Chicken was hot and crispy. Spaghetti was bomb. If you've never had Filipino spaghetti, it's very much on the sweet side. During holiday shopping I got a little peckish and decided I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich. I remembered that Jollibee was in the mall but I knew it wasn't a part of their food court. It's near Ulta for anyone else who decides to go. So I ordered their spicy chicken sandwich which had quite a kick because they put fresh peppers on it. The chicken was pretty juicy and flavorful too. My only gripe was that it took a while to get my sandwich even though there wasn't a long line. But for my first time, I would order it again! After shopping around the Ontario Mills, our family decided to eat Jollibee before heading home! It was 20 minutes before closing, and the Jollibee workers were definitely stressed out. They had an influx of customers coming into the mall, but did not have enough chicken to serve. When we went up to the cashier, he said that it would take about 30 minutes for the chicken to be cooked. We waited the entire time, and noticed that the person who cleaned the saying are was already asking people to leave. We ended up picking a seat outside of Jollibee to eat. The chicken as fresh, the pies were good, and the fries were tasty. We don't have any complaints. We understand that we came in pretty late in the day and had asked for food, so it makes sense. I'm from Ventura county and I had never been to a jollibee cause they don't have them there (yet). So we were excited to see it at the mall when we were shopping. We decided to try a bucket of chicken and 2 sides. I love me some fried chicken.. it's my fave! This was mediocre at best! I would've much rather had Popeyes from the food court. Tasteless chicken and the sides of mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese were garbage. I ate one thigh and my son also had 1 piece and we brought it home and hubby tried a piece and said it was awful. My wife and I second time patronizing this business, the first being in Torrance. We were a little disappointed that only part of our order was up to standard. The wait was kinda long, but no complaints for that. Our only disappointment was the french fries not being hot and fresh as we expected especially after the extended wait. I went back and requested hot & fresh french fries only to have been given a bag from what tasted like the same batch I was complaining about. My opinion serve the fries as the last part of putting the meal together before giving it to customers and not rely on the heat lamp's temperature to keep them fresher. For the 2pc Chickenjoy w/ Jolly Spaghetti combo and it was a nice lunch - it was definitely hot and fresher eating in the store itself, got to let the food cool a bit before biting into the chicken as well as the spaghetti which was very savory, and a good amount of food to share or enjoy by one self. The store itself also has very nice decor, the only downside is the booth seats we picked had the seats a little worn and the table wasn't the cleanest with some crumbs. I would like to file a complaint regarding a very disappointing experience I had at the Jollibee Ontario Mills location in Ontario, California, on July 25 at approximately 6:46 PM. I was waiting at the pickup counter for my order. My order status indicated that it would be ready at 6:46 PM, so when the time reached 6:46 PM, I stepped forward to check if my order was ready. At that moment, another customer who had arrived after me cut in front of me. A Jollibee staff member named Mika came out from the kitchen and served that customer first. I immediately told her that I had been waiting first, but she ignored what I said and continued serving the other customer before assisting me. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what upset me most was that my concern was completely ignored. It made me feel as though I was being disregarded as a customer. Customers should be served in the order they are waiting, especially when one customer clearly arrived first. Even after I pointed out that I had been waiting before the other customer, Mika chose to ignore me and continued serving him. I hope you will address this issue with your staff to ensure they pay attention to customers waiting at the pickup counter and treat everyone fairly and respectfully. I enjoy Jollibee, but this experience was very disappointing, and I hope it can be prevented from happening to other customers. read more

This popular chicken spot found it's storefront in Ontario Mills! The restaurant is in quite a random area of the mall, not quite near the food court or the other sit down resturaunts but it works. We got to the mall later ended up in line at around 750pm on a Saturday, and it was still bumpin. A line outside the door with maybe 8 people ahead of us. We had to wait 40 minutes before getting our order in- and another 25 for our food. For a fast food restaurant- that doesn't seem like a time stamp to brag about. The 1 person taking the orders was slow- the 2 people bagging orders seemed more interested in conversing than getting the orders out. Fries were stale- but atleast the chicken was up to standard. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Rancho location. Only reason I am not giving a one star is bc the staff was friendly enough, but this location isn't as good. The prices are the same just not the same quality. They do not have palabok, they only serve spaghetti, and the spaghetti wasn't cooked well, it was still hard. Their gravy was literally watered down....so sad bc that's what you pay for along with their expensive chicken. I don't mind paying if the taste and quality is there, but this place is lacking that. Also it's in the Ontario mills mall and that's already a pain to go inside and order from. The location isn't ideal unless u are shopping and have no other choice. Place is still clean. Does Jollibee have the tastiest chicken or even the crunchiest? No. Is it as cheap as In-n-Out? No. But do I try to make a stop if I ever see one? Yes. I live in CO so I didn't grow up eating Jollibee but I understand the hype. This location can get really busy. Seating is quite limited. The food does take a while to come out so you can hope that by the time your food is ready, a seat is open. Otherwise it's located inside the mall so you can take it to the food court. The drinks and the ube pies are my favorites. If one opens in CO, I would be at Jollibee often just for the drinks and pies. The ube pie isn't overly sweet but just enough. It's so warm and tasty. Like I said, the chicken isn't my favorite. But when you pair it with the gravy, it elevates the taste. That gravy is one of the best that I've had and I like to dip the chicken in it as well as the fries. It taste great when you pour some over the rice. read more

We tried this place again since last time we had uh, a weird experience. We went back well before closing time and tried to eat at Jollibee again. We got the 6 PCs joy bucket and rice. The lady that was giving us a hard time for closing last time was still there, but this time she seems to keep to herself. She also just picks and choose which customers can use the bathroom inside Jollibee. lol its just funny to see some customers gets preferred treatment over the others. The chicken as always is very delicious. This time we didn't have to wait so long for the chicken to cook. We got 6 PCs but we were able to get half of them spicy. The order also came with gravy. It was definitely a better experience than the first. So take away lesson: come during business hours so you won't seem like you're unwelcomed. While standing in line, I tried to order online like the man in front of me did. Online also shows Palabok is "not available." Laaaaaame! I go on and order the 2pc Chickenjoy Meal Deal for $13, which includes 2 pieces of chicken (a leg & thigh), 1 biscuit, 1 choice of side (I got mashed potatoes & gravy), 1 drink and 1 Peach Mango Pie. I also ordered 2 extra pies in case they were good.. which they were, lol. The filling was not overly sweet as I had imagined it would be. It reminds me of the apple pie from McD. Pop that baby in a toaster oven or air-fryer to reheat it, and it's as good as fresh!The dipping gravy always comes with any chicken order, but I guess you can tell them you don't want it if you don't like it. The Bacon & Cheese Chicken Sandwich was surprisingly good. It was well seasoned and a good size. We also ordered a bucket of the Spicy Chicken for later. This location does have a small dining room. The service was pretty quick, although we were quoted a 25-minute wait for the food. Overall, it was another mediocre experience. I'm growing to like the chicken even more than I already do, but imo they could season it more.
