The falafel pita was very tasty and substantial, but messy to eat. Best to have a fork on back up. My photo isn't the best. It was much tastier than it looks. Plenty of falafel that was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. You have a choice of two side sauces-I got one tzatziki and one tahini. Although tahini already comes on the pita, there's no such thing as too much tahini. I would eat here again when in the area. It was a good pita and a good value for the price. I really love stopping by for lunch here! The schwarma combo bowl is a great deal. I don't enjoy vegetables, so I really appreciate that they allow you to substitute it with all rice. The beef and the chicken are both really good, and I love being able to have some variety even with one of the smaller options. They also offer really good sauces, I usually get the garlic one. Great halal pita place in Rancho! Came here with my brother and got a chicken shawerma wrap and was quite flavorful. Chicken was perfectly cooked and it had lettuce, tomatoes, and all the fillings and I got the spicy sauce which really took it to the next level. Only came here once so didn't try it, but would come again. So y'all I'm really trying to live that healthy life. My new go to is Mediterranean or Middle Eastern food. We were leaving the Toyota Center in Ontario and wanted to eat dinner in that area. Of course my first go to is YELP. This restaurant came in HOT!! When you walk in the restaurant makes you want to grab your food and eat there. We were greeted with a smile and our order taken. Our food was done rather fast which was nice, so we had a seat and dined it. I enjoyed my Chicken Shawarma plate is was enough food for me to have leftovers the next day. Food was just ok. I got the Greek salad and a chicken kabob. The flavor of the chicken was good but I was disappointed in the Greek Salad. I think they pre make them and the colors from the pickled onions went onto the feta and it just tasted like a pre made salad o could buy at Trader Joe's or something like that! Also the tea is in a container to the side of the fountain drinks. I thought it was fresh brewed but it is concentrate and has a sour taste. Gross! If you just need something quick and don't care about quality you would probably be happy with it. read more

There is plenty of inside seating. This was my first time trying this place out, and it did not disappoint. The girl at the register was super sweet. I loved her vibe and her attitude. My wife and i shared the chicken skewer and the chicken shawarma and hummus bowl. The bowl was our favorite of all the items. My daughter went for her usual beef skewer. The meat was prepared perfectly and was super tender. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE their rice. Place looks super clean and the service was awesome. Glad we stopped by. And you will be called when the order is done. My husband ordered plate and I did order bowl. The food!!! Super tasty, added they use yellow rice which I actually prefer. Everything made to perfection, one thing I love too at this place is you got to choose 2 different sauces per meal. Pita Street Restaurant serves some really great Mediterranean food. The flavors were spot-on, portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned and the sauces were great as well. You can tell some level of care goes into the cooking, and it definitely hits the spot if you're craving Mediterranean cuisine. Now the bad news!!!!! That said, when you first walk in, there's an unpleasant smell inside the restaurant that's hard to ignore. It doesn't affect the food itself, but it does take away a bit from the overall experience. I believe some renovations are needed for sure. If they can improve that aspect, this place would be an easy five stars because the food itself is excellent.
