I have come by this Arby's several times, almost always through the drive thru. I can't even tell you what it looks like inside. The gyro is my fav sandwich here but my wife likes the classic and we will usually order any special that would include a classic. On this occasion, I had a coupon for a French Dip so I tried it. Damn that was good and that au juice, I'm not saying I drank it but I sure thought about it. :) It was a great sandwich and they have so many good options: the Ruben is great, the classic is always a favorite and my gyro. I work an overnight shift our lunch is from 2-3am.. On the website it says it close at 2:30. Everytime I come here nobody at the window or they barley have anything to sell. Great customer service here, literally with a smile. The lady who took my order was super nice. Picked up a 2 for 7 deal, roast beef and chicken sandwiches. Always great food here. Also want to give a shout out to my boys Arby sauce and a Horsey sauce. They are the icing to this celebratory roast beef cake. Recently I've been craving fast food and the crispy fish sandwich from Arby's hit the spot! I think I had 3 in a week...yep. Food is tasty (if Arby's is in your wheelhouse.) And the service is good. Place is clean. But the prices are high. I think a snack size drink (which is now their small) shouldn't cost $3. I ordered that and a slider--meal was $6. I know inflation has raised prices but this seems to be a bit much with the reduction in the size of the cup. Me and my friend were hungry and wanted to try Arby's which was my first mistake, I arrived at 9:58pm to an empty line. My friend ordered the new steak bite sandwich. I got a beef and cheddar meal and mozzarella Sticks. After being told by the window tenant we had our food. we went home to find out they had forgotten my beef and cheddar sandwich. We had to go back. It is now 10:58 and the experience I had next was not because of the worker I promise. He was very nice and helpful, it was sincere. After getting the sandwich we tried it... when opening up the wrapper I looked upon death itself. The sad part is, everything about it was terrible. I almost threw up and my friend couldn't take an actual bite of it. The aroma alone could put someone into a full arrest. Me and friend tried every piece of it to close in on the bad part of this creature. The bread was terrible, I couldn't eat the meat and cheese without gagging. Mozzarella sticks were amazing. I love Arby's! However, this location on this particular day was pretty rough. I was in the area and thought I would try it. We ordered the Italian sandwich, potato cakes, curly fries, and a fish sandwich. Upon opening the box of the Italian sandwich, I noticed the meat was barely inside the bread, and the sandwich was not cut in half. It looked like was it was just thrown in (I should have taken a photo). The sandwich and box were soaked with dressings and grease, and the presentation was really bad. The bag our food came in was saturated with grease, which I never observed with prior Arby's orders at our other go to location. I discovered the source of the grease was the potato cakes. They tasted more like grease than potato. I am not sure who prepared this particular order, but they need some more practice. The curly fries were hard and dried out; no potato taste at all. The fish sandwich was okay. The iced tea was good. Regarding the service at the drive thru, it was excellent. The employee was friendly and professional. Not really hard to make fresh curly fries, however half of my fries were warm and the other part were cold. The worst part is that they were super chewy! GROSS! Passing thru on my way to a fun weekend elsewhere, This is the location I pick on my way to points east. The food is consistently good, the service lightning fast. So glad the potato cakes are back, great with ketchup, a bit greasy but thats what napkins are for. I have physically gone into this location on occasion and its clean and tidy.
