Drive through line is slower than a sloth. Accuracy of order is worse than asking baby to change a tire. I absolutely hate this place and it is not based on one instance. I have been to other Wendy's franchises in further distant locations where the service was slow, no sparkling water available, and many items forgotten from our order. A fast food restaurant that has I think the best chili ever. Add the cheese and saltine crackers and you have a masterpiece. When I arrived it was pretty busy there was about 6 cars in the drive thru lane. The only negative thing about here and was taken a little back was how dirty the inside looked as I entered the facility. There were about 8 people eating inside the restaurant. When I approached the counter to order my food I was greeted with a very friendly and smiley woman who loves her job. I then ordered a large chili with cheese and the Baconator. Wait time to get the my food was very quick. Let's just say the pictures I added of my order was just D-I-V-I-N-E......the Baconator was to die for and I couldn't give it enough kudos with loads of bacon and two huge burgers with plenty of cheese. The food seem to be hot and fresh from the bag. I ordered through the drive-through and unfortunately didn't receive all of the items that I had ordered so I had to call. They were happy to make remake the order again but unfortunately, I already had to travel this distance twice so at this point didn't want the food anymore , and just wanted a refund the manager was compliant and gave me a refund. Would definitely recommend on having better service skills and check for accuracy in the bag. I know this is the number one complaint across all fast food places but it's such an easy fix. I think the times are a changing...the dollar menu is becoming smaller...the chicken nuggets used to have 5 pcs, now have 4. I came by this location after leaving Canobie Lake Park. While waiting for my order I witnessed a woman in red, the only one and I assume the manager, handle my food without gloves. I saw her physically touch my food and the inside of the fry container. I tried calling the store. Useless. I called corporate and they said it 'd be 3-5 days for a call back so they were useless. Went in for a little lunch date, and this place is so nice (now after the renovation). Nice seating with a fireplace and TVs. The beverage dispensers are nice and neat with all touch screen controls. It was a little tough to get it working quick; the screen does not have strong sensitivity to the touch. The place was packed right after we came in ... Must have been lunch time! BBB had a kids meal and we shared a booth seating which awe love. The place is very clean and well taken care of. The girl at the front taking the order was very patient and well knowledged. The esthetics are nice with the clean wood and grass design touch. There's a couple bench seating tables outside which will be great in the spring and summer! We will come back for more lunch dates! I only ever order fries and a drink which are pretty good. Hot, salty, fresh, cold and refreshing. My mom gets the #5 spicy chicken sandwich and loves it. The only thing about this location is it's on the slow side but I'm never in a rush so it doesn't really matter to me. The general dining area is usually clean and there are a few outside tables under umbrellas which are lovely during nice weather. Major plus is that it's in the same parking lot as Wal-Mart. The service was fine because there was no one there to eat that disgusting food. The fries tasted like fried chicken and other different disgusting things. Save your money and just go to burger king down the street, this place is horrible. I always have to double check my order because I had to return a number of times because they always forget a burger or just give you the wrong food. The staff is very unprofessional during the later hours. The place doesn't look clean and drive thru can make you wait on the side just for fries or nuggets. This Wendy's is the worst. Now I remember why I never come here anymore. The food at Wendy's is great as long as the service is good or if they get your order right. Ordered the new chicken avocado salad got home and there was no avocado in it. Person in front of me had ordered the same thing but they gave her the chicken avocado sandwich instead. Others ordered a chicken salad and a hamburger and chili. We were all pleased with our meals, no crumbs left, were all sucked up. My cheeseburger was hot and moist, not too juicy. The middle aged woman taking and serving the drive thru orders was extremely rude and was mean about having my burger made with out some of the condiments. We went through the drive through. Wendy's fries are usually very squishy and floppy, but these fries were crispy, flavorful, and good. The burger was one of the best Wendy's burgers yet.
