Very disappointed with our order today. I paid extra for avocado and bacon on my burger, and neither was included. Both orders of fries were stale and disgusting, so we didn't eat them at all. We waited a decent time for our food when there were 2 other individuals inside already eating. But maybe the cooks were making online orders idk but it definitely took a while for our food. Once our food came out they sauces that come with the shrimp I ordered were missing and I didn't realize until I was already in the car driving down the road and didn't feel like driving back. My family and I ordered Smashburger online tonight. When we arrived, our order was supposed to be ready, but we ended up waiting an extra 10-15 minutes. Once we got home and opened the food, 4 out of the 5 burgers were made incorrectly. Two burgers came with only meat and cheese instead of lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo. I ordered a classic smash burger which comes with the patty, lettuce, pickles, onions, and tomatoes, aswell as ketchup and their smash sauce. I asked for that burger but with no onions or tomatoes and to add extra ketchup to the burger. My suprise when i pull out a dry ass burger that has not only ZERO ketchup or sauce on it. it had just tomatoes. the one thing i didn't want on it. They have deals online on Uber Eats. I ordered 1 bogo burger. When my order arrived it was only 1 burger not 2. I called and they said the deal ended last week so they refused to honor the deal. Peoria location is not a good place to go. We were the only customers in the place until one other couple came in about 10 minutes after we ordered. I don't know how they are still open. The food came out fairly quick and was room temperature, not really edible. Should have checked the restrooms before ordering, they were disgusting. Many of the fries were over cooked and old to the point they were way too hard and not edible. By the time I got home my food was cold.
