Breakfast at Wendy's for the first time. Delicious. I got the No 2 Combo; sausage (well sone), egg and (substituted Swiss with American)cheese croissant sandwich. Sides: Simply Orange juice & Home Fries. I also ordered a side of French toast. everything was hot and delicious. Customer Service was wonderful. David, the on-duty Manager, was not just friendly and welcoming to me as a customer, he was also very thoughtful and caring with his employees. I look forward to coming back. The restaurant is modern, bright and clean with various seating choices. Personally, I prefer the High-top Tables. Went thru drive up window. Your cashier dropped .88 in change on the filthy space below window. Not one I'm sorry not nothing. Really just the worst. Service is intolerably slow and manager is rude and aggressive. Place an order at drive thru and was asked to pull forward as it wasn't ready yet. I waited and waited until someone finally came out and asked if I was waiting for something. Waited some more, then after 12 minutes stuck my head in the door and asked them to attend to it and said I couldn't come in because I had a child in the car. Still nothing. I called on the phone and no answer. Finally after 20 minutes, I approached the drive thru window (from a safe distance and not where the cars drive). Manager came to the window and yelled at me saying it's because I ordered chicken. Eventually after about 25 minutes I got my food, but the manager continued to yell at me saying it's again a result of ordering chicken and that I handled it wrong. I was not the aggressive one, although I was frustrated after 25 minutes of waiting. I informed her that I tried many methods to contact them and they should have informed me that chicken would take 25 minutes because that defeats the purpose of fast food. Asked for a refund or coupon, but "they don't have any". I was given a conciliatory frosty. Never had a good experience, but this was the worst. Do not recommend at all. read more

I reaaaally need to stop giving places like this another chance after they messed up my order NOW 3 TIMES!! First time didn't even give me the correct burger order, then another day I ordered a Taco Salad and the the guy got my Drink order wrong, missed the tortilla chips for my order and the sour cream and the chili BASICALLY EVERYTHING that makes a Taco salad a TACO Salad!! The Shift Manager was even yelling at him for messing up two people's orders before me!! This time I didn't get the Tortilla chips for the salad and they didn't give me ANY dipping sauce for my nuggets even though the guy asked me TWICE!! I use to go to this Wendy's when I lived on the east side, I always enjoyed their Chili. Today I was on the east side and hungry, so I stopped. I think it's safe to say they have done some remodeling. I hadn't been there in a few years. I must say it was very clean to say the least. When I walked in there was no one at the counter and I was promptly greeted by Sonjia. She smiled and asked if she could help me. I asked about the Chili and told her I always loved it and use to come in when I lived right down the street. While talking, Julie, 1 of the managers came up and I said hi and I told them both I do Yelp stories and asked if they would like their picture taken for my story. They smiled and said yes. All in all, my Chili was good, I enjoyed it. And with this cold weather, I will be back! read more

This is an older run down location in dire need of a renovation. Last time I went in December 2014 I got take out. Bit into my chicken sandwich and it was covered in bacon. I flipped. I was just in there not to long ago today, first I was forgotten about at the drive through to even place my order, finally get to place my order get home and there's an item missing call the store spoke with the rudest manager by the name of jermel. Continue going through my order and noticed what I asked for is completely wrong, called the store again where I speak to the same rude manager that's more or less calling me a liar as a consumer I did not appreciate the rudeness or the insinuation. I go through this Wendy's frequently and they are almost always fast and get the order correct. They are accommodating to special food orders. Food is usually good but can be sometimes just OK when the fries are too salty or cold. read more

The food is pretty much what you'd expect to get at any Wendy's. As of last week they have one of those Coke machines that mixes up every iteration of soda you can imagine. The restaurant itself is a bit outdated and bordering on dumpy but never dirty. I've been there a bunch of time with my kids (when my wife has other plans!). The impetus for this review -- I don't recall my order ever being wrong, the food ever being cooked or prepared improperly or the service ever being poor. In fact I am impressed with how friendly the service is. So I'll keep coming back. read more

wow when you review a Wendy's except for MacDonalds how low can you go. The service awful, the food the same. Why not go to a locally owned business that serves a decent fresh ground round or a Zweigel hot. The younger generation is leaving these dinosaur fast joints at an ever increasing rate. Very upset... Worst experience ever... Ordered my food... Pulled to window and listened to them argue with one another about orders... This was tonight BTW August 29 about 10 pm waited there about 15 minutes while listening to that to be asked to pull up where I waited another 5-6 minutes b4 he finally brings out my food I check it and was missing a 10 piece nugget a 4 piece nugget and a fry so I had to drive back threw to tell them this... And he says... She says she's missing this and that and I believe her... Um I wouldn't have lied about it first off ...it was just awful food was burnt the Patty's anyways and fries we're so soggy... My baconator fries ya those went in the trash......there was also only 2other cars besides me which they we're also one at the door waiting and one parked...
