I tried getting a meal for me and my sugarplum and I was kind of in a hurry to grab food before work and my food was fine. My man's food had a fucking fly in it. Chick Fil A has the best fast food breakfast. The chicken littles are a go-to. The southcenter location has had great service, and a clean dining room, with employees eager to take your trash to the can for you. My little loves playing in the kids play area. My favorite lunch item here is the spicy southwest salad. Even the mac and cheese is solid. The cherry on top is their nugget ice! -1 star because every time we come here it's $50 easily for 1 kid 2 adults. Very pricey. read more

Very disappointed with our order from this location. First, ordering took longer here, as they only have one line to order and the other line if for Mobil orders. We got our order and took it home for later. Our Cobb salad only had a half egg in each salad! Plus, it was missing some of the chicken. Stopped by to grab something for dinner and while the grilled chicken was really good, the prices are just too high to make this a place I'd eat at regularly. I got the grilled nuggets and a grilled chicken sandwich. The nuggets were moist and fresh and had that little touch of seasoning that made them super delicious. I'd definitely get those any time I eat here! The sandwich was just ok though. The bun was pretty dry and did not taste fresh which was disappointing. And for $10 bucks, I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. Service was quick though so that was nice! Didn't have to wait more than about 5 minutes. If I go to Chick-Fil-A again, I'd skip the sandwich and stick with just the grilled nuggets. Overall a healthy meal but more expensive than I think it's worth. read more

I am embarrassed to say this was my first time ordering chick fila haha. I've had it once before but this drive through had top notice service. It was raining and literally freezing outside and so many people were taking orders and bringing to go orders to peoples car. That alone is why they get 5 stars. Anyways, I was headed home from work and wanted to try the spicy pimento chicken sandwich. Wow is all I have to say cus why is the bread and the chicken it self so soft and fluffy! It felt like it melted in my mouth. Anyways I thought I liked Popeyes but this lunch was great, I might convert hahah. Also a very big fan of the waffle fries. I was rather surprise actually. I usually don't leave reviews but this is the time Ive had a bad experience at a chick-Fil-a. I want to clarify the food was fine but a big reason I come to chick fil a is for the service. We went thru the drive thru line and had a couple of people in the car so we needed spilt orders he asked if we would be ok doing one but we needed split orders he proceeded to beg us not to? Ive never had someone go back and forth instead of just say no or do as we ask (after we requested twice). Then because I needed to pay separately I did it on the app suddenly no one could find my order and I needed to back through the drive thru line even though we were already in line. The food is great as always, ambience is fast paced and lively and the service is excellent.

So my wife and daughter went through yesterday. Around 8:30 pm.... Spent 40 bucks and my daughter FINDS A FINGERNAIL in her lemonade. But not until she pulled it out of her mouth. With her making "about to puke" noises in the back seat, I called the restaurant to freak out about it and hear what they are going to do about this. Guess what they offered? A FREE LEMONADE. This place is disgusting and the manager is a moron that should be fired. I wouldn't go to the spot near Southcenter blvd. I have to admit I've never quite understood the mania over Chick-fil-a, especially here in Western Washington. Is it kind of like a 'secret handshake' among local conservatives, so they know who's a kindred spirit? Is patronizing CFA the only way they can 'own the libs' this side of the mountains? Anyway, I noted a rare moment when the drive through wasn't stacked up out to the street, and decided to check them out. Are they 'all that'? Read on, gentle reader... THE ROSES: Ample parking. Very clean establishment. Very pleasant and professional staff. This chicken sandwich I had was good; not great, but definitely good. It was extremely tender and juicy for breast meat (I think they seriously marinate their bird). THE THORNS: This place is a titch spendy for what you're getting. One sandwich and a cup of ice tea set me back ten bucks. I can do better than this at pretty much any of the other major fast-food chains THE VERDICT: CFA is nice, but I honestly don't think it rates the mania it generates at lunchtime or when a new location opens up around here. They have a solid product and better-than average waitstaff. That said, I just don't see how it's really that much better than the competition. I think it's more due to effective generation and management of hype than anything else, IMHO. Neither recommend nor discourage. read more

We ordered a chicken sandwich and some nuggets. The lettuce in the sandwich was black and slimy on the edges. I asked an employee about it and he said he'd go "check". He came back and said he could "get us better lettuce". I asked if it was ok to eat because I didn't want to make a fuss. I attached a picture to show that I didn't eat 99% of the sandwich before asking about the issue. I declined and just removed the lettuce. I don't think I'll be using Chick-Fil-A in Washington. It's a Chick-fil-A. It's always good. Service was fast. Food was good. I was surprised when I ordered sweet tea and received an Arnold Palmer (half tea / half lemonade). Back home in SC they call it a "Sunjoy" and charge extra for it. I guess here, it allows them to sell "sweet tea" without waste. Not a complaint just something to be aware of. read more

My first time at this location as it was early morning and was looking for somewhere to eat as I was shopping in that area. What stands out is how clean and neat it's like as you walk in. Nothing is in disarray and everything is in its place. All the employees are neatly dressed, have a smile and don't mind a bit of "How's your day going?" as you walk up. I order some chicken strips and a coke meal. They took my order and I got a simple colored plastic marker to put on my table. Just a few minutes pass and they deliver the meal. I expected the strips to be larger, but ordering 4 of them filled me right up. As I sat there, appeared to be the manager walked by and asked me politely if I wanted my coke refilled? Has that ever happened in a fast food place? Not for me until now. Normally, I'd give them 4-stars, but with the personal treatment to provide me a refill deserves 5-stars this time. read more

I have been to the Tacoma, Renton and Covington locations and have to say that hands down, the Tukwila Chick-fil-A is 5 star. I have been to this location several times and the staff goes above and beyond to cater to the customers and make sure its the best experience. The chicken sandwiches are consistent and great, love the fries and the frosted lemonade. A friend recommended the crispy chicken cobb salad and I cannot recommend it enough, although at $10, it is pricey. I started using the app and ordering ahead has been a breeze. I was staying at a nearby hotel and came here on a Saturday for lunch. Per the usual with my visits to any Chick-fil-A, I placed my order on the easy-to-use mobile app. After a short wait, a nice and friendly employee brought out my food. I found a table to eat my food. Although, I had ordered a spicy southwest salad with grilled nuggets, I was given grilled filet instead. No big deal, it's still chicken. Also, I noticed that they had really stuffed the container with salad more so than I'm used to when I've had their salad. As for the rest of my order... their Chick-fil-A sandwich is tried and true, really good with their Chick-fil-A sauce.
