No refills on "premium " drinks!! Shitty service. Kinda dirty for such a new store. Corporate should come assess the staff and make changes.

Dispite the fact that they are understaffed no one seemed to have the urgency to get meals out to customers except for the one girl at the counter. We ordered a decaf coffee from the drive thru and the man said "we don't have decaf" and that was it. When we got to the window, we asked to clarify what he meant about no decaf, since it's on the menu. His response: "well I don't know anything about the coffee, because no one ever orders it". So I guess that means because an employee doesn't know about an item, it just doesn't exist. Got it. read more

I ordered a bourbon bacon chicken sandwich and it was great. I have an extreme sensitivity to beef so I asked for the chicken version of a burger. A young man took my order and was very polite. My coworker and I returned the next day. When I tried to order the same sandwich we were met over the intercom with hostility. The older woman taking our order used a very harsh tone and said "you mean the bourbon bacon BURGER". To which, we asked, if there was a chicken version. We were met with a cold no so I ordered a salad. When we pulled up to pickup our food, the woman who took our order could be heard behind the woman working the window. She said something along the lines of "Its not my fault you cant read the menu". Little did she know my coworker and I had watched her say it and her eyes opened wide as headlights when she saw us staring. I have ordered the bourbon bacon chicken sandwich at many locations and this one is the only one to deny my order and make a rude comment about it. Food was cold, they forgot 4 of my nuggets in the 10 piece and two of the burgers I ordered. There was an empty wrapper in my bag like someone at one of my burgers and just put the wrapper in. The new Wendy's sadly couldn't get an order correct if they wanted too, which obviously they don't. Been there several times now and the training their employees receive is greatly lacking. Went across the street to their new competitor on the 1st day they opened and they rocked. Wendy's management needs to step up, train their employees on how to use the equipment to place an order, how to correctly prepare the order, how to check that what they put in the bag is what was ordered and paid for. This place would be a great candidate for an automated ordering process. read more

Took the kids for Frostys and ordered several of the Free Frostys for a year key tags for $2 each. Never received a receipt and when we got home, noticed none of the key tags were in the bag. Went back the next day for kids dinner on the run, ordered 3 Jr bacon burgers, 4 4pack nuggets and 2 small fries. Once again, no receipt! Pulled up to the next window to get our food and without saying a word, we are handed our food. I look in the bag to find 2 burgers, 2 nuggets and 2 fries. I wave to get the attention of the teen working the window who didnt bother to even look my way he just gestured to drive away. I continued to wait and eventually the teen who handed us our food came back to the window and says "WHAT", I explained I did not get all the food we ordered and I was waiting for 2 more nuggets and 1 burger. The manager walks over and says "what's wrong with the order?" I again explain we are missing several items, he looks at his screen and says "You got what you paid for". At this point, I'm getting annoyed, Ive got 4 hungry kids in the car. I say "I ordered 3 burgers, 4 nuggets and 2 fries - I got 2 burger, 2 fries and 2 nuggets". The manager again looks at his computer and tells me that's not what I was rang up for! Clearly annoyed, the manager walks away and the teen who originally handed me my food returned with another bag- containing 2 more nuggets. Great, STILL missing 1 more burger. Several minutes more go buy before the manager come back, now very visibly annoyed and hands me another burger. By the time we ended up getting all the food we ordered, the original bag of food was completely cold. With covid, most businesses are begging for customers, yet this Wendy's seems to be on a mission to lose customers! read more

