I was flying from Seattle and had just checked in. It was my first time eating at Wendy's. Even though I've been in the United States for more than 10 years, I never got a chance to try it before. When I saw Wendy's next to the escalator, I went in and asked what options they had besides burgers. The guy at the front Nisar, was nice and helpful, but the other guy, Sagan, was laughing for no reason. I felt upset and asked him what was funny, but he pretended he was laughing at something else. That's not a nice way to treat customers. While I was eating, other people also told me they felt the same. Treating customers like that is very bad and not acceptable!!

I had an interesting experience while waiting for our flight. We ordered a combo meal from Wendy's that included a Dave's Cheeseburger with fries and a strawberry lemonade for $12.49, as well as a Baconator Double without mayo. Despite Wendy's being busy and having plenty of staff, the two counter servers seemed more interested in talking than helping customers. I remember one of the servers by face but not by name. I found it amusing that one of the servers admitted to not liking lemonade, even though it's a popular drink option there. I am very curious about which lemonade option was better, everything lemonade or strawberry lemonade, so I decided to try it myself. Despite considering asking the servers about the food, I chose not to. You noticed that the staff seemed to take more precautions for other customers, which you found noteworthy.

At seatac airport, this branch always fails everyone's expectations, bad food and service. This was not how usually make your baconator fries.

Warm flat pop with no ice, service was okay, wasn't informed beforehand that there was no ice.

The greatest of Wendy's burgers ever consumed. Less than one minute from ordering to food in hand. Excellent service, nice people. No line! Surprisingly great service here the best I've ever had from any Wendy's. Fries are piping hot! Perfect ice to soda ratio. A true airport win!

Solid spot for breakfast at SeaTac at 6am. Breakfast sandwiches ranged from $2-5. We ordered at the kiosk on the side of the store. No line, and service was very quick. There were ~6 orders in front of us and we got our sandwiches in less than 5 min. The bacon egg and cheese croissant was pretty okay. Standard fast food quality. Although it was a little smaller than I thought.

We were between flights, hungry but without much time. Wendy's was by far the best option. Didn't have to wait long to order at the kiosk, and we got our order, filled correctly, without waiting very long. Well done, Wendy's.

Nice people, but 9 dollars for a chicken wrap. Not cool. Terribly wrapped. More like a chicken salad after opening.

I saw multiple workers in the kitchen touching their faces and immediately touching food. Super unsanitary and overall poor quality service.

The food fell short across the board: Tomato Soup: It was way too sour, lacking any of the rich, balanced flavor you want in a classic tomato soup. Mac & Cheese: While they call it the "World's Best," it was just way too cheesy to the point of being overwhelming. Instead of being creamy and balanced, it felt heavy. To make matters worse, the guy serving us really wasn't very friendly, which only added to the subpar experience. Between the letdown dishes and the service, it's definitely not worth the airport premium. And it's the airport and the tables were filthy.

Food: (4/5) I'm not the biggest fan of mac and cheese in general because it gives me flavor fatigue sooo fast, but this one was really good! I've had Beechers at the famous Pike location many years ago and don't remember it being so delicious. I have no idea what exactly my partner ordered, but it was soo creamy and just the right amount of cheesy. It was so steamy that it stayed hot for a good amount of our flight as well. This is definitely something I would like to start getting more often, especially as a comfort food before something that can be physically taxing like a long flight.

After seating ourselves and being greeted by a server (unfortunately I did not capture her name), we both opted for the fish and chips. I can't recollect a time when I had a bad experience with a fish and chips order, so I was optimistic that we were in for a treat. Less than 15 minutes later, two large plates consisting of four fish planks and a healthy serving of fries were being delivered to our table. Biting into the fries I thought, "these are hot, but taste like nothing." To obtain some form of flavor, I had to douse them in ketchup. Hoping that the same did not apply to the fish, I took a bite of one of the planks...no flavor as well. To give it some form of flavor, I had to saturate it in vinegar and use a healthy serving of tarter sauce. I understand that some restaurants are hesitant to pre-season food due to various preferences and allergies. However, I have never consumed food that tasted like what I would imagine the flavor of paper would be. The customer service was good...but if this was an indication of how their other meals taste, I can't honestly say that I could make a return visit.

If I worked at QDOBA I'd either be super fat or super annoyed. These people are neither, so they're doing something right. So 4-stars for being a QDOBA! The food was outstanding, and our waitress provided excellent service throughout the entire meal. She was friendly, attentive, and handled a difficult situation with professionalism. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by how the manager on duty, Sam, handled an accident. While helping our waitress deliver our food, he accidentally dropped a container of ketchup that exploded all over the side of my body, covering my arm and my white button up shirt. Accidents happen, and I truly was not upset about the accident itself. What disappointed me was the way it was handled afterward. Immediately after the incident, Sam insisted that a rag with sanitizer and water would remove the ketchup from my white shirt. He then disappeared and never checked back with us until we were preparing to leave. At that point, he handed me the general manager's business card and said I should contact them to have my shirt laundered. After we explained that we were from out of town, he continued to insist that laundering was all they could offer. My wife politely explained that would not be practical and that the situation needed to be addressed while we were there. Rather than working with us, Sam simply walked away. Our waitress had no idea what was happening and was left trying to manage the situation herself. After some time, Sam walked past our table to tell our waitress, who was helping another table, that my meal had been comped because of the incident. He never came back to our table, never looked our way, never apologized directly, and never acknowledged our appreciation for comping the meal. It felt like he wanted to avoid the conversation altogether. Our waitress mentioned that the owner truly values customer feedback and takes reviews seriously. If the owner reads this, I want to be clear. Your restaurant is excellent. The food was fantastic, and your serving staff represented your business very well. However, Sam's handling of a simple customer service issue fell far below what I would expect from someone in a management role. Accidents are understandable. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and avoiding customers are not. Based solely on our interaction with Sam, I believe he is doing more harm than good for an otherwise outstanding restaurant.
