In the long line that is NOT blocking the street traffic. Thank you to this newer location for planning out the logistics and not causing extra stress for others, especially since it's right off the freeway exit. There are usually like 10-15 cars ahead of me though (and just as many customers inside) so it is still the usual popular restaurant. Taste: 4 stars. Their hamburgers do taste a bit more simple and fresh than at other burger places. Their fries I guess taste more fresh as well but are usually more bland for me than compared to other restaurants (which contain more salt so I think I prefer "more flavor"). Recently, I started either adding chopped chilies or a side, and the extra little kick made my burger taste different and better. You can also add extra lettuce, tomatoes, pickles for no additional charge. You can lettuce wrap if watching carbs. I ordered two Double-Doubles, a Cheeseburger, and a Flying Dutchman with whole grilled onions. Most of it was solid, but one of the Double-Doubles was overcooked, dry patty, no vibe. My family loves in-n-out. We go at least every other weeks on Fridays. It's our go spot on our way to the mountains or home. However, it's not really what it used to be before. We visit this location today. Our cashier Mario was very polite, friendly and helpful. He took our order and make sure the order was right. And when it came out offered help to carry out to our table. He was awesome! At other locations we've been too there is most of the time someone cleaning and checking on guest. Not on this one. I'll start with the bad: the cooks and staff behind the counter are LOUD. So loud the people taking orders at the counter can not hear what we are ordering and we're face to face. It was absurd. I couldn't even hear myself speak to order. They scream numbers in the mic blasting everyone's ears. Something needs to be done this isn't normal. First off I have to say that I love In-N-Out. But this has to be my favorite location. Yes like all locations they are very busy all the time. But the service is amazing. No matter how busy they are it goes quick. The food is always fresh at this location and tastes great. They offer and hamburgers, cheese burgers and fries. But they also have a secret menu which includes grilled cheese and animal style fries to name a few. I love that they have pup patties for your fur babies. I know my dogs love them. Inside is busy as well but they have plenty of seating inside as well as some outside. The decor is typical In-N-Out style. White with red palm trees. Which most people would expect. In-N-Out is a legend. A former CA resident who now lives in Michigan, I am so much more appreciative for this no-frills hamburger franchise. Good burgers and fries, prepared quick and fresh by a team of well-trained staff. Though the burgers and fries are not the best burgers in town, they are reliably good. And the shakes.... They may be among the top shakes in town. This restaurant is very busy, has a good amount of seating and the staff do a decent job keeping the pace moving and fairly cleanish. As usual In-N-out didn't disappoint, on their food anyway. My double double was hot and goopy, which was perfect for dripping onto my fries. I also got a rootbeer float (secret menu), and it was fantastic. There was so much ice cream in it that I was able to top off the cup again with more rootbeer. Next time I think I'll just get the shake, drink half then fill it with the rootbeer. This way I'll get a half of a shake and a full float! So, if the food was so good, perfect actually, then why only 4 stars? Well, the place was a mess. Tables needed cleaning, and trash on the floor. Every time prior the restaurant was spotless. There was always an "A" student sweeping up or wiping down tables. This time however the place needed major attention. Maybe the kid was in detention? I mention this with the hope that my concern will be addressed and this location won't fall into the average category. Quick Tip: Despite my grumblings, I hope In-N-out keeps hiring those "A" students. They look clean and wholesome. The burgers seem to taste better while seeing their smiles. Maybe I'm just jealous. I never would've gotten through the door for an interview. My grades were sub par at best. I did however get an A in art for going to a Van Gough exhibit. Given its location near the 91 Freeway and better use of the parking lot to route drive-thru traffic I still foresee infrastructure impact on vehicles trying to turn into the parking lot. Nevertheless, we decided to dine-in and enjoy the well-lit lobby and AC (as opposed to sitting in a car or in the heat outside). The food came up in about 10 minutes, Special Menu specifications applied, and was it ever expertly assembled! The burgers were picture perfect and the fries cooked to that just right consistency. I'm generally not a huge fan of this company's fries but these were quite good. Extra crispy buns are a simple way to ensure your burgers don't turn into a saggy wet diaper while eating, and why not try Mustard Fried Patties? You can always decline the pickles if you want. You can never go wrong with In n Out. The food is always consistent, fresh, and delicious. I stopped by this location the other day around 3pm and went through the drive thru. There wasn't really a line since I didn't go during lunch or dinner hours. The associate that took my order was friendly and same with the other associates that took my payment and gave me my order.
