This was the BEST Wendy's I have EVER been to!!! The staff speaks both English and Spanish! The staff is nice and not at all rude! The restaurant is SUPER CLEAN! There are NO RATS in the restaurant. I didn't get food poisoning from eating here. There was no hair in my food. The workers got my order right. The restaurant wasn't chaotic and a mess. And I didn't end up in the hospital with a $50,000.00 hospital bill! read more

I would give ZERO stars if I could!! I just scraped my car up at this location because whoever designed the drive-thru decided to make a sharp bend around the driveway instead of a NORMAL curved bend, which would allow vehicles to pass through without being Damaged! My car actually got stuck as I attempted to drive up to the window. I asked the petson if I'm the only one this happened to. He said, "No, it happens every day." UNACCEPTABLE! The hours is from 6:30 am to 2 am but for some reason they have their doors locked at 9am. I asked the worker what time did Wendy's open and she lied right to my face and said 9:30. So I began an pick up order and instead of the workers allowing me to come in and place the order they are all hiding in the back. And once I thought they were going to open the door one of the employees came to make sure the door was still locked. This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever been to. So rude and disrespectful. All I wanted was a bf sandwich they act like I was going to order the whole menu. read more

This isn't my favorite Wendy's but it's so much better than the other Wendy's that is near by on rt 22. I go out of my way to come to this one instead of that one. I have never eaten inside and only do drive thru but thw food is always hot and fresh and quick. read more

I placed an order in the drive-thru for 2 sandwich combos and a seperate order of fries. Total came out to twenty-four dollars and some change- pull up to the next window and get my food with no problem. I get home to realize that I was given three baked potatoes and nothing else. This food was barely lukewarm by the time I go to eat it and realized the locations blunder. Unhappily I get back into my car to drive 15 minutes down the road so I can get what I actually ordered. When I returned to the store the employee at the register was very kind and understanding. And if not for the serious lack of care I recieved today while ordering I would give this a higher rating. I re-placed my order with no hassle but when ordering the sandwich combo I had just ordered 35 or so minutes ago when telling them I do not want honey mustard added to my sandwich as I have a mustard allergy. I was then told that honey mustard is not added to this sandwich despite it being clearly displayed as an ingredient on both indoor and outdoor menus. "If the employee says so, I will trust them" I thought to myself. Heading back home I get the idea I should pull over and check to make sure its what I ordered. They got my items right the 2nd time but honey mustard was on the sandwich! I spent a total of almost an hour and a half over and 20+ dollars on some careless service and didn't even get to enjoy my meal. I'd rather have the baked potato back but when inside the store they asked for us to return the bag of food they had mistakenly gave to us. As someone who has been to this location hundreds of times in the past decade, this experience really takes the cake for outstandingly lackluster service. Opens Doors Very late . Did not open doors till 11:25am to 12:00pm. Does not do well with mobile orders . Especially for mobile orders like Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub. Takes 1hr or 45 min wait to get your items even though was told it was ready. An I'm coming from 20 min away smh . Horrible service from staff. Needs to get help here. The fastest Wendy's I've ever been to. I eat healthy so the southwest chicken avocado is my go to every time, no cheese and it's tasty and filling , good amount of protein and less calories. A few times I've had to wait for the chicken and random mix ups, but overall nice, and very fast staff read more

For a while I rated the french fries here even higher than those of the McDonald's down the road, but now they've descended into over-salted mediocrity while McDonald's has stepped their game up. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I can't speak for the inside service but the drive-through needs work. The kids they hire here clearly hate their jobs, which is probably understandable, and normally I would empathize, but they have screwed up my orders one too many times. Do not drive away without checking what they put in the bag. There is about a 7 in 10 chance your order is wrong. read more

Four of us ate at this Wendy's on 3/20/16. The sign on the door said it opened at 10:00 a.m. that day; we entered at 11:00 a.m. and were the only ones there. No one was behind the counter, but I could hear voices. After waiting a few minutes and wondering whether they were in fact open, a young man came running in from the parking lot, threw off his jacket, ran behind the counter, and asked if he could help us. The four of us ordered (I still have the receipt), and he then said the manager had not set up the drawer so we would have to pay by credit card. I said that's impossible, that I was paying for everyone, and three of us didn't even have a credit card; I had cash. I then asked how they opened at 10:00, it was now past 11:00, and there was no cash set up. He said the manager hadn't gotten around to it. I asked to see the manager (to plead my case), and he said he doubted she would come out to speak with us. My sister then paid for all of us with her credit card, and I was embarrassed since she was one of my invited guests. The young man took our order, we sat at the first table, and as we handed out the food, we realized we were missing several items. I went up to the counter, explained what we were missing (a baconator double, the 4 for 4 burger, and a drink). He questioned us like we were wrong; I pointed to the table (in clear view) to show we hadn't even unwrapped anything and handed him my receipt. He studied it and even then had to check it in the register as if I had somehow doctored it. He then gave us the missing items. When two of us tasted the light lemonade, it was pure ice water--not a hint of lemon. I assumed he had hit the wrong button, so I went up and told him the two lemonades were just ice water, and he just said, "Sorry." We stood there looking at each other like idiots when it dawned on me he wasn't offering us another drink, so I asked once again to see the manager. He disappeared to the back and came back a minute later and said, "She doesn't want to talk to you." ARE YOU KIDDING?!? We sat there and ate, hoping she (the manager) would come out and speak to us since we were still the only customers in the entire place, but she never did. I filled out the survey mentioned on the back of the receipt, said I wanted to be contacted by email, but so far Wendy's hasn't responded. None of the four of us will ever eat at this Wendy's again; there are too many other choices in the area. Now I know why we were the only customers there. It is now 4/12/16, and despite my requests I have not heard from Wendy's either via the receipt survey I filled out or after posting this review on Yelp.
