The Fontana/Rancho location on the east side of the 15 freeway has one of the worst layouts for drive-thru, Vineyard and Foothill is just always busy, VIneyard and the 10 fwy. the line is long but moves quickly. We visited tonight and there was one or two cars ahead of us before we ordered at 8 pm on a Saturday. We were out of there in a matter of minutes. When I was asked on the phone if it was a combo I started only for the Michelin not for the single cheeseburger. After driving to get my order I was surprised that my order was only two burgers. The guy then proceeded to argue with me that o told him no combo. There must be a language barrier because he did not take my order down correctly on the phone then proceeded argue that I did not order that. I was even willing to pay for a soda and fries but won't be coming back to spend a penny. This is not good customer service.
