I went tonight to this location at approximately 9:20, in case anyone from this store is paying attention. The service at this location is horrible. So I typically don't give this Wendy's my business as I've had nothing but bad experiences here. We pulled up to drive through, no one else in front of us, I felt pressured to make my choices, so I had to speed read the menu. Ok, quick decision I guess I'll have the Big Bag...with the bacon double cheeseburger...I wasn't fast enough to realize there's chicken nuggets with this order, I was asked what sauce I wanted...I said one minute as I was trying to locate sauce options...The woman in drive thru sarcastically said, "You need a minute to decide what sauce you want?!?!" As soon as I pulled up to the intercom, the lady with the big earring in her eyebrow immediately made me feel like I interrupted her conversation. I haven't been to Wendy's in awhile. My 10 year old wanted some spicy nuggets so went through the drive thru. We will not be back. The order taker was extremely rude and rushed. I told her I needed a moment to look at the menu and she made me feel super rushed with ordering. I ordered a spicy nugget meal with a cheesy potato and large lemonade. She asked me what sauce I wanted and I said ranch. She didn't hear me and said it again and told me she was "waiting on me" to tell her what sauce I wanted in an extremely rude tone. We get to the window to pay and she's being extremely rude to one of her coworkers. The girl at the window that took my money looked much younger than the lady who took our order. She handed out the food and I told her it was supposed to be a cheesy baked potato with the nuggets and not the fries they had given us. The order taker(older lady) comes to the window and tells me that's not what I ordered. Gaslight me at Wendy's. Even tho it was she just wasn't listening. In such a rush to get through my order didn't even listen to what I was saying. Told me at the window it was extra and I would need to pay more and I said that's fine and went to grab my wallet. She proceeds to tell me they can't take orders at the window and that she's on a timer and I would need to go around and order again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered from this location on Doordash around 12:30. The dasher arrived and said that this location's "employees" stated they do not have the order and that someone must have picked it up already. This poor Doordash driver stayed for a while trying to fix this issue. Tried to place order on his own and said that the employees were being extremely "nasty and rude" and denied him service. It was clear they just didn't want to make the order even though they close at 2:00 AM. Never received our food or even an explanation from the so-called "employees". Ordered the app which said the dining room was open. When we arrived the doors were locked--this happens all the time after about 6pm. A customer leaving held the door open so we could go in. The employees seemed confused when we went to the counter and I heard one say "didn't we lock the door?" There were 3 little children with runny noses running around, which turned out to be children of one of the employees. As we sat to eat our food the children were crying and screaming-- it was not a pleasant experience. When we smelled Marijuana smoke from inside the building we decided to leave. Nuggets had no sauce and fries were cold. I will not be returning to this location again. Wendy's has a very interesting system. It shows how modern technology is developing and the way fast food industries are adapting to the new era. Wendy's has begun their 20 million dollar investment into electronic menu boards. This project is to help modernize the establishment, obviously. However, there is more to this. The experiment also relates to the company's trial of "Dynamic Pricing" which essentially is a system that lowers the price of products depending on the amount of people using the store. Key note here, the price WILL NOT go up during busier hours which they have established many times. I think this move is really good for business, as more people know about it more people will then come in quieter times, which will essentially boost profit. Now, THIS PARTICULAR ESTABLISHMENT was pretty dirty but I didn't really care after the 4 4 4. THE 4 4 4 truly is an icon among the fast food world and is just an incredible thing to be able to purchase. This location needs to be cleaned tho. read more

First time at this Wendy's. First time eating breakfast at Wendy's. The drive thru had about 8 cars in it when I pulled up. I waited about ten minutes until the car in front of me was at the window. There was some issue with their order. The woman in the window helping them was wearing her mask below her nose hanging out of the window. When it was my turn there was a different woman in the window, wearing her mask correctly, and collecting my payment and handing me my breakfast. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and the seasoned potatoes. I have to say the seasoned potatoes were excellent and might just be the best fast food breakfast potato offering I can think of. They are like a potato wedge French fry and I'm here for it! The biscuit was pretty standard. I'd return if in the mood for this kind of breakfast. read more

She is giving you an upscale contemporary dining room with fireplace, flat screen TV, high tech coke machine and a bakery case equal to Starbucks. I've never seen a fast food restaurant look this good. Her Value Menu can not be beat, all the items are 99¢. For a small lunch or late night snack you can not go wrong. When the burger urge hits, I now know where I will be going. In addition to the square burger, I'll be enjoying a cup of chili and Frosty. To my surprise Frosty is now available in vanilla. I got a Dave's double combo with no tomato or pickle with a large diet coke. I have a brief history working in fast food so i will avoid t's & p's till the day i die prematurely. I've seen some vile stuff go down, man... Today was a somber occasion. I upgraded my 2006 Chrysler 300 for a 2015 mazda 3. The 300 was my 3rd car in in 23 years, and by far the nicest thing that ive ever owned. Its definitely a bittersweet load to take in the chest. Back in 2006 i went to a wedding and got drunk...bad drunk. The next day i drove hung over from saint louis to chicago and saw a bunch of 300s on the road. They looked like a poor mans Bentley. Each time i started to think of how all of my friends were married and im a worthless bucket of shit who is going nowhere...id see a 300 and think..."I bet buying one would get me laid more often". This thought made me chuckle, distracting me from ramping the median into oncumming traffic. As the 4+ hour drive ended, i drove past the local Chrysler dealership and took the plunge. I did zero research and had no clue how i could afford it. Pretty sure i paid sticker price. It was stupid. 13 crazy years later and i did end up getting laid more often but im not sure the car had anything to do with it. I paid it off and drove it into the ground. Every inch of that car was fucking roached and i loved it. 138,000 miles, 9 break ins, 5-7 run ins with law enforcement and 2 biker rallys later and here i am. My life is actually worse than 2006 but i care a lot less now so its a net gain, overall. My favorite car will always be the 1993 Ford Tempo with the "Fresh Baked Muffins" sticker, but my Chrysler drug sled was close behind. Goodnight sweet prince...your watch has ended. We like this Wendy's a lot. It is our go to fast food option and you often will catch us here Sunday afternoon. The restaurant is clean and updated. The staff is super kind and has even remembered who we are and what we order (shout out to Angie). We like the 4 for 4 option because its cheap and a lot of food.
