My old phone was taking blurry pics from far away so I wasn't able to capture it, but think very cozy, fireplace with candles glowing from within, and little alcoves in the wall for candle clusters. It was perfectly elevated while still being casual and approachable. When we came there was a Mac and cheese special with pulled bbq pork on top. I knew we had to get that because it is right up my husbands alley. It did not disappoint, my husband was tempted to order some to take home! The pasta was super creamy and cheesy, mixed with the roasted pulled smoky bbq pork on top, it was the ultimate comfort food for the cold rainy day we were having. For my meal I got the Grilled Cheese which is more of an elevated "grown up" grilled cheese. It had cheese, thin apple slices, fig jam and bacon. The flavors were great, I only wish there was a little more cheese or a little less jam to balance the sweet and savory a little more, because for me it was a touch too sweet. The sourdough it was made with was delicious and fresh, I also appreciate that they don't seem to soak their grilled cheese in oil like a lot of places do (butter or nothing, please!!) My husband ordered the burger which he really enjoyed but nothing was going to top the pulled pork Mac and cheese for him. They should consider adding it to the regular menu! He originally wanted the duck sandwich but it was unavailable on this day. All in all it was a cozy afternoon together. Our waitress was very friendly and made sure to check on us without ever being too overbearing.

This restaurant is located in a small group of street lined businesses, with parking along the street. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating on their patio. It was a chilly day, so we opted to sit inside. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive our entire visit. We ordered the Pad Garlic and Pad King lunch specials, both with chicken and hot spice level. The lunch specials come with a salad dressed with a sweet dressing. Our food was out in record time and was piping hot, so it's definitely a spot if you are in a time crunch- hello power lunch! We both thought our dishes were packed with flavor and although they had heat, we could have went with Thai Spicy. If we were local, this would definitely be our go-to spot!

I ordered a large Tom Kha soup with both shrimp and chicken for pickup, and apparently, "large" means "half-empty" in their kitchen. To make matters worse, they completely forgot the chicken. I paid full price for a premium, multi-protein soup and ended up with a container of half-filled broth and a couple of sad shrimp. Charging customers full price for missing ingredients and cutting corners on portion sizes is a blatant rip-off. If you're going to order from Tasty Thai, bring a measuring cup, a magnifying glass, and check your food at the counter before you walk out. Absolutely ridiculous.

This gem of a pizza shop often gets overlooked by us with some closer options nearby. Shame on us…read more This wood fired pizza shop serves up classic and creative combinations. We went with the Nduja which had thinly sliced shaved cappuccio cabbage and spicy sausage. Sauce was well seasoned, evenly balanced. Sausage had the right amount of spice. Crust well cooked, with just the correct amount of char you're looking for in a Neapolitan style pie. Excellent. We also got the eggplant stack entree - good amount of cheese, well breaded eggplant. Make that drive to the edge of town, this pizza place is worth it!

I sat at the bar and was handed a short, simple menu. Service was exceptional the whole night, attentive without being overbearing. Started with the Caesar salad, deconstructed and nothing like the classic version. The dressing and nuts gave it a nice twist that worked. The meatballs were a mixed bag. Texture was spot on, and the basil added something nice, but overall they were bland. Needed more garlic, and I couldn't pick up the umami from the parm or the saltiness from the prosciutto. More of both would've balanced it out. The pizza was the real showstopper. Perfect char, perfect chew on the dough. The habanero pie with pork loin had just the right amount of spice, every bite landed. Overall, I'd go back, and next time I'm trying the truffle oil on the habanero

The ambience inside is super nice, but it was a little dark inside the restaurant. Luckily we didn't have to worry about the dimness of the inside because we ate outside. The outside patio area was super nice and aesthetically pleasing. If you want to eat inside, I recommend making reservations because if you don't have reservations, you may be seated outside like we were I'm assuming. Which I was fine with eating outside because it was nice out and the ambience inside is nice, but it is dark. As for the food it was pretty good. Funny enough I'm not much of a steak girly, but I did find other options on the menu. For the appetizer, we decided to try the Chicharron. It was my first time having chicharron. I really enjoyed the pickled onions with the chicharron. Then for my entrée, I got the crabcake sandwich and it came with fries. It was very tasty and my sister ordered the same and we both said we would return just for that. Our mother ordered the pork chop and she said it was actually juicy and well prepared. The service was fantastic from the hostess up front to our server Tania. She was attentive and very sweet.

I decided to stop by the Inman shopping center for lunch since I have not been here in a while. I…read moresaw that there was a new restaurant in this shopping center and decided to give it a try. Cleanliness: The restaurant was clean with no trash on the tables, by the condiment station, or on the floor. The staff: They are friendly and helpful with the menu items. They have a lot of patience and update you on your order. Prices: The prices range from $5.99 and up depending on what you order. The best part is that if you get a combo then the price is worth it. The combo comes with your entree, French fries and a soda. Chicken Platter Combo: This was an amazing platter and was absolutely delicious. The rice, chicken, tomatoes, lettuce was good with the sauce that they put on top. French Fries: They were cooked to a crisp so when you bite it, it has a crunch. Chicken Cheesesteak: This was not what I had expected. The bread was soft, the chicken was cooked to perfection, and the cheese was melted on top of the chicken. The sauce gave the cheesesteak some flavor; however, I probably would not get this again. Overall: This is a good place to grab lunch or dinner with the platters. Their credit card machine sometimes does not work well so it is better to pay in cash. I would probably come back to try other platters, wraps, or even the chicken sandwiches. I just do not recommend the cheesesteaks if you are expecting something great.

When entering from Grove Ave, it's easy to be a little bit confused because the restaurant is stuck in the corner behind what used to be Stop n Shop and such. The shopping center is certainly very empty without the anchor grocery store, so it's often quite easy to miss this. Knowing that the restaurant opens dinner service around 6, we got here just before then and realized that the staff was already accepting people beforehand. That was great. As my girl is from Goa, this was a place that was on her mind for some time to try. Likewise, I wanted to try some authentic Maharastrian food too. To start, we ordered a mango lassi & a Kaira Panha. I stuck with the former, which was great. My girl enjoyed her drink too, though def not my first preference. For an appetizer, we ordered the Kothimbir Wadi. This was quite tasty and well enjoyed with the chutney. Certainly authentic. For the main meal, my girl enjoyed her fish fry. I got the Veg. Kohlapuri along with Garlic Naan. The Kohlapuri was good and was easily able to finish it. The only small gripe we had was that the tomato-based curry kinda reminded me of a North Indian korma that you'd get from other establishments. My girl noted this and do wonder whether this is truly the proper way of making and enjoying a Vegetarian Kohlapuri. She noted it was meant to not have a tomato base and was supposed to be a bit more flavorful. As this was my first time, I'm not sure if I can fully validate this, but it's worth a question. Nonetheless, I can't complain about the food. Just simply a curiosity on my end.
