We stopped by here and got our food to go through the drive through. Employees were friendly and the food was delivered quickly. Our orders were all correct, so no issues with the food. I will say, when they ask if you want normal or spicy - the spicy actually is spicy, so keep that in mind. My mouth was on fire towards the end, with almost too much heat. I'm not sure my wife would have finished the spicy sandwich. But the meals were good, and I'm sure we'd stop here again the next time we're in the neighborhood and needing a quick bite to eat. read more

Then my brother was standing by the counter waiting for 30 minutes for one order of nuggets while everyone ignored him. Food was good, but walked in and felt dirty. Staff was not friendly like they had a problem with us just coming in. Never got sauce for nuggets or anything. The soda machine was so sticky, that the buttons wouldn't even work. When all was over I felt like I needed a bath. Went to this Wendy's on 11/27/2022. I went to dine in. There were only 4 parties ahead of me. It took 30 minutes to be able to place my order. There were 2 main problems. 1 "Paul" guy with a man bun was taking orders. He seemed to not know where he was or what he was supposed to be doing. The other problem was a lack of any manager. There may have been a manager present but there was no since of order. I have managed a Wendy's before and there was a total lack of managerial presence. I will NOT be back. read more

Clean restroom. Quick counter service both in the order-taking and meal prep. Chris was perfect in the service category not only for me but also for the other customer I observed. He is an excellent example of why one should not be too hasty to judge a book by its cover. The right eye contact, tone, helpful order suggestions, demeanor throughout - definitely could teach a thing or two to the big city fast food counter staff where I'm from. The burger, fixin's, and bun were really tasty. Not sure if I am just super hungry or what. But, it seemed like a grade above the taste profile of other Wendy's back home. I know you're not reading this review to make a decision on an expensive anniversary meal, but, if you're trying to decide where to go for a pit stop off I-20, I recommend this Wendy's. I love Wendys so its unfortunate the one in my home town is so disappointing. I've had several poor experiences here. For example I once found a small green spider in my caeser salad and my wife recieved a frosty that was spoiled. Those are just a couple examples. You can expect a long wait and poor service. The restaurant isn't typically clean. I recommend you avoid this Wendy's location. read more

Went through the drive thru and waited in line behind four vehicles for a good 15 minutes before even ordering. Seems they were fixing each meal per vehicle at a time. Then we had to pull forward and wait another ten minutes for my order to cook. Don't go thru the drive thru if your in a hurry. read more

With the new management this establishment has gone down hill. The customer service is slow you sometimes have to wait in line for upwards of 30 minutes just to place your order. After this resent visit I don't think I'll be eating here again anytime soon if ever. I ate only half of my sandwich and started feeling sick so I stopped. I thought it was maybe just me but then my brother who I was dining with threw his meal including his drink away as well saying that it wasn't fit to eat. They really need to change something before they make someone sick and get shutdown or people just stop coming because of their slow service. read more

I understand that fast food restaurants get busy and you wait in the drive thru line thinking well at least the food should be good & fresh. After 15 min. I get my food and instantly reached for a fry which was barely warm ,limp ,& greasy .I instantly ask for fresh fries & was told those were fresh so I checked my sandwich and the asiago chicken was dry with no sauce or tomatoe. Chicken fingers were cold and probably been there for some time. The manager informed me they ran out of already sliced tomatoes but instead of cutting one real quick and serving it as it should be they thought it to be unimportant to let me know . Well paying nearly $10 a combo I do want to know. I want my food to be fresh and prepared as it should be. I just want what I pay for is that to much yo ask.
