Before leaving, I visited the restroom again to wash my hands, only to find that the strong urine odor persisted. I reported these concerns to a supervisor on duty. As a longtime customer who appreciates Culver's reputation for quality food and clean establishments, I was extremely disappointed by this experience. The tables were filthy, and we had to ask for ours to be cleaned before we could even sit down. To make matters worse, most of the fountain drinks were out. I settled for fruit punch, which unfortunately wasn't good. My husband and son received their meals, and overall, the food was just average at best.
