You're probably wondering how this fast food establishment earned five stars and I,too, am wondering the same but atlas, it's been done. Came here for others reasons but of course, stomach rules all. Parking lot/drive thru were just about empty so I made it through in no time. Cashier wasn't anything spectacular, just straight to the point. Napkins in the bag. Chicken sandwich was the best I've ever had from a Wendy's. Chicken was deliciously hot, not too much lettuce, bread was great, perfect amount of extra mayo. Wow, just wow. If I could give this place less than one star I would 100% do it. Waited in line for 23 minutes (no cars in front of us and no customers inside, totally empty parking lot). The person who took our order in the drive thru was very rude and didn't talk in complete sentences, examples- "you ordering?" and "total is $16 and something" and completely ignoring us at the window for a while as well. Seems like the people working today are trying their hardest not to work. Three cars in front of me left after waiting without food. I'm so confused about this whole experience because usually Wendy's has better customer service. Our order was wrong, ordered 3 jr. cheeseburger deluxe, all had bacon on them, one was a double cheeseburger. I don't eat pork so they all went into garbage. The food was hot. The floor of whole restaurant was so slick from grease that you slid around when you walked. There were flies all over the restaurant. The cashier was not very friendly and said the minimum amount to get your order. Glad we were only passing through when we stopped. read more

These people had no clue what the check in offer was all about on Yelp. I checked in to get a free frosty and the manager had no clue or had not even heard of Yelp. My husband and I came here for lunch today and had wonderful customer service. Especially the worker at the drive thru that was stressed and still managed to be kind and get our order right. We even added a frosty at the last minute that she was more than happy to accommodate. She even brought our food out when she asked us to pull up and waited for us to check if it was right. This Wendy's is the best Wendy's i have ever been to. I went late at night, they were very patient with me when I ordered. When I got to the window, I was given all of my drinks already with a drink carrier. They asked me to pull up to the gate to wait for my food, which was a huge order so i was willing to wait. After about 5 minutes, one of the very nice girls came out and asked what flavor frostys i would like for my wait. they brought out all of my food (and extra nuggets plus the frostys for our wait!!). while they forgot the sauce (which i'm not mad about at all) they did amazing by giving us fresh food fast. I go to this location at least once or twice a week with little exception. Almost always the same girl at the window either is not very friendly or forgets something in my order (like the pecans for my salad which is the reason I get it!). I would give this Wendy's zero stars if I could. I went here a weeks ago on my lunch break never again will thst happen. I went inside because there was a short line on maybe 5 people and the drive thru line was super long. I go inside and the service was super slow. It was sooo slow 2 people left I stayed only because it is only 2 minutes down the road from my job. The cashier taking order appeared as if she had just started working a few days prior. She would take an order and then stand and wait for the food to come up instead of taking the next order. When I finally made it to the register she starts having a conversation with someone standing at the end of the counter who I assume was an employee dining in on her day off. I had to give her the look and say excuse me can I order. I ordered and got my food. I returned back yo work and sat down yo eat and was highly disappointed with the taste of the food and upset with myself for not leaving and going somewhere else. My food was very fresh and present in a reasonable time being , it was during lunch hour.This location was very clean and the staff was eagle to service as soon a I stepped in the door. I just had a 40 minute wait getting "fast food" with no appology even when they forgot some of the order.
