Bob's is a small eatery located near some new housing construction. It looks like a hole-in-wall place but is actually modern and clean inside. Two guys run the grill, while you order by kiosk. Maybe 4 tables max, but most folks come here for takeout. You'll find burgers, Korean Rice plates, Teriyaki options, and even a few Chinese favorites too. They have a self-serve, temperature-controlled water dispenser and a clean bathroom. Their Teriyaki Chicken and Korean BBQ pork are both solid dishes. Served hot and the meat is super juicy and seasoned well. Only minor ding is that it is not exactly fast food - our order took maybe 20 min since they had lots of call-in/takeout orders and a full dining room. This little place gets busy in the kitchen! If you want a good quick burger (or teriyaki), this is the place to go. Their burgers are what every fast food or Dick's restaurant wishes it could be. Very simple, but perfectly made, seasoned, and just juicy enough without being soggy. Their fries are also always cooked to perfection. Many of my friends, get the other dishes, like the fried rice and teriyaki. I've tried a bite, and they are also very good, but I'm always ordering that bacon cheese! When you go in you'll discover a Spartan dining area and a window where you place your orders. The tables are bolted to the floor so you can't rearrange the room in case you come with a larger group. The menu, indeed, offers burgers and teriyaki and related dishes with Hawaiian, Japanese, and Korean influences. Their burger offerings include the standard stuff, but they also have more "exotic" options. We passed on the burgers and tried their chicken and beef teriyakis, beef bulgogi, Korean pork, and gyoza. The portion sizes were generous - each dish will easily feed two people, IMO, especially with the generous amount of rice that comes with the dish.
