I come here for breakfast and haven't had any issues. Because Wendy's are few and far in between I don't get them much. My husband picked up an online order around 10 pm and without any special requests completely missed the mark on an Asiago grilled chicken sandwich. I get it, what should I expect, it's fast food not a Five star restaurant but we're still paying customers. Asiago comes with chicken, Asiago cheese, ranch, bacon, lettuce and cheese. When my husband brought home the order I got chicken, a bun slathered in tan sauce and a slice of tomato-no lettuce, bacon, cheese. I go down there and tell them the problem and get told to coke to the window. I hand the bag that has the still warm sandwhich and now cold fries and told them there's nothing on it but sauce and a slice of tomatoe. She takes it to the cook and I hear him yelling saying he already made it and he's not making my fries again. This irritates me because I can hear him going off. So I tell them my fries are still in there, which I didn't ask them to remake I just wanted them back. She tells me to go park and they'll bring it out. I park and a male comes out to hand me the bag. There's no fries and before I leave I check the sandwich and it's the same thing. Sauce, chicken and a slice of tomato. Now I'm furious. I follow the dude up to the closed doors and he asks what's wrong and I asked him what's on the sandwich, already knowing what's on there. He tells me he doesn't know he's not the cook. I just tell him I just want the sandwich how it's supposed to be made and my fries back. The lady who originally took my sandwhich to the cook comes out to the door to ask what's wrong and agin I RE-explain. She tells me there's a sign on the menu about them not having any lettuce because "what happened in Florida" I'm like ok I don't know where the communication falls but this was a mobile order, nothing came up about not having lettuce but that isn't the issue. Which is funny because my husbands hamburgers had lettuce on them...So where's the rest of the stuff? The bacon, the cheese? She tells me she'll go make it how it's supposed to. Chad, if that's his real name, the cook is an incompetent employee who cares more about having an attitude to show off to the rest of the employees then to do bare minimal things at the job he's being paid to do. read more

This is the slowest Wendy's drive thru I have ever been to. I know that it's new and all but c'mon. In line for over 15 mins and more(which is when I found to time to write this review).. C'MON!?!?! Then you look inside you got workers sitting down eating and chatting, they should be helping get this line down. I'm just confused as to what's happening that's causing the line to be held up for this long through drive thru at that. Bad service. I was missing some burgers from my order and when I told them, a guy in the back cooking area yelled "NO WAY! LET ME CHECK YOUR BAG!" And my response was "Ok" and they realized that I was missing food. Lazy bad workers in this spot. read more

This establishment gives fake money back as change. Up to 20$ bills.They are being investigated as they were very uncooperative when given the chance to make it right. Check your receipts and bank statements if you go here bc judging by the comments and reviews I'm betting this happens often. With cash and probably cards as well, The food sucks too. They are rude and rush you. But considering they are giving back fake money that would make sense. read more

I ordered a kids meal for my daughter on 10/17 around 10:15. I pulled up to the drive thru and was waiting for five minutes before the girl finally acknowledged me, just to tell me to wait some more. Which I personally didn't mind. I told her I wanted the apple bites for the kids meal and I wanted to add A SIDE OF FRIES. Separately. I saw my order on the screen, along with my total and proceeded to pay when I got to the window. I looked at my order and she forgot my side of fries, and gave my daughter fries instead of the apples for her kids meal. When I asked for her apples, she immediately got aggressive and wouldn't listen to me and kept yelling. I was like can I please get her apples that I specifically asked for her. And she was like Omgggg do you want these fries and kept yelling and I just kept asking for my daughters apples and she just kept yelling and being ghetto and rude. I don't think I was being difficult. She made a mistake on my order and I asked nicely for the apples but instead of her fixing it, she just kept yelling and acting like a bitch. It was a quick and simple fix but she seemed to not understand. When her brain decided to finally work she went and got my apples and I heard her and her coworker talking badly about me and after she handed my apples she slammed the drive thru window hard. She seemed too stupid to understand me, and is probably too dumb to go to school so she probably stayed and worked at Wendy's. But is obviously not doing a very good job either because she's slow, rude, bitchy, and has a horrible attitude and obviously can't multitask because she was making too many mistakes. read more

