    Prime Rib Dip

Ok one of the most amazing places I've dined in for some time. First off your next to SeaTac Airport so location is perfect of your coming or going and need a food or alcoholic beverage.... Soon as you enter you see multiple oak kegs of Burbon fermenting spirts in a revolving rack. Turning the juices of the gods to make sure you'll get the perfect cocktail each and every time. A few more feet away is a meat locker twirling with red lights cooking the prime rib flesh, my oh my was I mesmerized. If you're a lover of the flesh you'll really enjoy Sharps Roasthouse for a preflight meal...

Great unexpected experience by the Seattle airport! We were staying at one of the Seattle airport hotels and dropped by for a quick lunch. The inside decor is immersive - big slabs of meat displayed, a sourdough pasta machine putting out pasta pieces! Very camp and fun. Service was also friendly. We weren't that hungry so just ordered the pulled pork salad and fried chicken salad. Both are HUGE and great. The meats were of course the highlights. I honestly wish we were hungrier so we could try the burgers and apps. We also ordered a side of fries, which was also huge. The fries were a bit disappointing though - lacked flavor. Overall a great find by the airport!

A well-deserved five star. Even though they were incredibly busy, you would've never known it by the amount of attention that we got from our server. He took excellent care of us. The food was outstanding. Complementary bread when we got there and the food was quick and tasty. Cocktails were fantastic with lots of choices. Plenty of specials to be found on the menu. It's also cool when you walk in and they've got their pasta station where they're making sourdough pasta and all the different meats on display. Definite repeat place.

I was glad to revisit Sharps for dinner. Our server Maria was great. They have an interesting mixed drink menu, plus a bunch of beers on tap and wines. I got the drink that had bourbon and figs, very tasty. I really liked my mac and cheese with the spicy chicken tenders. My friend asked me if I could taste if the pasta was made with sourdough, and I'm not really sure! The portion size was huge. I also got a side Caesar that was pretty average, but I had wanted to get some kind of vegetable. This place was bustling with people when we went. This is a convenient location if you are staying at one of the hotels nearby, and also they have parking out front.

    Burnt ends from happy hour

Yummy cornbread for days!!! Waiter came out with a complementary cornbread and it set the mood for yumminess We didn't know there was a happy hour, but ordered burnt ends and macaroni & cheese with their homemade noodles. Food was scrumptious but the two dishes, a cocktail and a root beer with tip was about $50 but well worth it!!! The burnt ends also came with the cornbread and if my husband or I had any self control we would have eaten that since the sauce wetted it and brought home the complementary one but we don't and we gobbled everything up Cute venue, good service, wonderful food - definitely recommend!!!

Let me start with the place was very clean, inviting and the service was good. I really want to focus on the food. I had high expectations since we frequent their sister restaurant, Vons 1000 Spirits in seattle where the food is off rhe charts every single time. So that is why I feel I can grade Sharps with a harsher expectations. Lets start with the good. Cornbread, delicious, crispy edges and sweet buttery flavor. The sweet corn, very buttery with a delicious seasoning sprinkled on top. The Fig whiskey was so smokey and sweet and wonderful. Now let's take a step down... the burnt ends and brisket were delicious. The burnt ends were small pieces and conservative portion. The brisket was so tender you could cut it with a fork, again, the portion was very small considering the price tag. Now, because I was raised in Kansas City, Missouri, I have my own preferences when it comes to bbq sauce and beans...so I am keeping an open mind... the sweet red bbq sauce was great and was served on tbe burnt ends and with my husbands ribs...the brisket is served with a Carolina gold sauce which is very tangy and more like a salad dressing in my opinion, but again thats just a preference. Here's where my rating goes down quickly. The onion rings, while having a nice flavor were so soggy and greasy. Im not sure if they were not drained of the grease appropriately or were just sitting on a warming table...my husband's fries were the same way. As we were leaving I noticed our neighboring table had fish and chips and the fish and fries both looked just as soggy on the bottom. This leads me to think the fried food may be fried in advance and are held to plate up quickly. I dont know, but that lost points with me real quick because, again, I had very high expectations since they are related to probably our favorite restaurant in seattle, Vons 1000 spirits. We will try again in tbe future.

First of all, JOSH is the most amazing waiter. He really knows special cues haha. So glad we chose this spot for my birthday dinner. Food was amazing. The one thing that we absolutely loved was the CORNBREAD!!! Omg that is soooooo good! We also had the brisket bbq, mac n cheese, and burnt ends. Brisket was juicy. Mac pastas was THICK! The burnt ends were served on top of a cornbread and that was my favorite. Love this spot.

I had been here before with work colleagues. This time with family. It was a busy Friday night and the wait was not long. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The food was good and we had a nice selection of options from both the food menu and the drink menu. The pasta is made fresh and it was great as well in the macaroni and cheese. It was a fun atmosphere with lots to see and a warm ambiance. Not only did our server touch base with us, but I believe it was the manager who did several times as well. We were checked on frequently and there's nothing more we could've asked for a great time with our family. Very pleased and very happy, thank you!!

