My partner & I had ordered several items, 2 of which were 2 quesaritos that he wanted. There was no issues with our order until we realized that instead of his 2 quesaritos, they just gave us really small portions of cheese & rice messily wrapped up into a tortilla & then thrown into the bag. We tried calling & neither of us could get in touch with any of the people working inside. We were charged for the exact items we ordered since we made the order through the Taco Bell app & the label that was placed on the bag even had the exact order that we put in, but they still somehow managed to mess it up & give us something that wasn't at all what we ordered. My partner went back to try to get them to replace the incorrect items & not only did they refuse that they didn't make his items correctly, but they also just made 2 more of the WRONG ITEM & gave it to him as if it was correct. They refused to listen to him & correct their mistakes, they were rude to my partner & LAUGHED at him when he tried asking them to fix the issue & they did not care at all that they did not do their job correctly. Even after they were shown what the item is supposed to look like on the app, they absolutely refused to make it correctly & would not listen to my partner. Their behavior & lack of care for making sure they actually do their job properly is ridiculous & unprofessional. Update: now that we've begun eating, we also realized that they made his nachos bell grande incorrectly. If I could leave a 0 I would. We arrived at the taco bell roughly around 11:25 PM to get dinner as a group. One of the people within our group has a beef and spice allergen that we made the workers aware of whilst placing our order. We not once, twice, but three times had to return to the taco bell. Each time the allergen was ignored. On our THIRD attempt, they not only gave us a lot of attitude and disregard and practically threw the bag at us. They also as "Fuck you" Filled the entire bag full of hot sauce. As well as putting as little possible ingredients in the burrito and not even folding it. This is beyond fucking disgusting and whoever works the night shift should be ashamed. We each time approached the drive thru with respect and understanding as we know working food service can be hard. But the level of disrespect was astounding and absolutely revolting. The manager katelyn was beyond disrespectful and disgusting towards all of us when we re-ordered and asked about what we could do in regards of the allergen. It was disregarded and met with utter disrespect over the phone. also called in after our third attempt of getting a correct order and they hung up on us. If I could put zero stars I would. Worst possible Taco Bell I have ever been to. Had to go back twice because they kept messing up the order. First I asked for two cheesy BEAN AND RICE burritos with no chipotle because my boyfriend is incredibly allergic to meat and jalapeños. We were hands two cheesy beef burritos. Only realized when we got home. Went back and got them remade only to find out both burritos had chipotle on them. Called to get them remade and was met with an insanely rude manager. Ran into town from Cedar Point to get some food for half the price. Fries won't feed a family of 6 so we got some tacos, quesadilla, and chips. Worked out great. I was also able to get a bean burrito and Cantina bowl to fit my vegan eating. I loved it since it had beans, rice, and all the taco fixings. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. My five cousins and I stopped there on the way home from Cedar Point, we had a big order so I didn't expect them to get it all right. When we got to the window they were out of Baja blast so they gave us Baja blast freeze no extra charge which was good. And then we got two bags of food. We parked in the parking lot and started passing the food out because we had a long drive back home, and we noticed they got nothing right about our order except our drinks. It's like they got lazy and just chucked a ton of random stuff in the bag. A ton of bean burritos and the fried chicken tacos no one ordered, plus they didn't even have the nerve to wrap each thing well at all. My one cousin worked in fast food and said they work for minimum wage so cut them some slack but that's not really an excuse to be lazy and get 80% of the order wrong. A few things out of place sure but not the whole order and we paid $66 for it! Do not recommend going here. coming from out of town a friend and I were looking for a quick place to eat before we went to cedar point, only to wait 34 minutes for our poorly made food. we ordered on the kiosks and my friends food was taken by random guests in the lobby and the one lady working upfront failed to communicate this to the rest of the team. I've worked in the fast food industry and know things get hectic but the two visible managers didn't seem to care that they had a lobby full of unhappy guests. After working long hours at Cedar Point I realized this was the better of the Taco Bells in Sandusky. Typically they are less packed than the one on 250 but the problem that arose all the time was that they would close their dining room before the scheduled time. Other than that the food was quick and they always got my order right. If you go to Sandusky this is the better Taco bell. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. Walked in, waited 5 minutes to order, then 25 more minutes before we decided to ask for a refund to go somewhere else. Employees kept saying they were understaffed, while 3 employees were standing around doing nothing, including the manager, who acted like it was perfectly fine that we had waited 25 minutes and was irritated that we were asking to cancel our orders and get refunds. I am a high school student from the local area and a member of the Pirate Marching Band. Every year around 5-10 members of the band compete in what is known as "The Taco Bell Olympics". This contest involves various eating challenges like being the fastest to consume a Soft Taco without using ones hand. My first year participating in this most prestigous competition I vomited after consuming 7/8ths of a large Baja Blast, I came in 7th place. JULY 1st they could not make a taco salad nor Nachobellgrande, last night July 4th they were out of cheese, Flatbread, Cinnabons, and while I received my cheese less taco I did recieve 43 packets of sauce in the bag.
