I usually visit this location just because it's a bit more convenient for me. Almost every time they get the order wrong or I'm missing items or the food tastes old. The past two delivery orders have been missing items or they got it wrong. It can't be that difficult to put a burger and fries in a bag. And when I tried to call, nobody answers. Fast food isn't cheap anymore to be paying for items that are left out of the bag. This is ridiculous. Avoid this location at all costs. Come on, Wendy's. Do better. read more

This is one of the WORSE Wendy's I've ever gone to. 3 out of 5 times they get my orders wrong. How hard is it to put the items in the bag and mark it off that you did so when customers go home they open their bad and not be fucking pissed that we are missing items. I'd rather they be slower and get shit right instead of fast and get shit wrong. And their phone number doesn't even work because they won't pick up and their voicemail box is full so you can't leave messages. UPDATE: Nov 16th. Went back the next day and told them what happened because once again the phone is off the hook and still can't leave messages. They handed me my missing order no questions asked. Drove out of my way to go here, to not go to the horrible one on Main. First experience and will not go back. I was here for 30 minutes just trying to place my order; the two coupons were not working and they couldn't figure it out. They tried handing one back to me as if there was nothing they could do. I was patient and nice for the first 15 minutes as they tried to do the 2 for $10 deal, but when they tried to enter the second, on a whole new transaction, even after me helping to trouble shoot, and then to hand me the second coupon back like "it doesn't work, nothing we can do" I was like seriously wtf. I am doing what the coupon says to do, YOUR system is the one that has the problem. I asked "can't you just give me the sand which, not use the coupon, and I'll just pay for fries" they said "but it won't match inventory of the chicken patties". I said "well tell your boss that a customer had a coupon, show him that, and that your register wasn't working". I mean Jesus Christ, really?! Then because our food waited on the counter while they were figuring out the 2nd coupon, our food was cold and had to be microwaved when I got home. Then we noticed the awesomely amount of lettuce on our chicken sandwich (pic). Just like F me, right. Just makes you depressed as F to even eat this garbage. I sat in extensive Saturday mall-going traffic because I wanted another great half- order salad---like I had several months ago. NOT! The price has gone up by $0.21 and the lettuce quality has PLUMMETED!!! Ugh!!!!! I could count the Spring Mix leaves that were buried in the Core of Iceberg lettuce. Devoid of nutrients 100%. Went there tonight at 12, because I read online that they were open till 1am... I get there. The lights inside were on. The lights on the order screen outside and also the speaker were on, but no one would respond when I spoke into the intercom. I drove around to the pickup window. After a couple of minutes of honking I was able to get the attention of the worker inside ( she was in sight, but was on her phone with the earplugs in her ear ) at which point she mouthed to me that they were closed. Just went through the drive-thru of this new location. I was not expecting it to go too smoothly being brand new. I came away actually impressed, it only took three minutes from the time I placed my order to the time I received my food. I ordered a double with cheese, no mayo combo with a chili with cheese and onions instead of fries. I got a diet coke for the drink. My food was correctly made and my burger actually tasted better then any of the other Wendy's locations I've visited. Kudos for not being excessively greasy as I find some Wendy's burgers to be from time to time. I'm actually looking forward to my next burger from here. Went inside and ordered, nice decor. That's about it. The wait was less than 2 minutes which was suspect. We both ordered chicken combos. They were not even warm including the fries. For me the hot fries make the meal. These were warm and limp. The chicken had unmelted cheese, old lettuce and the chicken was dry and the edges hard. They have a cute hip drink dispenser but my Sprite tasted really funny. Someone needs to reboot this place for them to survive. I'll never go back. Chick-fil-A is right across the street. read more

I go here a lot because it's close by. One time this angry lady got out of her car and walked up to the window for some ice cream while I was waiting. This Wendy's is not even close to their Standard. I convinced the wife to go even though she said in the last 4 trips she hasn't had a single order that was correct. Well that held true.
