In the long line that is NOT blocking the street traffic. Thank you to this newer location for planning out the logistics and not causing extra stress for others, especially since it's right off the freeway exit. There are usually like 10-15 cars ahead of me though (and just as many customers inside) so it is still the usual popular restaurant. Taste: 4 stars. Their hamburgers do taste a bit more simple and fresh than at other burger places. Their fries I guess taste more fresh as well but are usually more bland for me than compared to other restaurants (which contain more salt so I think I prefer "more flavor"). Recently, I started either adding chopped chilies or a side, and the extra little kick made my burger taste different and better. You can also add extra lettuce, tomatoes, pickles for no additional charge. You can lettuce wrap if watching carbs. Current price of hamburger/cheeseburger (the kids love these): $3.75/$4.25

Pulled into the drive-thru thinking I'd be in and out (lol), but ended up spending 45 minutes questioning all my life choices. I aged in that line. Pretty sure I saw someone grow a beard from scratch. Yeah, I expected a wait, but this felt like forever in fast food years. I ordered two Double-Doubles, a Cheeseburger, and a Flying Dutchman with whole grilled onions. Most of it was solid, but one of the Double-Doubles was overcooked, dry patty, no vibe. Now let's talk about the real MVP, the Flying Dutchman. No bun, just beef, cheese, and those buttery grilled onions .It was straight-up ,juicy, flavor-packed. Low-carb or not, this thing slaps. 3 stars because the wait and that one overcooked burger threw it off. But that Dutchman? Kinda legendary.

We were heading to the movies drive in and decided to stop here first. Wow I maybe was running a little late and the drive thru was slammed. So we came in side instead. Well every one else had the same idea because it was slammed as well. But the food and service was great. No complaints.

Apparently I'm an In-N-Out Burger junkie. Whenever I visit California I must visit the place multiple times. So this stop I got my normal Double Double, chocolate shake and fries. Excellent as usual. All fresh ingredients on the burger. Nice presentation and the staff here is so friendly.

This is hands down my favorite In-N-Out in Riverside. The Van Buren location just gets it. The service is always super friendly and quick, even when it's busy. My order's always fresh, hot, and exactly how I like it Double-Double, animal fries, you already know. It's just one of those spots you can count on to hit every time. Perfect for a late-night burger run or a quick lunch break. Simple, classic, no complaints.

Always an issue at this in n out. Got this burger wrapped terribly there was ketchup all over the bag and my shakes were liquid once received.

It's either Riverside or Los Angeles. The Los Angeles location is nice because it has standard restaurant seating and the vibe is full on Monty's! It's so cool! I hope they grow and open more locations. My husband and I just drove an hour to get to the Riverside location. We're only able to come once a month because it's so far away. We would hit it once a month if it were closer, maybe more than once a month. Service is always great at this location. They have stickers and buttons available. The seating is bar stools at a counter inside the food lab. The food is amazing! It's always perfectly made and it hits the spot when we miss the Monty's plant-based chicken. The burgers are good. Love the fries and tots! Definitely do the "maxed out" tots or fries. Those are the best! I love the kale salad and add chicken on top. My husband loves the chicken burgers. We always bring friends here to try Monty's plant-based grub! This place rocks.

I absolutely love their mascot though and they have free stickers that look like him. All food is vegetarian friendly! 100% plant-based.

What sets Urban Skillet apart before you even take a bite is the integrity behind the food 100% non-GMO, grass-fed, organic, and halal. You're not just eating something delicious, you're eating something you can feel genuinely good about. And the flavor? Every single item on the menu is addictive. I have yet to find a miss. The side sauces alone are absolutely elite!!!! The kind you think about days later and use as your excuse to come back sooner than you planned. Knowing that this place started from humble beginnings , literally setting up tents and grew into the brick and mortar gem it is today in Riverside makes every bite taste even better. You can feel the passion, the pride, and the hard work baked into everything they do. The staff moves at the speed of light, endlessly accommodating and genuinely friendly every single time. I've dined in and DoorDashed multiple times and it's always amazing, that consistency is rare and speaks volumes. Urban Skillet deserves every single star and more. A true Riverside treasure.

The restaurant has a casual, trendy brunch vibe and the menu is full of creative options that sounded really good. We tried the Brisket S'Mac Wrap, the Eggcelent Morning, and the truffle fries. The brisket wrap was flavorful and filling, with a nice balance of savory and cheesy. The Eggcelent Morning was solid comfort food and definitely satisfied a brunch craving. The truffle fries were crispy, well-seasoned, and a great shareable side. Service was the one downside. It was not very attentive, and we waited longer than expected for check-ins and refills. It was not terrible, but noticeable enough to impact the experience. Not to mention, it was not very busy at all around the time weren't, which was on a Wednesday around noon. Situated in a seedy corner lot on Magnolia and Harrison, don't let the semi-dilapidated surroundings fool you; this place is no joke. Try not to let your guard down while you are eating truly the best burger you can get in Riverside. The price is fair, but can add up quick as refills are not self serve or free and additional sauces (beyond ketchup and similar condiments) are not complimentary. Ranch is just shy of a dollar at .90¢. As much as I loathe paying extra for sauces, the amount of fries they give you seems to justify the upcharge, but, in my opinion, they should charge for EXTRA sauces and maybe include one with a combo. Seems nitpicky but those who need ranch with their fries can sympathize. Their breakfast special is fine, and you very much get what you pay for price and food wise. Again, start adding sides and the price becomes reminiscent of non-fast food sit down diner prices and, to me, that is not justifiable here. As far as other things on the menu, I cannot vouch for the wildly popular breakfast burritos but they were being ordered nonstop while I was visiting. I have tried the pastrami but it was very salty; but that's the nature of the game. With a menu like this, you are bound to hit a roadblock at some point. Just come back and try again. All that being said, this place really is quality and gives a quantity that you don't really see very often. My personal suggestion would be to get a chocolate milkshake with the burger combo, that's what really makes this place a 5/5. You won't regret it. Those in the know, know about George's. Try to be in the know.

Just don't go when the "owner" (old white guy with glasses) is cooking because apparently since he is incapable of folding a breakfast burrito with eggs overeasy he won't do it. A ten year old can do it but it's too messy for the owner and he refuses. Any other day it's never been a problem for the other real cooks. Imagine being a restaurant owner that serves half Mexican food and American and you can't fold a burrito because the eggs are overeasy? If you are incapable, stay out the kitchen and stick to running the back end. The cooks probably despise when he shows up to "help" as he slows everybody down with the pace of a turtle. But he's the owner and it's his restaurant so screw the customer, no exceptions. It was a simple request but I guess he doesn't need the business and he won't lose any sleep over it.
