    Nuggets and frosty
    Arielle C.

I've come here before and the service is always nice. There's always a long line, which is understandable because it's inside the airport. But this time I ordered a simple nuggets and frosty and the nuggets were extremely oily and overdone, it tasted old like it's been in the fryer for a while, despite the long line that seems to be cycling through. And I'm not sure if they changed the chocolate frosty recipe but it just tastes like they mixed up chocolate syrup, it does not taste the same at all. I was very disappointed and feel sick from the excess oil

I was flying from Seattle and had just checked in. It was my first time eating at Wendy's. Even though I've been in the United States for more than 10 years, I never got a chance to try it before. When I saw Wendy's next to the escalator, I went in and asked what options they had besides burgers. The guy at the front Nisar, was nice and helpful, but the other guy, Sagan, was laughing for no reason. I felt upset and asked him what was funny, but he pretended he was laughing at something else. That's not a nice way to treat customers. While I was eating, other people also told me they felt the same. Treating customers like that is very bad and not acceptable!!

I had an interesting experience while waiting for our flight. We ordered a combo meal from Wendy's that included a Dave's Cheeseburger with fries and a strawberry lemonade for $12.49, as well as a Baconator Double without mayo. Despite Wendy's being busy and having plenty of staff, the two counter servers seemed more interested in talking than helping customers. I remember one of the servers by face but not by name. I found it amusing that one of the servers admitted to not liking lemonade, even though it's a popular drink option there. I am very curious about which lemonade option was better, everything lemonade or strawberry lemonade, so I decided to try it myself. Despite considering asking the servers about the food, I chose not to. You noticed that the staff seemed to take more precautions for other customers, which you found noteworthy.

At seatac airport, this branch always fails everyone's expectations, bad food and service. This was not how usually make your baconator fries.

Warm flat pop with no ice, service was okay, wasn't informed beforehand that there was no ice.

The greatest of Wendy's burgers ever consumed. Less than one minute from ordering to food in hand. Excellent service, nice people. No line! Surprisingly great service here the best I've ever had from any Wendy's. Fries are piping hot! Perfect ice to soda ratio. A true airport win!

Solid spot for breakfast at SeaTac at 6am. Breakfast sandwiches ranged from $2-5. We ordered at the kiosk on the side of the store. No line, and service was very quick. There were ~6 orders in front of us and we got our sandwiches in less than 5 min. The bacon egg and cheese croissant was pretty okay. Standard fast food quality. Although it was a little smaller than I thought.

Nice people, but 9 dollars for a chicken wrap. Not cool. Terribly wrapped. More like a chicken salad after opening.

I saw multiple workers in the kitchen touching their faces and immediately touching food. Super unsanitary and overall poor quality service.

The food fell short across the board: Tomato Soup: It was way too sour, lacking any of the rich, balanced flavor you want in a classic tomato soup. Mac & Cheese: While they call it the "World's Best," it was just way too cheesy to the point of being overwhelming. Instead of being creamy and balanced, it felt heavy. To make matters worse, the guy serving us really wasn't very friendly, which only added to the subpar experience. Between the letdown dishes and the service, it's definitely not worth the airport premium. And it's the airport and the tables were filthy.

Food: (4/5) I'm not the biggest fan of mac and cheese in general because it gives me flavor fatigue sooo fast, but this one was really good! I've had Beechers at the famous Pike location many years ago and don't remember it being so delicious. I have no idea what exactly my partner ordered, but it was soo creamy and just the right amount of cheesy. It was so steamy that it stayed hot for a good amount of our flight as well. This is definitely something I would like to start getting more often, especially as a comfort food before something that can be physically taxing like a long flight.

Shoestring fries are ELITE. Super thin, insane light crunch from the batter, and perfect sodium level. Might be the best I've ever had. Onion rings also have an excellent crust, but the batter isn't quite as secured on the actual onions as I'd like. Burgers are solid, tried the Big Woody and Lil Woody. The beef itself was pretty good with nice char marks as well. Vegetables were fresh, lettuce wasn't bitter. My only complaint is that while the bun is nice and fluffy, wasn't toasted. It's exactly what you want when you picture a burger.

One positive was that the self serve can and bottle beverages even with added tax were slightly less expensive than nearby vending machines. Huge negative was that the kiosk for my single bottle of beverage auto defaulted to add a $3 gratuity, which in my opinion is absurd. I removed the tip, but I can only believe that thousands of guests daily do not notice the greedy additional fees. Saw a person carry a pickup bag onto my flight but I'd double check the receipt details before confirming a payment.

After seating ourselves and being greeted by a server (unfortunately I did not capture her name), we both opted for the fish and chips. I can't recollect a time when I had a bad experience with a fish and chips order, so I was optimistic that we were in for a treat. Less than 15 minutes later, two large plates consisting of four fish planks and a healthy serving of fries were being delivered to our table. Biting into the fries I thought, "these are hot, but taste like nothing." To obtain some form of flavor, I had to douse them in ketchup. Hoping that the same did not apply to the fish, I took a bite of one of the planks...no flavor as well. To give it some form of flavor, I had to saturate it in vinegar and use a healthy serving of tarter sauce. I understand that some restaurants are hesitant to pre-season food due to various preferences and allergies. However, I have never consumed food that tasted like what I would imagine the flavor of paper would be. The customer service was good...but if this was an indication of how their other meals taste, I can't honestly say that I could make a return visit.
