My Wendy's experience was overall solid. The cashier was a tad clueless, but came through in the end. The S'Awesome burger was delicious, my brother enjoyed his Dave's burger (with just cheese!) but I was a bit disappointed in the funky BBQ sauce on the Dave's Burger. I have to say that I love love love love Wendy's but I have just witnessed the worst management who went off on a customer. The food was under cooked French fries were cold ketchup dispenser (2) were not functional. We said for here they gave us our food in bags and a small salad in the smallest container stuffed so when you opened it the salad went all over the place. I doubt I will be going back. It was freezing inside; the manager made a big deal and refused to exchange my soda for coffee; and the fries looked and tasted old. The cashier was a pleasant person, but that manager could have learned manners and customer service from the cashier. read more

This location is lousy. The orders are ALWAYS wrong, half is missing, and the people that work there that I have encountered are so lazy that you are lucky to get a grunt from them. They hand you your food and your change and don't even look at you or say anything. The staff obviously doesn't want to be there, and management does nothing about it. The whole staff just exudes lazy. Try calling with a problem and nobody answers. Go in person and you're attacked by flies. My advice; definitely skip it. read more

1 month ago I have been at this place it was major under staff so bad they cancelled the drive-thru and told people on a piece of dirty paper " DRIVE-THRU NOT WORKING JUST BRING YO ASS IN" LOL Nawww I'm kidding about the " Bring yo Ass in" words, But it did say drive-thru Not working, I parked my car to order inside of course, I went inside to make my order with a young lady who was cashier and another woman who was also on the front who seem to be very stressed out and high-strung and the funny part it wasn't a rush going on it was a very quiet evening Sunday afternoon she has an attitude??? "BUT I DIGRESS" I made my order and I'm waiting for my order finally a bag of food comes on the counter top sounds like my order so I asked the lady with the attitude And" Bad Breath" was this my order? She did Not call a number at all with a high attitude she says to me "This is Not your order" I go and fill up my drinks, I come back the same bag of food is on the counter top in the meantime I am seeing other people look inside the bag wondering if it's there's as well. When the other co-worker told the woman with the attitude that this was my order she denied it and looked inside and said " Yea this is your order take it" I said Noooo I want another order of food now, Immediately she copped a attitude! so I told the cashier " Can you please put her on her break before I Slap! this woman?" She screams and launches at me over the counter top I didn't put my hands on her I wanted her to hit me first, Well the staff grabbed her and tugged her stank Ass! to the back of the office, I got my food order and I left I called the corporate office and heard Nothing in return back from the manager's Poor! Poor! Service all around and for that matter , My food was Terrible! I'm glad I didn't spend much money I will Never return back to this location by far! This place doesn't even deserve one star. I tried to find contact information to provide feedback but didn't think customer care was going to be sufficient enough. I work nearby and I prefer to have Wendy's rather than the other fast food around. You'd think they'd try to provide a great experience to their customers considering there are other fast food options nearby. One time, while on a 30 minute break, it took them 20 minutes....20 MINUTES....to just get my order. Whoever is the manager of this place seriously needs to get their crap together. It must be that they are understaffed because a 20 minute wait at a fast food joint is beyond unacceptable. I didn't bother mentioning it to them because honestly, I'm pretty sure they would give a damn. Now when I go there at night, ALL of the lights are off, including in the parking lot. If it wasn't for the light being on inside, you'd think they were closed. Hint much? The food is never fresh when I get it. My chicken nuggets the other day felt undercooked. Gross. Then you've got the employees. Just today I had to say hello twice within a minute to get someone's attention (that's me being patient). The guy very sarcastically tells me he'll be right with me. I don't know what happened but this Wendy's used to be good. It's like ever since they remodeled, their service declined. I'm entremely dissapointed with this establishment. I wish I could do a half star review. I am sick of going to this location with the hope springs eternal idea that it will get better. Even after changing the entire building the rude, incompetent, and lazy staff are still running it into the ground and soiling the Wendy's name. Pretty hard to desecrate the legacy of something like a fast food restaurant but they have manage to do it. Dave Thomas must be rolling n his grave. If I were their corporate manager I'd shut them down. I'm form Randolph and have gone there a lot but tonight is the last straw. I'm sick of paying to be disrespected and disappointed. Went to t his Wendy's a few days ago. Cashier is hard of hearing, asked the same question three times before she understands. Took our order, when it was ready we took our bag did a quick look three items total 2 burgers and a kids meal. Went to the car, baby asks if she could have some French fries. We have only gone one block, her fries were ice cold and hard as a brick. Went home we only live two streets away. Burger was cold, next burger not what we ordered, next burger again not what we ordered. Now we call, same person who took our order repeated everything three times she keep asking for my name which I gave her three time. Come back and I'll give you a single for free. Like no I spent more money than that. Called corporate told them what happen. They asked for 48hrs before we would hear from them. Still waiting. Will never go there again. Need a lot of work, needs more customer service training. read more
