They served my soup with a smile. I don't know how it happened but it was funny and made us smile. Still hot and delicious when it got home!

I went to the brand new Panera that opened in Salem. Hard to believe that this is the same site as the old Denny's that was here for the past 50 years. I had a coupon for free bagel. The cashier needed help from the manager so it took some time. I had a bagel with butter. Hard butter which was impossible to spread. I like all the choices for the iced teas- Hibiscus YES!

Yay now open. Everything you love about Panera is here. Hope to try out their catering soon.

Casual atmosphere. Love their fresh bread. Very busy during lunch hours and weekends. Fast and friendly, order thru their mobile app!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. All I wanted was a grilled cheese and this is what I received. Absolutely disappointing and disgusting the cheese was so burnt this meal was not edible. Hopefully next time if this place burns a meal they at least offer to remake it and not just serve it to the customer. Never returning again

    Large Mac and Cheese

Let me start off with saying that Panera is one of my favorite 'fast food' places so I'll try not to be bias, the food is good, I typically do curbside order pickups and they usually get it right, but, they always forget silverware and one time they forgot my green tea But overall i do recommend it, their Mac and cheese is very good but sometimes it doesn't come out as good. UPDATE: As I made this review I got my order, the Mac and cheese was old and had barely any cheese (usually there's lots of cheese on it and it's really good) and my grilled Mac and cheese sandwich was the same way they both were dry and didn't taste good.

For dessert they surprised me with a birthday slice of carrot cake, which was the perfect sweet ending. The space is beautifully decorated with floral aesthetics and a bright, welcoming atmosphere. There's even a real London red phone booth outside the entrance, and we each got a cute red phone booth keychain to take home, which was such a fun touch. For drinks, my friends tried the special martinis while I had the raspberry fizz, which was super refreshing and perfect for welcoming the spring season. The food was fantastic and the service was friendly and attentive. There's also plenty of parking, which is always a plus. The only tiny con was the music overhead was a bit loud... let's just say at one point our table conversation sounded more like we were at an indoor concert than having lunch. Another small downside was the bathroom situation--there seemed to be only one or two stalls for men and women, so there was a bit of a wait Overall, it was a wonderful birthday spot!

Anyways, Crack'd Kitchen totally lives up to its namesake, for every single egg product here utilizes (wait for it).....REAL cracked eggs!! This may seem like a rudimentary feature. But when you take into consideration how many short-order breakfast places rely on liquid or processed egg, things like this are graciously appreciated by those of us with a palate above that of a seven-year-old. So, I had an opportunity to try this place out both to-go and dine-in. Right upfront, I will say the food is far superior when enjoyed dine-in style. Given the distance from my house, I can aptly say we'll be mostly opting for dine-in (unless the dining area is hella crowded). For to-go, I tried the Country Breakfast whilst the dine-in meal was one of their sammiches; The Basic, to be precise. Overall, both were little short of greatness in their own ways. Though, I made a few casual observations. As mentioned earlier, this stuff is way more enjoyable inside the restaurant. Ergo, I probably should have reversed which meal I ordered when. Despite that minor setback, I think I actually liked the Country Breakfast more than the sammich. Whilst the former carries decently well as a to-go plate, the latter could have benefited from some seasoning on the eggs. I guess that's why they also offer sandwiches with various special sauces. Not gonna lie....I am slightly curious about their honey-sriracha sauce. One day I shall be brave enough to fancy it. One other complaint I have about the platter specifically: you only get half as many hashbrowns with the meal. For....some reason. Meanwhile, I ordered a side of hashbrowns with my sandwich and it came with six. I would assume that'd be the standard across the board so....make it make sense? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Btw....I should probably mention the only reason I'm stuck on this point is because the hashbrowns themselves are amazeballs! They don't even need ketchup, but comes with it if you fancy that sort of thing. A few other housekeeping deetz: their gender ambiguous restrooms are located toward the back entrance. There is also complimentary water for folks dining in. So, yeah. We'll certainly be revisiting this place from time to time. Perhaps I'll even try a couple of over-easy eggs at some point. Till then, Crack'd Kitchen and Coffee in Salem gets 4 cracked eggs with bacon and beautifully seasoned hashbrowns out of 5.

It was definitely full of whimsy and love. Our table was ready right on time. The spanakopita was an unexpected large bubble of dough vs traditional, so if you want traditional, heads up. It was fine, though. They had a decent Valentine's Day themed drink menu too. I'd guess it was their normal drinks with cute names for the day, but as a first timer I could be way off here. The short ribs were large, meaty and tender. Quite delicious. The mashed potatoes were cold but at least if you had a bite with the meat you couldn't tell as much. My lady got the chicken souvlaki and we both loved it. All in all, Greek is rarely ever going to be my first choice but this is what you do when your love wants it :) I'd be interested in going in for lunch on a non holiday hoping they have some good Greek pizza. Nice staff. Definitely felt pressured to order booze but after saying I was set it did settle. Our waitress was super friendly and kind.
