Behold a Wendy's without a sense of time. They say their open to three but meh 12:30 am is the new 3 AM. Imagine with all the people vying to own a franchise and corporate picks operators that simply lie to consumers on their behalf. Imagine if you're a delivery driver and you drive all the way out there and you have to cancel the order so now you get 0 dollars and you didn't want their burger anyways. Imagine if the smack talking Wendy's twitter handle had any idea there were stores that closed 2.5 hrs early while the world is falling apart during a pandemic and the only stability one can find in life is fast food. I thought I'd try out the new French toast they charge $3.99 for that by itself and it tasted terrible tasted very bland no powdered sugar on top and they were flat like a pancake not like the ones at Jack-in-the-Box or Burger King used to have where they were fluffier thicker with powdered sugar and they don't even come in a box like they used to. Came here after going to the capital expressway / Aborn. The capital expressway one had a long line. We waited 10 minutes and was like screw this. The line didn't move and people in front of us were getting out of their vehicle to go inside and order. Now this one is closer to our house. The line wasn't that long. We were in and out of the drive thru in 5 minutes. Now for the rating. I'm giving this place 2 stars. The first time coming here the bacon fries were undercooked. I hated that they only gave us one bbq sauce when we ordered two fries and sandwiches. Had to get back up and ask for another but again only one sauce. We were like.. they're hella stingy. This time around our second time.. we got 4 wraps and a large fries. Asked for ranch and bbq sauce but the lady only have us one each. I like to dip the wraps in bbq sauce. we ordered 4. Anyways. If it wasn't for the stingy bbq sauce giving crew. I'd rate this 3 maybe 4. But nah. Oh and their intercom sucks. That or whoever was on the microphone sounded high as heck. Once in a while I will stop by and get my usual order. I'm a big fan of Wendys honestly. Southwest salad with a strawberry lemonade and fries. Today was like any other but there was a roach in my fries???? Super gross. Honestly I love Wendys but I will not be continuing to go to this location for this matter. i came here to order a quick late night snack at the drive thru and the lady got my order wrong TWICE and when i came up to the window she grabbed my card and said "$20 and ..." and i stopped her right away and said no i only ordered a $4 item and she was like ok so she charged my card and when she gave it to me the receipt said $16 so i was like ??? and she said "ok i give you back your money" and she gave me back $10 but even with tax my item would've been less than $5.... so i told her she gave me back the wrong amount and she said "impossible" and kept arguing with me ... lol but i even did it on the calculator for her ?? never coming back to this wendy's again SMH read more

there is HAIR EVERYWHERE. whenever i order anything i always find hair in everything my fries, burger, etc. they're always skimping on portions and always miss something from my order. if i don't order ahead online, it always takes a long time and everyone just stands around not really doing anything. If I can give Wendy's no star, I would. We have been going to our local Wendy's and supporting them during this pandemic, but this experience made me rethink. I can not believe Wendy's is engaging in false advertisement on both your Wendy.com website and signage at the Wendy's #4703 drive-thru. The promotions states "Free Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. No purchase required. Limit one per person per day March 18-20, 2021." That did not happened. I had a party of 3 planning to have a dine-in at Wendy's (since Santa Clara County has been in red tier with 25% capacity for indoors) but this dine-in is completely closed. So, I drove through drive-thru. I proceeded to order the free biscuits for each person (total 3) in the vehicle. However, the Wendy's manager, Ana, said the promotion is only one free biscuit per vehicle. I asked her where does it stated that. She said sorry only one per vehicle. I told her that Wendy's advertisement is misleading, false because it said per person, not per vehicle. Furthermore, they closed the front doors so you are discriminating based on income that if you do not have a vehicle, then you can not order. It is ridiculous. read more

I've came here twice in the past month. The first time was after a long work shift at 1 am when I was really tired. I ordered my food got it and left home. When I got home they gave me a $4 chicken sandwich instead of the $15 meal that I paid for. I had to drive back 15 minutes and then back home in the middle of the night to go get the food I paid for. And I'm the drive through they literally were laughing and telling me "you can check the bag next time you know" like how about you guys do your job next time? I can't remember when was the last time I had Wendy's but my favorite was always their spicy chicken sandwich and 99 cent chicken nuggets. This Wendy's fucking slaps. I always make a huge order on the app with tons of customization and they have never gotten anything wrong. The ladies serving me at the drive through are also incredibly patient and kind. The best part is that you can use your rewards and a coupon in the same order, most other fast food apps let you use one or the other. For some reason, there are very few late-night food options on this part of town. My boyfriend works nights and occasionally gets hungry at work after I've finished our leftovers- I've stopped here a few times to grab him stuff and it's the only nearby option after midnight. Salads here are always fresh, though the newly-released flatbreads are unimpressive- if you have a subway option nearby, just get that instead. Really isn't very impressive. The pretzel bacon burger though! That was a pleasant surprise. Stole a bite of BF's burger a week ago and it was the bomb dot com. That sauce is killer, would probably baptize my firstborn in it. And then devour him, apocalypse-style. And I don't even like bacon! But I digress. Wifi is free here- haven't tested to see the speed, but the password is on your receipt. It's something easy like McKeeWendys. Not sure what all the whining is about service- I usually get the same girl each time, and she's fine. Not particularly chatty, but neither am I at midnight. Leslie has an awful customer service. I went to the drive thru with my kids and there was no line. I didn't realize until my second order that she was giving me a bad attitude when ordering. There was a time that she would ignore me. I repeated twice for every single order. She also decided to upgrade on one of my orders and I didn't realize she didn't give me a receipt. I come here all the time, normally pretty good service. But today, Stefany who was working the drive thru window had a staaank attitude from the second I pulled up to the moment I left. As usual I was nice, saying "please" and "thank you" as any decent person should when speaking to someone. Stefany legit just stared into my soul with the nastiest face on and didn't say a word.
