Had a great experience here. Restaurant was sparkling clean and, unlike many other reviewers, the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Messed up order, forgot straws, forgot ketchup, in delivery. Called and told them they gave us the wrong burger and denied they did. I was refused a refund or a fix. Cussed out by worker. Manager did not help. This was a delivery and we paid the delivery fee they said we can come to the store but we delivered it to us for a reason. gave us a completely different burger (2 of the same burgers) we ordered 2 different ones. First of all they don't need to speak rudely and snobby towards us we came in to enjoy the experience we wanted some food and when we were ordering they spoke in a super rude tone towards our group and told us all to hurry up and order I was getting a shake and they are like hurry up pick a flavor and when the food finally came out after twenty minutes they slammed it down on the counter in an extremely rude way and telling us when we were eating about every five to ten minutes that they close at 10 but online and in the restaurant everything says open till one and besides that the few employees that spoke Spanish were cussing at us and speaking very disrespectful and bad about us when we did nothing to them besides come in for food and when we were eating they were all staring at us trying to get us to hurry up like these employees were extremely rude and it was unacceptable there was no reason for them to treat customers this way at all and there was even another customer behind us in line and and once they took order they didn't come back the customer stood there waiting for how long like twenty minutes finally they just walked out since no one wanted to take their order read more

Order number 2 and number 4 only came number 2; I asked the Latino who took the order and said yes, both it's in the bag, and can't speak English--horrible lier service. Unbelievable. This place is threadbare and sad, how do you screw up a baked potato? If you are the owner of this business, you need to hire people that can string a sentence together and also say thank you. I don't usually write reviews, but this place right here is the exception. Every single time that I've been here, I've gotten horrible service. From the super long waits in the drive-thru until you finally get greeted with "what's your order" or "what do you want". The last straw was last night, when we waited a solid 5-8 minutes in the drive-thru for the person to ask what we would be ordering. Nothing. We decided to pull up to the window and the woman in the window LOOKED AT US and then walked away, ignoring us completely. Don't go here. That's all I have to say.. Quick and easy location. Easy to get in and out of off 41. Have been here many times especially after visiting at the hospital; which is right across the street. The food is always been warm they have everything available on the menu every time I've gone. No shortages read more

The lady at the front register this evening was very rude, she barely looked at me while taking my order and she talked to her fellow employee in a very rude way when he asked her a simple question. I didn't get her name but should have. She even told me I should hurry up with my order but I was looking at the menu and there was no one behind me in line. It was around 7pm and no where near closing. I was with my aunt. The place was really slow so I'm not sure why I would need to hurry. I was just trying to figure out what I wanted to eat. I won't go back because she made me feel it was a hassle to wait on me. The chili was great, service - no way. read more

I've been to this location twice. The first time, the employees were engaging each other in a shouting match as I looked on at the counter waiting to be greeted. It was obvious that none of them could care less about being professional in the least. In fact, the funny part about it was during the unrelenting banter, they were actually encouraging customers to take the survey on the receipt for a chance to win money. Naturally I partook in the survey after my "less than enthusiastic" Wendy's rep took my order. I took the survey and I was honest. I can't stand a place that is so horribly mismanaged that they allow their employees to run rampant and conduct themselves in the manor that I witnessed. Not surprisingly, a regional manager responded to my survey by direct email and predictably apologized, offered me a free meal and said that she would follow up on this. Well, as my next visit a month later would reveal, nothing has changed. I won't be going back. Now, granted, I have come to expect very little in the way of employee standards at Wendy's as this has long been the biggest problem there, but I do expect professionalism when I patronize a corporate establishment. Wendy's, while sometimes I prefer their food the most of any of the chains, has a long way to go. read more

Great location. Painfully slow drive thru. Only because my car was hanging out of the line onto the highway did I give up, park and go in. Bad idea. One of the entrance doors is broken and permanently locked. The interior looked tired, old and filthy. I can live with old but not dirty. The staff spent most of the time talking to each other, while the woman at the counter coughed her head off into her shirt and hands while putting lids on the drinks! She was polite enough, but her hands and nails hadn't seen soap in a week. I couldn't help but think of "Dave's" horror if he walked into this franchise. Wendy's/ you need to get this location to clean up its act...literally and figuratively. They need management and training! read more

The staff at this wendy's is very friendly and is always very clean on the inside. I can't complain for a fast food shop.
