Do not go here!! Zero stars!! Went through the drive through and the cashier did not repeat my order before taking payment. The lady claiming to be the manager "Arianna" handed me the food which was missing 2 items. I did not get a receipt so I asked about it and she said I did not order them. I did order them but the cashier must not have heard it or forgot to add it. I asked to just add them. Arianna said she can not add anything after I already paid because that's another order and it's against company policy which I know is a lie. She argued with me for 5 mins and refused to add my items that I originally ordered so I asked for a refund snd she also refused to give me that. She was extremely rude!! read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at Wendy's so I asked For chili'she went to the back to get it kinda weird so I am assuming it wasn't quite done it was almost warm the cheese would not even melt it was the manager she's short Hispanic maybe in her early 50s but anyways she seemed very argumentative so I didn't want to approach her about the chili The dining room is a complete disaster I asked him twice to please clean the table there's nowhere to eat the floor is disgusting None of the drinks work they have four employees they should be OK one of them is on the phone by the drive-through and I mean her cell phone when I say phone and then my son got a chocolate shake instead of a strawberry shake because he want to try the new strawberry so he went to the register and the manager in question with a bad attitude told him no that is strawberry clearly strawberry and chocolate are two different colors not sure that I will be back. read more

Tip. Go to a DIFFERENT Wendy's. The new shiny Wendy's is not it! For starters I have gave them several chances before I get ready to drag them to my fellow yelpers! I will start with tonight. I ordered a 10 piece spicy nuggets I got regular but that's just the beginning. My daughters burger was BLACK when we got home BLACK and rough around the edges. She didn't even eat it. The girl who took my order was rude AF I go to the window she just puts her hand out for my payment does not say one word. Then another girl hands me my food but just holds the bag out the window. Neither of them said one word to me. With a attitude stinker then the burger they gave my kid! I wouldn't even feed that to my dog and I don't even have a dog. Also on other visits I order spicy nuggets several orders and I ask for "fresh nuggets" and they NEVER DO IT (so annoying) fresh spicy nuggets are the best and it don't take long. What's the deal WENDYS STAFF? They really need to get it together and fast. Otherwise close down and let a real business serve our community!! Went to this Wendy's yesterday night 01/04/21 for carry out and I ordered a large spicy Asiago club combo, son of a Baconator combo with jalapeño fries, and a Son of a Baconator with only Mayo. As I got home they gave me cold patties that probably were sitting there for a while and they put gravy in my jalapeño fries, and my chicken sandwich tasted like fish. I then went back to the restaurant and got a replacement order. I did not check the order before they left because I trusted they did everything right . They did not they messed the entire order up again . All my sandwiches were made incorrectly. If they messed up twice it would've been fine but common 3 times . I feel bad for the general manager because of the lack of work the employees do. They offered me another replacement on the order with just the burgers but I feel that I need a reimbursement on my whole order in which is what I asked for the first time. The lady was very un kind because even when I left she gave me a faulty look and for her to make my sandwiches again and mess up is no coincidence. I hate to be that person to leave a bad review but I have too. With this whole pandemic sanitary and food safety should be first priority. I went in today a little before 6 order late dinner for me and my daughter I decided to add a cookie to my order as I pulled up to the window to pay the young lady at the register "wearing gloves" charged me I handed her my card then with the same gloves where she touched the register she gets a cookie and put it in a little bag then again with the same gloves where she touched the register she's gets the food I ordered and bags it for me. This is why germs get spread . I got home and I had to throw that away. Hopefully management does something about it . It is unacceptable. read more

I wish I can put zero stars. I went in lastnight around 11pm and it was horrible. The drive threw line was super slow. When I went to the window to pay and get my food the staff wasn't welcoming at all. Horrible customer service. They didn't check my food before it came to me because I had to tell them 3 times I was missing items. And got attitude back from the lady in drive threw. And the manager was just in the back laughing and talking about another guest saying "his a** really went back in line for ranch" so unprofessional in my opinion. Do not order from here. Did a mobile order, saw my order pop up in the ready to pick up. Stood in line and waited while it was amateur hour and cashiers and cooks couldn't figure out how to give orders out. When I ask for my order they said someone had already picked it up. No verification or anything just anyone can grab orders and take off with them. The worse place to go. Save yourself the trouble and headache. Where's the zero star I can give this place. read more

I came on New Years Eve and in my order I ordered a JR bacon cheeseburger, I grabbed my order and went back home luckily I only live 3mins from the location anyway when I got home I realized that did not give me my jr bacon cheeseburger and no the man did not give me my receipt neither so I drove back and at first got out of the car to go inside and this lady was just looking at me but not opening the door so I was like whatever I'll pull up to the window in the car so I went and they continued to ignore me until someone said we're closed already and I was explaining how I did not get my burger and then they go to say they're out of food so I say okay give me a refund and she says no. The young lady who took my order had great customer service and even up-sold a frosty but the lady who handed me my food (a manager) didn't give me the correct sauce nor did I get a straw. When she handed me the bag I looked at her waiting to see if she would give me a straw and she steps back to say "have a nice night" I reluctantly left with a lil bit of hope the straw would be in the bag, to top it off the fries were cold and stale, and I live less than 5 minutes from the location. Being a fast food supervisor I know it can be a lil rushed at times but they were not busy at all, I was the second car in the drive thru. I'm writing this review to hopefully improve the service especially seeing it's a new location. read more

The employee took our order on drive thru and all was fine until we got to the window and I'm guessing "manager" charged us and gave us our order, then we noticed one of our sandwiches was missing. The "manager" kept on insisting that it was only the two sandwiches that we ordered when in reality it was three (two with combo, one without). She never gave us a receipt. So we left and parked right outside and I looked online the total for what we got and it was way off. We went back asking for our receipt and like we said we were charged for three sandwiches and only given two. The "manager" was angry (we could tell) she threw the sandwich at the other employee and told her to give it to us. Oh well!
