill and frontline tidy. The service was very friendly and attentive. I appreciate the extra care taken to make sure our large order was correct and extra napkins stowed! We will definitely be back when in the area. A drive thru window is visible though I'm not sure if it is used (didn't ask)? Parking is shared and it can get packed as I've visited other businesses in the same plaza. read more

Congratulations, Greg! Woo-hoo!! He finally got the store up and running (we waited anxiously for months)! The store is kept nice and clean inside and very cool for this upcoming hot summer. They even have a drive thru to pick up your call ahead orders. Kevin and I both got the Italian coldcut styled #13s and had them Mike's way! Loved the fresh cut meat and cheese right right as we ordered! Had to get our chips and cookies with the subs. We will definitely be back, especially since it's only 5 minutes from home. I love Jersey Mikes but this location is always clean and friendly, best sandwiches and always fresh ingredients!

If I order my cheesesteak sandwich on rosemary, don't put it on white bread. If I orders no peppers, don't give me peppers. And don't have an attitude when handing me my sandwich just because you can't read a ticket properly. This always happens whenever I order a hot sandwich, whenever I'm ordering a turkey and provolone, the employees are respectful and get my orders done properly. But for some reason, the dude with the mustache working the grill just can't take online orders or in-person orders. You're better off going to another location for a hot sandwich. read more

Ok, saw the name Greg, so thinking this is the owner, great smile, however, I think there is some room for improvement. You sell wrap sandwichs, learn how to roll a wrap. Please limit the number of ppl handling the food Please Please, don't handle food and money/cash register transactions with the same gloved hand. Understand that ppl are going to eat what you make. When prepping the sandwich, place the food on the tissue paper and assure that the food stays on the paper and NEVER let it touch the work surface. I immediately knew this store had not been in operation for very long after a few minutes observing while in line. I know the intentions are great, but maybe have ppl with food prep experience. The team looked unsure and stressed. They guy today who took my order and subsequently fibished my wrap was very pleasant, need more like him. I think it's gotta be a talent for these workers to mess up a sandwich. It's either one of two problems: they put it on the incorrect bread or they put peppers on my sandwich. if i put in the app that I want it on rosemary bread, why do they always put it on regular bread? coming to this location is just a waste of time and money. read more

I've been here 3 times. The first two were great perfectly made subs but today there was a finger nail in my sub. Had to throw it away.

I visit the location frequently. During the daytime I have no issues. They take my order correctly are kind and efficient. However at night lately the females that are working in there are just downright rude. Especially the shorter Spanish girl with long highlighter hair. Every time I go in during evening hours she acts like "ugh another customer". Was in tonight and she's like "what do you want?". I give her my order and she walks away mid order. I only ordered two subs. All I wanted to say is no onions. I then tell her no onions on one and add bacon on the other. I then got charged for two regular subs instead of the giants I asked for. When I get home with my food both subs were wrong. If she would listen they wouldn't be. I work in the industry and they could use some training in customer service, especially the one girl. My employees wouldn't have a job if they treated customers like that. If you don't like your job don't work there. I'll continue to go there during lunch and gets subs but in the evening I'll drive to the Glen Burnie location where they're kinder and get my order right. I will say when they're made correctly the subs are amazing. Especially the Italian Cold Cut and Philly Cheese steak. read more