I was so excited that we have some kind of quick, decent food place in the neighborhood at last. My excitement quickly diminished after three attempts of ordering food there. They are slow- very slow and to top it off the customer service is horrible! Three times we tried and all three were strikes! No smiles, no apologies for the slow line, no greeting at the drive thru window. Girl gave me the change from My $20 in one lump- didn't count it back it say a word just handed me money with her head down. I would wait twice as long for a place with good customer service. We went to this Wendy's last night and ordered 5 cheddar cheesy burgers and we come home to find that the kitchen people decided to not include our beef patties with our burgers. *see photo* So I went back to Wendy's and talked to the manager and she said "okay we will remake it" and she took my food back through the drive thru window which you are not allowed to do because it is a health code violation. Then we get our food back and she did not give us our Large fry because we had to have our fries remade because they were cold and when i told the manager that, she gave me an attitude as if it was my problem that she has lazy kitchen people that night that didn't complete my order correctly or as if i didn't just have to drive back up there to fix THERE mistake and after that as you can see by the photo we receive our french fry not even filled all the way up. This place has really bad service everytime I come there is this rude guy that just shoves your food out the window and says "here ya go" and walks away from the window. Everytime I come here I get bad service and I will not be returning to this Wendy's every again. read more

Order number #3417. I could not have made my order easier to understand. Patty, bun and only ketchup, no cheese. I somehow ended up with a burger with everything on it. I'm used to this sort of thing and normally don't mind but this was ridiculous. I didn't even bother checking the burger before I left because I thought there was no way it could be done wrong. Twice I have been to this location since it opened because it is close to where I pickup kids. Both times we were shorted food and 1-3 members of my family had to eat corn dogs. This time I called and the person I spoke with just said that there was nothing she could do, but give me nuggets next time. She said "it's not like I can bring you nuggets...I've never heard of this happening". Perhaps it's because of the size of my family; there are eight of us. They can keep the nuggets, it's to much trouble to do business with a location that can't count. An apology would have been nice, but was impossible to get. read more

how do i describe this location? terrible. looking for a job? do not ever go to this place and apply. the manager, overworks ALL of his staff. it does not matter if you are a student in high school, or in college, or have any sort of life outside of wendys, he will work you to the brim. he may seem okay and nice at first, but once you get the inside scoop of it, its awful. out of my months of working there, i had only received on apology for his anger issues, that he pushes on his coworkers. hes always in some sort of sour mood, but then again, he has told some of the older workers (even some young teenage girls) about his love life and life in general- it almost non existent. he also likes to get handsy a bit with the young girls, touching and rubbing their backs or shoulders, just straight up WEIRD. also, if you hadn't met this guy yet, be prepared to get a glare when he gives you your order, or if you ask for sauces. he's always rude to the customers, which is the one thing you are told NOT TO DO, as a general manager. just wanted to share that amongst everyone so they can kind of get an idea of what it's like to work here, its no easy job, working for an emplyer who will guilt trip you into believing your job, at a fast food chain, is more important than your family or your mental wellbeing. read more

Stopped today and ordered a double cheeseburger and fries, HORRIBLE!! Bun was hard, meat lukewarm, cheese not melted, fries were cold no salt, to pay almost $9.00 and get crap!! I was the only one in the drive through and it was 11:00am disappointing because I've always liked Wendy's but this was nasty, and funny debit card billed but noticed no receipt?? Should have figured it would be bad, had it ready in about one minute next time I'll go across the street to Jack in the box where they make it fresh when you order it. read more

This Wendy's leaves a lot to be desired for, I was hoping this site would be as good as the one on Union Hills but's it's not. It appears to be mis-managed and one of the managers seems to talk a lot of smack about customers. The CO2 was empty yesterday for what seemed like an hour. I ordered a meal, the drink was flat. I didn't worry too much about it, I picked up some additional food to take home, and ordered a drink. Call it redemption and the CO2 was still empty and the soda was flat. I can't imagine I was the first person to complain but the manager, Alana(so), didn't appear to have some fix the empty CO2. I was quite disappointed with the management and the team. On occasion the manager will ask customers to give them a five star review. But the store is lack luster at best. read more

We went on Friday and ordered a large fries and Son of baconator. The fries where old barely warm and the cheeseburger was not fresh uncooked either. It is a new facility looks nice but serving old fries and lukewarm burgers is not the way to keep customers coming back. The frosty where tasty. read more

Food SICK! Was so excited to finally get a Wendy's around me, otherwise I go to Union Hills & 101, but this location....U G H !! Been thru 3-4 times, and sorry to say, each time got a stomach ache .... likely the burgers.