Order through their app specified exactly what I wanted on my meal as well as other family members. but surprise, everything was wrong on the meal. Not a single damn thing was right, and the receipt actually was correct. What blows my mind is. This is the third time out of 3 that they've done this, I don't know what kind of morons are working there. My daughter had an interview today and all the person as was is this your first time working and my daughter said No. Then the interviewer said I need to talk to my boss and someone will be giving you a call back. I came here in the early evening around 6 on a Monday to order two things. It took forever to get to the window and when I did the cashier woman read everything back and I asked to add a drink and she gave me a look and told me my new total. I gave her my card and never got a receipt. After I waited and when I got my food, she practically threw the bag at me and I ordered a potato and they had it all tumbled over in the bag. She didn't say anything and just took off, so I checked the bag for a receipt and of course there wasn't one. They probably do that on purpose so no one takes a survey because reading the other reviews, it seems they never give a receipt. I was pissed after I got my food and was mad I couldn't do a survey so here I am lol. This Wendy's really isn't worth the hassle. I'll try the morning crew some time and see if it's different. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I went there for the first time tonight and they had me and 10 other customers waiting for 10 minutes or more and none of us were helped. Some people ahead of me started to leave. The floors and tables are dirty. They make people pay to use the toilets even if you are a customer. The employees are either very rude or just on their phones. Many customers in front were complaining about wrong orders. Maybe that is why the line never moved. I finally just left without any food and went to Taco Bell. I would give this place minus 10 stars if I could. Don't come here...you will only be wasting your time. read more

Got my order completely wrong and forgot my salad too. I ate the spicy nuggets, but that's about it. This was a first, and a last.

The food is good but the service is terrible! They always get my order wrong and forget part of my order when I order on the app. Even when I go through the drive thru they still manage to mess up my order and instead of trying to fix or accommodate me they argue and it turns into a he said she said battle. I don't care if you mess up but at least acknowledge it and fix it, it's basic customer service. Please retrain your staff. read more

We have never had a problem at this location until today. We were in the drive thru and we were asked to move forward. We had no issues with that we just asked real fast if part of the order was ready. The lady behind the window seemed hesitant during the whole transaction, even during the intercom. When we were just trying to ask for ranch Mathew came running to the window with an aggressive tone telling us "you need to pull to the front" which we were going to do after the question. He then said he could talk to customers that way because that's just his demeanor. At the end I asked for my receipt, need my fetch points, and he said with an attitude "we don't have receipts right now" which I am sure was an excuse so he didn't have to walk back for it. If talking to people aggressively when they are just trying to ask a question makes you act that way you should not be working in customer service. Like I said we never had a problem at this location before and enjoy talking to the lady manager just today Mathew did not leave a good impression of the establishment. read more

Horrible service. First of all the manager tried to get mad at me for coming inside when they left the door half way open and tried to act like I opened it myself. I came to Wendy's because I really wanted spicy nuggets with ghost pepper ranch. This location always tends to be out of ghost pepper ranch so I made sure to ask if they had some before I ordered(I only like their ghost pepper ranch) they said that they had some and when we got to the window we noticed regular ranch. They ended up saying that's all they had. I let it go and went home. Once I opened the bag I noticed they gave me one 10 piece of spicy nuggets and another of regular when I had ordered both spicy. Absolutely the worst experience. I waited in drive through, only to receive a portion of my order. The lobby doors were locked and I was unable to talk to anyone. My wife and I have not been at this place since it open up. Today, Saturday Nov 12 we did and what a disappointment. We were the only ones ordering and they did not tell us that the lemonade were at extra cost. We told the guy Taki g our order, Julian we acted the lemonade, a combo #5 ( grilled chicken) and the 10 pieces nuggets. Julian asked us what sauce and we told him ranch. Once we did not find the lemonade on the machine the manager had to intervine to charge me an extra dollar for the lemonades.we were happy to get our food but then when we arrived home the chicken was cold on the sandwich and the bun was all saggy. On top of everything there was no lettuce in it and the tomato was all stale. In addition the nuggets were dry and hard and also there was no sauce. I called the phone number listed on the receipt and it was no surprise to get a message that the user was not available. I left I message asking for a refund. Once I open yelp I was no surprised to find all of the violations on their health grade. Be aware and I suggest you check your food bags before you leave. read more
