I explained that the kiosk doesn't allow substitutions, but she insisted I try anyway. After seeing for herself that it couldn't be done, she reluctantly said she could take the order at the counter. When we approached the counter, she told me and my daughter, **"You're gonna have to wait,"** and deliberately made us wait--seemingly because we didn't want to use the kiosk. It felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. At **9:00 PM**, she **locked the door without notifying us**, and we only realized it when we tried to leave. She didn't acknowledge it until she saw us struggling to unlock the door. This kind of treatment was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training in customer service and basic courtesy. Went through drive through around 9, got through drive through pretty fast because they had me sit in front for like 20 minutes for 2 frosties and 2 large sprites. Then comes out with other people's drinks and food for another car and let's me know they're out of sprite. They filled my large fries half way, ran out of ranch, and my salad didn't have any dressing when I got home. She compensated me by giving me lemonades and larger frosties. Karla is supposedly the manager and we stopped to get food and use the restroom before going up the the hill. I asked if I could let my son who is 6 use the restroom and she said "no I had to order first". I explained I would order and purchase food as soon as he used the restroom. I already had my family of 8 come in and sit down at the tables so clearly we were going to stay and eat. She said "you aren't a customer until you pay so you pay for food first then you can use the restroom". My son was literally going to pee his pants so clearly she doesn't have kids and if she does what a sad excuse of a mother and woman she is. Needless to say we left and spent our money elsewhere.