I ordered to go as I was staying at the Hilton garden inn down the street. I will warn they have a "promo" code "HOTEL10" that is for to-go orders or delivery and that promo doesn't work at all. I called the restaurant and asked and they were no help lol in fact the gentlemen who handed me my order gave a sarcastic smirk when I told him about it and gave off the vibe that he didn't GAF at all lol whatever 10% is 10%. So the brisket sandwich with dip was amazing the flavor is so good especially with whatever cheese they use. Each bite was a blast of flavor and the Auju sauce the use was awesome for dipping. The brisket tacos were good with flavor but basic I wouldn't get that again it seemed like a semi wilted tortilla with all that stuff thrown on it not BAD because the flavor was amazing but not a app I would get again. I'll try something else next time. I'm excited to try new things next time !

Taste: 4 Creativity/Authenticity: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: 5 Bang for your buck: 4 Go at 5 that's when it's prime rib time! Unfortunately I came too already but also fortunately for me I'll be working in Seattle for a month so I'm looking forward to it. So for now I got the burger and fries and it did not disappoint! Got the Parmesan Fries and they were very tasty, burger was good as well bun was a bit dry but still a solid burger. Overall solid meal, I will be back for that prime rib

12/8/25 Lani was our waitress. Thank you, I know your area was busy. We were in a booth, not the bar area. Rocky came over to deliver drinks. He's very attentive. We have a home here and it's always nice to come and have some good brisket!! Thank you again. Also, thank you for calm easy music, that matters for a nice environment. Enjoy!

We had such a great experience at Sharp's Roasthouse! The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were just as impressive. everything was flavorful and perfectly prepared. Our server, Rocky, truly made the night. He was so knowledgeable about the menu, attentive to our allergies and dietary restrictions, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our choices. On top of that, he kept us laughing and made the whole experience even more enjoyable with great conversation and top-notch service. The ambiance was warm and inviting.. a little loud, but to be expected as the place was packed! The perfect spot for a relaxed and fun evening out. We'll definitely be back!

Great local Roasthouse with full bar and extensive beer list. Friendly Service at the bar table side of the restaurant. Sports playing from numerous flat screens. House special sourdough past made fresh and slowly dried and then individually packed at a specialized station next to the bar area. Four Fabulous Stars for a great dining experience.

I stopped in about 30 mins after they opened on a friday and they had a lunch rush, everything is cooked to order so be prepared to wait at least 20mins. I ordered the 6oz catfish and chips which came with 3 catfish strips, fries, 1 hush puppy, chips and a drink ($16.99) I also got a side of mac&cheese. The positives: staff was kind, pastor at the counter would make jokes with customers and you could tell they had regulars during lunch time. Fries were well seasoned, hush puppy was good and Mac was acceptable. My only issue with the catfish was that it was overcooked and became a bit chewy (see photo). Sitting in there it seems like the wings were a customer favorite so I would love to go back and try their wings and other sides. Since my order took longer (there was a large order right before mines) the pastor at the counter thanked me for my patience and threw in a dessert.

The brisket sandwich was tops, the fries were good, the loaded potatoes are a fun option (the bacon was a little hard to eat - not crunchy, not soft). The main upset was the French Onion Soup, which was, let's just say, not their specialty area. It was overwhelmingly salty, with meager bread to soak up the broth. The server was kind enough to take it off our bill - it was, at least for me, inedible. My spouse thought the same. This was a glitch in an otherwise fine evening. Also notable was that, even though we came in about an hour before close, they never made us felt rushed. We will definitely go back for the ambience and try other menu items - and other drinks. We decided to look at some reviews , and decided to try an item to observe the service, and the food. Upon entering nothing about the business screams "Check Me Out" , the inside was small, and so dine in is very limited, and a little awkward. There were three teens running the shop, upon entering the girl working the front was friendly but EXTREMELY loud, she wasn't extremely professional, but was nice, and friendly.. but overall LOUD. Especially for how small the space was she was loud, and the conversations herself, and the two boys working were having openly while working were definitely not the most appropriate, but I wouldn't expect less from unsupervised adolescences. Now, we both ordered a single Mac & cheese just to try something. The price of the Mac was almost $10 for a small 6oz cup... so you really don't get much for the price. Once we got our food (To Go) we immediately got in the car and opened our Mac & cheese to observe it... We were shocked that reviews didn't fall far from our own observations. The Mac had little to NO cheese , and there was a random seasoning sprinkled on top (had no flavor). I took it upon myself to add some 'Baby Rays Sweet and Spicy BBQ Sauce' to the Mac when we got home, and it made it 100% better. Overall I will be giving this place 3 stars due to: lack of professionalism, quality, quantity, and price. The staff were definitely friendly, but overall loud, and she did reference that her boss was old (in her 60's) so she'll have to help her update the photos of the food on social media.
